Gamdom review: licence, withdrawals, complaints and verdict

One of the oldest crypto casinos, now fronted by Kick streamers, with a licence that sources cannot agree on and a long list of KYC and account-closure complaints.

What is Gamdom?

Gamdom is a crypto casino and sportsbook that has been trading since 2016, which makes it old by the standards of the sector. Its official X account describes it as a "Leading Casino and Sportsbook" and was created in September 2016. Its licence and operator details are the weak point: the sources we opened name two different licensors.

  • Launched: 2016 (AskGamblers, Fair Gambling and Casino.org all give 2016)
  • Operator: Moon Revolution Limitada according to Fair Gambling (page updated 3 September 2026); Smein Hosting N.V. of Curaçao according to AskGamblers and Casino.org
  • Licence: unresolved. Fair Gambling says Anjouan; AskGamblers and Casino.org say Curaçao, and Casino.org quotes the number OGL/2024/424/1065. We could not check either against a licensor's register
  • Coins: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Solana and others for withdrawals (AskGamblers, Casino.org)
  • KYC policy: not asked at sign-up, but ID and proof of address can be demanded before a withdrawal (Casino.org, AskGamblers complaints)
  • Games: slots, Originals such as Crash, Dice, Plinko and Mines, live casino and a sportsbook
  • UK and US: AskGamblers lists both as restricted
  • Our rating: Mixed

It sits in our Bitcoin casinos, Ethereum casinos, USDT casinos, Solana casinos, altcoin casinos, crypto slots, crypto sportsbook and streamer casino lists, and the wider picture is on our crypto casinos hub. Everything below comes from public sources we read; we did not deposit or play.

Our rating: Mixed

A long-running crypto casino with fast reported payouts and public complaint replies, but an unclear licence, recurring KYC and balance-withheld complaints and only offshore dispute routes. No regulator or court finding was found.

We rate crypto casinos from public sources only: the licence and what it covers, who owns it, what players report about withdrawals and complaints, how clear its terms are and how long it has been trading. Last reviewed 12 October 2026. How we rate crypto casinos.

History and ownership

The 2016 launch year is the only part of Gamdom's early story that every source we opened agrees on. No page we read names its founders, so we have left them out rather than guess.

On the operating company, Fair Gambling lists Moon Revolution Limitada under its compliance details. A separate affiliate-style review we found describes that company as organised under Costa Rican law, which we could not confirm from a primary record. AskGamblers and Casino.org name Smein Hosting N.V., a Curaçao company, as the operator. The operator may have changed over time, but no source we opened says so, so treat the ownership as unconfirmed.

The biggest recent corporate move was the purchase of Motherland Casino, the brand founded by the rapper Iggy Azalea with the streamer N3on as co-owner. A Business Wire release headed "Gamdom Announces Acquisition of MOTHERLAND Casino" appeared in early March 2026 according to its web address, and GamerSquad's sponsorship page confirms the purchase and lists both as long-term Gamdom ambassadors. Price and terms were not disclosed in anything we read.

Games and sportsbook

Gamdom offers a large third-party catalogue plus its own Originals. Casino.org counts more than 40 providers, naming Hacksaw Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NoLimit City, Evolution, NetEnt, Microgaming, Push Gaming and Play'n GO, and quotes "over 7,000" games in its text and "8,000+" in its fact box. Its Originals include Crash, Dice, Roulette, Hilo, Plinko, Mines and Keno, several marked provably fair.

Slots from the studios it lists are covered on our site, for example Wicked Grin from Hacksaw, Duck Hunters 2 from NoLimit City and Gates of Olympus 2500 from Pragmatic Play. Whether a given title is live at Gamdom depends on your country, and Casino.org notes some games show as available and are then blocked after launch.

In September 2025 iGaming Business reported that the studio Wicked Games had put its full portfolio on Gamdom, with a one-month exclusive on its Transformers slot. The sportsbook gets only a passing mention in the reviews we read, so we cannot describe its markets or limits. Casino.org also says there is no dedicated mobile app.

Deposits, withdrawals and KYC in practice

The stated picture is fast crypto payouts; the reported picture is fast until an account is reviewed. AskGamblers lists withdrawals as crypto only, with a pending time of 0 to 1 hours, no fees and no stated limit, and Casino.org says crypto usually lands within minutes to an hour. Deposits are broader: Casino.org lists cards via MoonPay, PayPal, Google Pay, Paysafecard and others, depending on country.

