A Telegram-born crypto casino from 2023 whose named Curaçao licence is now listed as expired, with a Swedish ban and a mixed complaint record behind it.

Mega Dice is a crypto casino and sportsbook at megadice.com that started life as a casino bot inside Telegram in 2023 and now runs a full web lobby, a sportsbook and its own Solana token, $DICE. The question most people searching the name want answered is the licence, and as of 11 October 2026 the answer is not reassuring: the Curaçao licence that appears in the site's own code is listed as expired by the regulator, and the footer we read named no licence at all.
We list Mega Dice in our crypto casino hub and in these categories: Bitcoin casinos, Ethereum casinos, USDT and stablecoin casinos, Solana casinos, altcoin casinos, crypto slots casinos, crypto live dealer casinos, crypto sportsbooks, Telegram casinos and no-KYC crypto casinos. A listing describes what the site offers; it is not an endorsement, and the rating below explains why.
Mega Dice pays out in many cases and resolves most AskGamblers complaints, but the Curaçao licence it names is listed as expired, the Anjouan register does not cover its domain and Sweden banned its operator, so players have little protection if something goes wrong.
We rate crypto casinos from public sources only: the licence and what it covers, who owns it, what players report about withdrawals and complaints, how clear its terms are and how long it has been trading. Last reviewed 11 October 2026. How we rate crypto casinos.
Mega Dice began as a Telegram bot casino. A Coinpedia press release of 15 August 2023 described it bringing a crypto casino into the messaging app and called it the only casino then running there. That is the company's own claim in a paid release, not an independent finding.
In 2024 the brand sold a Solana token, $DICE, in a presale. A Chainwire release carried by Decrypt on 15 May 2024 said the presale had passed $1 million and described DICE as the casino's native currency, with staking rewards tied to the casino's performance. A later release on Coinpedia, dated 2 September 2024, put the total at $1.7 million and called Mega Dice "the first fully licensed Telegram casino" under a Curaçao master licence. Both releases are sponsored content, and we found nothing independent that backs the "first licensed" line.
Ownership is harder to pin down than it should be. The rendered footer we read on 11 October 2026 named no company. The site's code, however, contains three versions of its legal notice: one says megadice.com is operated by MIBS N.V., company number 162031, at Zuikertuin Tower in Willemstad, Curaçao; one names EOD Code SRL, a Costa Rican company with corporate ID 3-101-910497; and one says the site is owned and operated by Igloo Ventures SRL, registration 3-102-880024, San José, Costa Rica. We could not tell which version a given visitor sees.
AskGamblers lists the company as MIBS N.V. with Igloo Ventures SRL as owner and gives 2023 as the year of establishment. Reporting on Sweden's May 2025 ban by Goplay.se links MIBS N.V. to coincasino.com, crashino.com and megadice.com, and Igloo Ventures SRL to instantcasino.com, sambaslots.com and goldenpanda.com. We found no public filing that names the people behind either company.
The X account linked from the site, @megadicex, showed a July 2026 join date and 22 followers on 11 October 2026. That is a very small official footprint for a casino that has been running for three years.
Mega Dice claims more than 4,000 games. Its lobby on 11 October 2026 featured slots such as Le Bandit, Valley of the Gods 2, Hand of Anubis and Holmes and the Stolen Stones, and its own copy names Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza and Mahjong Ways, alongside bonus-buy titles. Games from Red Tiger, Spadegaming and Kalamba Gaming appear in its bonus exclusion list, which tells you those studios are on the site.
Beyond slots there are live dealer tables (blackjack, roulette and poker are named), crash titles such as Aviator and Plinko, lootboxes, tournaments, daily missions and a section labelled prediction markets. The Telegram casino carries games the brand says are exclusive to Telegram users; a review on CoinCodex describes it as a Telegram mini-app that works on desktop and mobile.
The sportsbook covers football, basketball, tennis and ice hockey, plus esports betting on League of Legends, Counter-Strike and Dota 2, and simulated markets such as eSoccer and NBA 2K.
On fairness, the FAQ says the games' fairness is "guaranteed by our gaming license certificate" and that Mega Dice undergoes constant monitoring and audits. We found no published audit certificate or game-level fairness report on the pages we read, and with the licence position described below, that FAQ answer carries less weight than it appears to.
Deposits go to a per-coin wallet address, by WalletConnect (ETH only) or through card purchases of crypto via Banxa and MoonPay. The site quotes deposit times of under 5 minutes for Litecoin, 1 to 3 minutes for Dogecoin, 5 to 15 minutes for Ethereum and 10 to 30 minutes for Bitcoin. Sending a coin on an unsupported network, or below the minimum, means the deposit is lost.
