Real dealers, crypto stakes and offshore licences: what the studios, limits and complaint records tell you before you sit down at a table.
A crypto live dealer casino streams real blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game-show tables from a studio and lets you stake in Bitcoin, Ether, USDT or another coin instead of pounds. The dealer, the cards and the wheel are physical; the cashier is a crypto wallet. Most of the casinos in our crypto casino hub offer a live section alongside slots and in-house originals.
The tables are almost never built by the casino itself. They come from specialist studios: Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, Bombay Live, Lucky Streak and Absolutely Live Gaming are the names that recur in reviews of the sites we cover. That matters, because the studio, not the casino, runs the shuffle, the wheel and the stream, and its rules panel sets the payouts.
People choose them for three reasons: the feel of a human dealer, game shows such as Crazy Time that have no table equivalent, and crypto withdrawals that review sites list at under an hour at the larger casinos. The trade-off is the licence. Every casino on this page holds, at best, an offshore licence, and some hold none that covers their domain.

Start with the studio list, not the lobby banner. AskGamblers names Evolution, Pragmatic Play and Bombay Live as Stake's main live providers, with Ezugi in its wider list; Casinos.com names Evolution, Lucky Streak and Plati+ Games at BitStarz. If a casino will not say which studio streams a table, treat that as a warning sign.
Read the table limits inside each game's info panel. Limits are set per table and per casino, so the same Evolution blackjack game can carry different minimums and maximums at two sites. High-stakes crypto players should check the maximum before depositing, and everyone should check the minimum before assuming a table is affordable.
Check for bet behind if you play blackjack. Evolution introduced it in a March 2015 announcement, saying a virtually unlimited number of online players can bet on the hands of the seven seated players. It means you are never locked out of a full table, but you are betting on someone else's decisions.
Look at game-show coverage and at how bonuses treat live games. Game shows usually sit in a separate tab, and bonus terms often weight live play well below slots: Betpanda's welcome terms count live games at 20%, according to our profile. A bonus that barely counts live bets is rarely worth taking for a live player.
Finally, check the licence and the record. A licence number you can confirm on the regulator's own register, a long history and a low count of unresolved complaints matter more than the number of tables.
The biggest risk is the operator, not the dealer. A licensed studio can stream a properly run game to a casino that later holds your withdrawal, and the studio's licence does nothing for you in that dispute. Curaçao and Anjouan licences are offshore licences with limited routes for player complaints.
For UK readers the position is simple. A casino needs a UK Gambling Commission licence to offer gambling to people in Great Britain, and none of the crypto casinos on this page holds one for its crypto site. Players on them are outside GAMSTOP and UKGC protections. Stake, BitStarz and BC.Game say they do not accept UK players; Mega Dice and Betpanda do not list the UK as restricted, but that does not make them licensed for Britain.
Regulators have noticed live content turning up where it should not. In January 2025 the Commission warned the industry about licensed games appearing on unregulated sites targeting British players, and on 15 July 2026 CasinoBeats reported that Evolution had agreed to pay £4.75 million to settle a licence review opened in December 2024, after its content reached UK customers through two unlicensed operators on six websites. Evolution said it cut ties with those operators and was strengthening its controls.
The crypto side adds its own risks. Your balance moves with the coin's price, blockchain transfers cannot be reversed, casinos usually pay out in the coin you deposited, and bonuses carry wagering rules. Live games are paced to keep you betting, and no table turns gambling into income. Gambling is for over-18s; free, confidential help is available from BeGambleAware.
BitStarz has the strongest record here and is the only one we rate Good. It has run since 2014, holds a Curaçao licence for Gareton B.V. that our profile found on the regulator's register, and AskGamblers shows 26 complaints, 18 resolved and 8 rejected, with a one-day average response. Its live section, around 120 titles by Casinos.com's count, is built mainly on Evolution. The licence is still offshore and its owners are not named.
Stake we rate Mixed. Its Curaçao licence, OGL/2024/1451/0918, shows as active since 9 June 2025 on the regulator's certificate page, and AskGamblers lists 46 of 74 complaints resolved with a two-day response. Against that sit a 2023 hot-wallet hack, ownership questions raised by a 2026 leak and a forced UK exit: its white-label partner TGP Europe surrendered its UK licence, announced on 16 May 2025, while facing a £3.3 million penalty, as law firm CMS summarised.
BC.Game we rate Poor despite its size. In November 2024 a Curaçao appeal court declared its former operators BlockDance and Small House bankrupt over unpaid player claims including $1,482,162.10 and $680,000, the Curaçao Chronicle reported. BC.Game said on 21 November 2024 that it strongly disagreed and would appeal. The Dutch regulator had already ordered BlockDance on 18 October 2024 to stop serving the Netherlands, with penalties of up to €840,000.
Mega Dice we rate Poor. It offers live blackjack, roulette and poker, but the Curaçao licence named in its own site code is listed as expired, and Sweden's regulator banned its operating companies in May 2025 for targeting Swedish players without a licence. AskGamblers shows 14 complaints with 4 unresolved, the largest over a $72,000 balance.
Betpanda we rate Poor. Its lobby has live tables and game shows, but its own terms say it operates under no domestic licensing regime, and AskGamblers lists 25 complaints with 8 resolved and a CasinoRank of 1.8, the largest over a withheld balance of $524,974. Betpanda's public replies on Trustpilot say it never closes accounts simply for winning.
The same studios supply most of these sites, so the tables are not what separates them. The operator behind the cashier is. Several of these casinos also sit in our crypto slots casinos and crypto sportsbooks lists, where the same records apply.
The tables themselves are usually streamed by established studios such as Evolution or Pragmatic Play Live, which run the shuffle and the wheel, not the casino. The bigger risk sits with the operator: whether it pays out, how it handles disputes and which licence it holds. A properly run table at a casino that withholds withdrawals is still a bad place to play.
Not legally on these sites. A casino needs a UK Gambling Commission licence to offer gambling in Great Britain, and none of the crypto casinos we cover holds one for its crypto site. Stake, BitStarz and BC.Game say they do not accept UK players. Anyone using an offshore site is outside GAMSTOP and UKGC protections.
Bet behind lets you wager on the hand of a player sitting at one of the seven seats, so you can join a table that is full. Evolution launched it in 2015 and said a virtually unlimited number of players could take part. You follow the seated player's decisions, so your result depends on how they play.
Of the casinos we cover, BitStarz is the only one we rate Good: it has run since 2014, its Curaçao licence appears on the regulator's register and most AskGamblers complaints are resolved. Stake is Mixed. BC.Game, Mega Dice and Betpanda are rated Poor because of court, regulator or licensing problems, whatever their live lobbies look like.
Often only partly, and sometimes not at all. Casino bonus terms usually weight live games well below slots; Betpanda's welcome terms, for example, count live play at 20% towards wagering. Read the contribution table before accepting any offer, because a bonus you cannot clear on live tables simply locks your deposit up for longer.