KYC is where the complaints cluster. Registration needs no documents, but AskGamblers' complaint list, read on 12 October 2026, describes accounts held in review for days or weeks after documents were sent, one withdrawal delayed 11 days after KYC was completed, and one passport rejected because it was not in Latin characters. Fair Gambling's summary page tags ID verification as "Never", which does not match what AskGamblers complainants describe, so we do not rely on it.

On Trustpilot, Gamdom's support replied to a player who complained of repeated document requests that its KYC system is meant to be instant and that a redo usually means the document did not meet its standards. The pattern is typical of offshore sites: easy to join, strict at the moment of cashing out. Complete verification before a balance builds, and remember transfers are final.

Licence and safety

We cannot tell you which licence Gamdom holds today, and that is itself a finding. Casino.org gives a Curaçao licence number; AskGamblers says Curaçao; Fair Gambling says Anjouan and names a different operator. Gamdom's own website loads its legal footer with JavaScript, and our fetch returned only a loading screen, so we could not read the primary statement.

Whichever licence it is, both are offshore. Curaçao and Anjouan licences give players limited routes to a regulator if a dispute is not settled, and neither is a UK Gambling Commission licence. AskGamblers' score (CasinoRank 6.7 out of 10) is middling, and responsible gambling tools are thin: Casino.org and AskGamblers both say self-exclusion is offered but deposit limits and reality checks are not.

Gamdom advertises provably fair Originals, which let a player verify a result against a seed. That covers those games only, not slots from third-party studios, and we found no audit of payout percentages or proof of reserves in anything we opened. A Trustpilot reviewer who alleged lower-than-advertised returns got a reply that results are set by the game provider and that Originals can be checked through provably fair tools.

Bonuses and VIP

Bonuses are rakeback-led rather than big welcome packages. Casino.org says no exclusive welcome offer was listed, only 15% rakeback for the first seven days, claimable within six hours of registering after wagering the deposit once. Other regular items it names are a daily King of the Hill leaderboard with a $10,000 pool and a monthly Crown of the Month prize of up to $500,000.

The VIP scheme, called Rewards, runs to 24 levels across 8 tiers according to Casino.org, with a personal manager at the top. Fair Gambling's page lists tiers from Bronze up to Opal, plus instant rakeback and weekly and monthly bonuses. As always, bonuses carry wagering rules and betting limits: a Trustpilot complaint dated 15 September 2026 describes a $50 maximum bet and cash-out limits on a $200 deposit, and Gamdom replied that a 1x wagering requirement applies to all deposits.

Streamers who play on Gamdom

Gamdom leans heavily on Kick streamers, and the line-up changed this summer. Fair Gambling reported on 13 August 2026 that SteveWillDoIt had joined Gamdom 11 days after saying he was no longer affiliated with Roobet, and that he promised $400,000 in giveaways over four days of streams. The report rests on his own X post; neither Gamdom nor Roobet was quoted.

N3on was a long-term ambassador until Fair Gambling reported on 17 August 2026 that Jack.com had bought him out of his Gamdom deal. The article relies on his own comments and gives no figures for the buyout. He was co-owner of Motherland with Iggy Azalea in earlier coverage, though we could not confirm his current stake after the Gamdom acquisition.

Other listed partners include Iggy Azalea as a brand ambassador, Dunfermline Athletic football club and Imperial Esports, per GamerSquad's undated sponsorship page. Streamers often play with sponsored balances and may earn from the players they bring, so their sessions are not a guide to what an ordinary account will see.

Complaints, controversies and what has gone wrong

The record shows a steady stream of withheld-balance complaints, no regulator action that we could find, and a company that answers publicly. We checked AskGamblers, Fair Gambling, Trustpilot and a general news search; we found no court ruling, hack report or regulator notice naming Gamdom.