For withdrawals the FAQ gives an average payout time of 5 minutes for most cryptocurrencies, rising to 24 hours when a payment is reviewed, and the homepage says Bitcoin usually arrives within 10 minutes to an hour. The general terms set a minimum withdrawal of €10, a standard maximum of €150,000 per rolling 30 days and up to €500,000 for players it classes as VIP, subject to approval.
The small print on fees does not match the FAQ. The FAQ says Mega Dice charges no deposit or withdrawal fees, but clause 9.2 of the terms allows an 8% fee, with a minimum of €4, when a deposit has not been wagered at least once. The terms also say an account with no login for 180 days becomes dormant and may lose 10% of its balance each month until it falls to €5.
On identity checks, the FAQ says Mega Dice "may run verification checks" after sign-up. The terms go further: photo ID, a utility bill, a verification call or other documents can be requested before any withdrawal, and withdrawals go back to the original payment method. The AML policy describes ID shown alongside a handwritten note with six random numbers plus a face photo. AskGamblers notes that, despite the marketing, withdrawals do require identity verification, and one of its unresolved complaints, for $9,300, is titled "Impossible to verify address".
Recent player reports on Trustpilot are mixed. One reviewer in August 2026 said withdrawals were usually approved quickly while complaining about closing the account; another on 27 July 2026 reported a crypto withdrawal stuck on pending for days without an answer. Mega Dice replied to both on 17 September 2026, asking for account details.
The licence is the weakest part of the Mega Dice story. The homepage calls it "a fully licensed and regulated operator" but the footer we read names no licence. The Curaçao text in the site code points to licence OGL/2024/1718/0938, held by MIBS N.V. The Curaçao Gaming Authority's online gaming licence registry dated 9 October 2026 lists that number for MIBS N.V., company 162031, as a B2C licence issued on 24 June 2025 with an expiry date of 24 December 2025, and gives its status as Expired.
MIBS N.V. is not on the CGA enforcement register dated 14 September 2026, which records revocations and suspensions, so we have no finding that the licence was taken away; the register simply shows it lapsed. The CGA itself warns on its register page that the lists do not guarantee current validity. Before the 2023 reforms, the Curaçao Chronicle reported in February 2024 that MegaDice operated under a sublicence from GSP, one of the island's old master licence holders.
The Anjouan text in the site code says megadice.com operates under licence "ALSI-1423 l 1005-FI2", which looks like a garbled form of Igloo Ventures SRL's Anjouan licence. The Anjouan licence register shows Igloo Ventures SRL holding ALSI-142311005-FI2, valid, issued 15 November 2023 and expiring 14 November 2026, but the only domain recorded under it is casinopayservice.com. On the register as it stood on 11 October 2026, megadice.com is not covered.
Anjouan and Curaçao are offshore licences with limited routes for player disputes, and neither gives the protections of a UK or EU licence. We found no proof of reserves, and the $DICE token is a separate speculative asset, not a guarantee of player balances.
The headline welcome offer on 11 October 2026 was a 200% deposit match up to 1 BTC plus 50 free spins. The bonus terms say the bonus amount must be wagered 35 times before it becomes cash, the maximum bet with bonus funds is €5 per round, feature buys are not allowed with bonus money and the most that can be converted is 10 times the bonus. Slots count 100%, table games 20%, and dice, arcade and roulette games nothing. A long list of providers and individual slots is excluded, and the terms page is still marked version 1.3 from July 2023.
Players who stake $DICE are offered 15% weekly cashback on net losses. The VIP club is a points ladder that starts at Junior (0 points) and runs through Cadet (900) and Scout (3,000) up to Navigator (750,000) and Commander VIP (1,500,000), with daily free spins, monthly reloads and up to 5% cashback at the higher levels.
As with any casino bonus, the wagering decides the value. A 200% match at 35 times the bonus means a large amount of play before anything can be withdrawn, and the house edge applies to every spin of it.
AskGamblers complaints (as of 11 October 2026). The AskGamblers complaints page lists 14 complaints: 9 resolved, 4 unresolved and 1 rejected. Most concern account handling. The unresolved cases are a USDT 72,000 balance after an account closure, where the player says the casino claims to have paid it to a wallet that was not theirs; a $1,760 balance after a closure "without any reason"; a $9,300 case over address verification; and a $4,000 case where withdrawal was refused and the account blocked. An €80 complaint from May 2025 about a closure for an alleged terms breach was rejected. AskGamblers shows an average response time of 2 days and rates the casino 7.4 out of 10, with players giving 7.7 from 22 reviews.