  • AskGamblers (read 12 October 2026): 18 complaints listed: 10 resolved, 3 rejected, 2 unresolved and 3 open. Themes are KYC delays, withdrawals held without a stated reason and balances kept after account closure. Open cases include $6,598 and EUR 635; these are the players' claims. The page does not show Gamdom's replies.
  • Trustpilot (read 12 October 2026): 5,136 reviews, 67% five-star and 12% one-star, but no TrustScore shown; Trustpilot says the rating is unavailable due to a breach of its guidelines and that it removed fake reviews. Gamdom replies to most reviews.
  • 1 October 2026: a reviewer reported about $26,000 locked after a sportsbook restriction and a long KYC review. Gamdom replied that the review was finished and funds were withdrawn, with some restrictions remaining.
  • 20 September 2026: a reviewer alleged about $1,600 was taken after a live chat dispute. Gamdom denied staff access to balances and recommended two-factor login.
  • 18 September 2026: a reviewer reported a 75% fee to recover a wrong-network deposit. Gamdom called recovery a goodwill exception with a standard fee.
  • Fair Gambling (page updated 3 September 2026): 7 unresolved scam accusations on BitcoinTalk and 0 unresolved complaints on Casino Guru. These are accusations by users, not findings.

On the other side, AskGamblers shows a player rating of 8.9 out of 10 from 48 reviews and an average complaint duration of five days against eight across operators. Trustpilot reviewers also praise instant deposits and withdrawals, for example one dated 31 March 2026.

The good and the bad

The good

  • A 2016 start and a long public track record
  • Fast crypto withdrawals reported by reviewers and Trustpilot users
  • Dated, specific public replies to complaints on Trustpilot
  • Provably fair Originals and a wide provider list
  • 10 of 18 AskGamblers complaints marked resolved

The bad

  • The licence and operator are not clearly established across sources
  • Repeated reports of long KYC reviews and balances withheld after closures
  • No Trustpilot score shown, and 7 BitcoinTalk accusations on record
  • Thin responsible gambling tools
  • Heavy streamer promotion, which skews what ordinary players expect

Our verdict. Gamdom is a long-running, busy site with real positives and real concerns, so we rate it Mixed. The age, fast crypto payouts and public replies count for it. The unclear licence, a pattern of KYC holds and confiscation complaints, and offshore-only dispute routes count against it. We found no regulator or court finding against it, so nothing here supports calling it a scam. Weigh the licence confusion before depositing anything you would miss.

For UK readers

Crypto casinos are almost never licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, and a casino must hold a UK licence to offer gambling to people in Great Britain. AskGamblers lists the UK among the countries Gamdom restricts, and we could not read Gamdom's own terms to confirm that. UK players are outside GAMSTOP and UKGC protections on sites like this.

Balances move with the market, crypto transfers are final, payouts usually come in the coin you used, and bonuses carry wagering rules. Gambling is for over-18s only; free help is at BeGambleAware. Nothing on this page suggests winnings are an income.

FAQs

Is Gamdom legit?

Gamdom has operated since 2016 and replies publicly to complaints, but sources disagree on its licence (Curaçao or Anjouan) and we found no regulator finding either way. Reports of KYC holds and withheld balances exist. We rate it Mixed, as of 12 October 2026.

Who owns Gamdom?

Fair Gambling names Moon Revolution Limitada as operator, while AskGamblers and Casino.org name Smein Hosting N.V. of Curaçao. No source we opened names individual owners, so ownership is unconfirmed. Gamdom bought Motherland Casino in early 2026, but terms were not disclosed.

Does Gamdom have fast withdrawals?

Reviewers say crypto withdrawals usually arrive within minutes to an hour, and AskGamblers lists 0 to 1 hours with no fees. The delays players report come from KYC or account reviews, which can last days or weeks. Check the current terms before relying on any speed.

Does Gamdom require KYC?

Not at sign-up, according to Casino.org, but ID and proof of address can be demanded before a withdrawal. AskGamblers complaints describe reviews lasting days or weeks. Gamdom has told a Trustpilot reviewer that its verification is designed to be instant when documents meet its standards.

Can UK players use Gamdom?

AskGamblers lists the UK as a restricted country for Gamdom. Crypto casinos like it are not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, so UK players would sit outside GAMSTOP and UKGC protections. We could not read Gamdom's own terms to confirm its current stance.

Which streamers are linked to Gamdom?

SteveWillDoIt joined in August 2026 according to Fair Gambling, citing his own X post. N3on was a long-term ambassador until Jack.com bought him out of his deal, reported on 17 August 2026. Iggy Azalea, Dunfermline Athletic and Imperial Esports are also listed as partners.