Trustpilot (as of 11 October 2026). Trustpilot shows a warning that the company's rating is unavailable due to a breach of its guidelines, and says it has removed a number of fake reviews for Mega Dice. Of 598 reviews, 29% are five stars and 25% are one star. Recent one-star reviews describe a pending withdrawal, problems closing an account and a disputed spin charge; Mega Dice replies to many of them, usually asking the reviewer to contact support.
Sweden, May 2025. On 12 May 2025 Sweden's gambling regulator, Spelinspektionen, banned MIBS N.V., Igloo Ventures SRL and a third company from offering gambling in Sweden without a Swedish licence, as reported by LCB and Goplay.se. The regulator cited affiliate marketing, banners on Swedish-language sites and influencers on Instagram and Twitch. Goplay.se reports that none of the three companies replied when given the chance to comment.
A disputed loss, February 2024. The Curaçao Chronicle reported that a Dutch player registered on Cruks, the Dutch self-exclusion register, says he lost €785,514 at MegaDice and accused the casino of exploiting his addiction. His lawyer said neither the casino nor its master licence holder answered, and filed for the bankruptcy of that licence holder, GSP. That is an allegation in a dispute; we found no ruling against Mega Dice.
What we did not find: no hack, no shutdown and no court or regulator finding of fraud against Mega Dice in the sources we checked, which included the registers above, AskGamblers, Trustpilot, Curaçao and Swedish regulatory coverage and a search for Reddit threads. We also found no named streamer sponsored by Mega Dice.
The good
The bad
Our verdict. We rate Mega Dice Poor, and the rating rests on licensing and regulatory conduct rather than on its payout record, which is middling rather than bad. A casino that calls itself fully licensed should be able to point to a current licence covering its domain; on the registers as they stood on 11 October 2026, Mega Dice cannot. Add a Swedish ban, operator details that shift between three companies and a Trustpilot profile flagged for fake reviews, and a player has little to fall back on if a large withdrawal is held. We will revisit the rating if a regulator register shows a current licence covering megadice.com.
The UK does not appear on Mega Dice's list of restricted countries, but that does not make it legal for the site to serve British players. A casino must hold a UK Gambling Commission licence to offer gambling to people in Great Britain, and Mega Dice holds none. UK players on sites like this are outside GAMSTOP self-exclusion and outside UKGC protections such as affordability checks and the complaint routes a licensed operator has to offer.
The crypto side adds its own risks. Balances move with the coin's price, blockchain transfers cannot be reversed, withdrawals generally go back in the coin and method you used, and bonuses come with wagering rules that eat into any value. Gambling is for adults over 18 and is not a way to make money. If it stops being fun, free confidential help is at BeGambleAware.
Mega Dice is a real casino that has run since 2023 and resolved 9 of its 14 AskGamblers complaints, but its licensing is weak. The Curaçao licence named in its own site code is listed as expired, the Anjouan register does not list megadice.com, and Sweden banned its operator in May 2025. We rate it Poor for those reasons.
Not on the registers as of 11 October 2026. The Curaçao Gaming Authority lists MIBS N.V.'s licence OGL/2024/1718/0938 as expired since 24 December 2025. Igloo Ventures SRL holds a valid Anjouan licence, but the Anjouan register records only casinopayservice.com under it, not megadice.com. The visible footer names no licence.
Mega Dice says most crypto withdrawals take about 5 minutes on average and up to 24 hours if reviewed, with Bitcoin usually arriving within an hour. Player reports vary: some describe quick payouts, others a withdrawal pending for days. The minimum is €10 and the standard maximum is €150,000 per rolling 30 days.
You can sign up without documents, but Mega Dice reserves the right to ask for ID, proof of address and a verification call before paying a withdrawal. Its AML policy describes ID shown with a handwritten code plus a face photo. AskGamblers notes that withdrawals do require verification, and one unresolved complaint concerns address checks.
It is unclear. The visible footer names no company. The site code carries three legal notices naming MIBS N.V. of Curaçao, EOD Code SRL of Costa Rica and Igloo Ventures SRL of Costa Rica. AskGamblers lists MIBS N.V. as the company and Igloo Ventures SRL as owner. We found no filing naming the individuals behind them.
The UK is not on Mega Dice's restricted list, but the casino has no UK Gambling Commission licence, which any operator needs to offer gambling to people in Great Britain. UK players on such a site have no GAMSTOP self-exclusion and none of the UKGC complaint and safer-gambling protections.
18+ only. Gambling can be addictive; set limits and never chase losses. Free, confidential support: BeGambleAware.
