A 2023 no-KYC crypto casino and sportsbook run by a Costa Rican company with no gaming licence covering its domains, and a heavy complaint record to match.

Betpanda is a crypto casino and sportsbook that opened in 2023 at betpanda.io and now trades at betpandacasino.io; the old address redirected to the new one when we checked on 11 October 2026. It sells itself on anonymity, cashback and fast payouts. The problem is underneath: its own terms say it operates under no domestic licensing regime, and the one gaming licence its operator holds does not list either Betpanda domain.
We list Betpanda in our crypto casino hub and in these categories: Bitcoin casinos, Ethereum casinos, USDT and stablecoin casinos, altcoin casinos, crypto slots casinos, crypto sportsbooks and no-KYC crypto casinos. A listing describes what the site offers; it is not an endorsement, and the rating below explains why.
Betpanda operates with no gambling licence covering its domains, and complaint sites show a repeated pattern of accounts closed with balances inside, most unresolved, so players have nowhere to turn if a withdrawal is held.
We rate crypto casinos from public sources only: the licence and what it covers, who owns it, what players report about withdrawals and complaints, how clear its terms are and how long it has been trading. Last reviewed 11 October 2026. How we rate crypto casinos.
Betpanda launched in 2023, the year given by both CryptoSlate and AskGamblers. It kept its name but moved from betpanda.io to betpandacasino.io; its help centre and support email still use the old betpanda.io name.
Its terms of service are a contract between the player and Star Bright Media S.R.L., "organized under the laws of Costa Rica", at an office in San Pedro, and the site footer gives the corporate identification number 3-102-880000. Costa Rica provides the company registration only: it has no licensing regime for online casinos, so the registration brings no gambling regulator with it.
Star Bright Media is not a one-brand company. The Anjouan licence register records it as the licensee for a cluster of Punkz casino domains, and AskGamblers names Star Bright Media S.R.L. as the company behind Cryptorino, a casino established in 2024 that shows 10 complaints there with 1 resolved. We found no public filing that names the people who own the company.
The brand's X account, @betpanda, linked from its footer, had 77,277 followers on 11 October 2026 and describes the site as "Non KYC" with "Zero fees". Betpanda's sponsorship page says it is the global betting partner of G2 Esports' Counter-Strike team and a regional sponsor of Argentina's national football team. The G2 deal checks out: Betpanda's logo appears on G2 Esports' own partners page. We could not confirm the Argentina deal from an independent source, so treat it as Betpanda's claim.
Betpanda's homepage claims more than 5,000 casino games; CryptoSlate's listing puts the figure above 12,900, so the count depends on who is counting and when. The lobby on 11 October 2026 was split into slots, live casino (including VIP blackjack tables), game shows, table games, Aviator and a section of Betpanda Originals. Its welcome bonus terms refer to provably fair games, progressive jackpots, baccarat and video poker, which gives a sense of the range.
The sportsbook covers the usual mainstream sports plus a long tail. CryptoSlate lists American football, badminton, baseball, basketball, boxing, chess, cricket, cycling, darts, greyhound and horse racing, handball, ice hockey, MMA, snooker, football, tennis and volleyball. Esports betting fits the G2 Counter-Strike partnership.
We found no published RNG audit, game-fairness certificate or proof of reserves on the pages we read. Without a regulator, the fairness of third-party slots rests on the game studios' own certification, and the fairness of the in-house originals rests on Betpanda's word.
Betpanda is a crypto-only cashier. The minimum deposit and the minimum withdrawal are both €10, every deposit has to be wagered at least once before it can be withdrawn, and you can only withdraw in the cryptocurrency you deposited. Sending a coin to the wrong network address, such as BTC to a BCH address, is at the player's risk.
The marketing and the help centre disagree on limits. The homepage advertised "Zero fees & limits" on 11 October 2026, but the help centre article on withdrawals, last updated in January 2026, caps withdrawals at €5,000 every 24 hours, €15,000 a week and €45,000 a month, raised only on request to support. The same article says withdrawals may carry charges depending on the method and that Betpanda can delay payouts over cryptocurrency availability or account verification. A player who wins big can therefore wait weeks or months to be paid in full even when everything goes smoothly.
On KYC, the help centre article "Verification (KYC): What You Need to Know" says verification is "in most cases" not required to play. The terms keep the door open: Betpanda can run identity checks itself or through third parties, ask for documents directly, and suspend an account until it is satisfied. That is a normal clause, but on a site sold as no-KYC it matters, because several complaints below describe documents being requested only after a win.
Player reports on Trustpilot cover both ends. A reviewer on 10 October 2026 said a withdrawal arrived in about five minutes, and one on 3 October 2026 said a slow withdrawal arrived three to four hours after contacting support. Others in September and October 2026 describe accounts closed or balances withheld after verification requests or alleged terms breaches.
Betpanda has no gambling licence covering its domains, and its own terms say as much. By signing up, the terms say, you agree that the service is "authorized under the jurisdiction of Costa Rica, and not under any domestic licensing regime". The same paragraph says players waive any right to reclaim lost bets that national law might give them. That clause matters most to players in countries where a contract with an unlicensed casino can be challenged.
Star Bright Media SRL does hold a licence elsewhere. The Anjouan register shows B2C licence ALSI-202408063-FI3 issued to the company on 29 August 2024 with an expiry date of 28 August 2026, still marked valid when we checked on 11 October 2026, and lists 13 domains under it: punkz.casino, casinopunkz.io, punkz.com and other Punkz addresses. Neither betpanda.io nor betpandacasino.io is among them. CryptoSlate reached the same conclusion in its company profile, last updated on 2 October 2026.
In practice that means no regulator to complain to, no licensing body that can order a payout and no independent check of how player funds are held. Even an Anjouan or Curaçao licence offers limited dispute routes; Betpanda does not have that much.
The welcome offer on 11 October 2026 was a "bounty-style" 100% match of the first deposit up to 1 BTC. It works in reverse to most bonuses: you wager your own deposit 40 times within 7 days, with bets above €50 a round not counting, and the bonus is paid as cash once you finish. Slots count 100%, live games 20%, and provably fair games, jackpots, sports, baccarat and poker nothing. Miss the 7-day window and the bonus is forfeited.
The VIP club has five tiers, Bronze to Diamond, earned by XP: 10 XP per €1 on slots and sports, 2 on live casino and table games. Every tier gets 10% weekly cashback, which the homepage describes as wager-free, and a daily rakeback that rises from 5% at Bronze to 10% at Diamond. Gold and above add an account manager, bespoke offers and higher limits. Weekly free bets, leaderboards and raffles run alongside.
Cashback and rakeback soften losses; they do not turn the house edge in your favour. And on a site with no regulator, the terms that govern bonus disputes are whatever Betpanda decides they are.
AskGamblers (as of 11 October 2026). AskGamblers gives Betpanda a CasinoRank of 1.8 out of 10 and a player rating of 5.6 from 25 reviews. It lists 25 complaints, 8 of them resolved. The ten shown on the review page are all unresolved, and most follow one pattern: an account closed with a balance inside. The largest is titled "Account closed and USD 524974 balance withheld after months of verified paid play". Others claim $3,300 in confiscated funds, $1,697 blocked after a first withdrawal request, $1,050 refused with the account closed, and €570, $641, $500 and $400 kept after closures.
Trustpilot (as of 11 October 2026). Trustpilot shows a warning that Betpanda's rating is unavailable due to a breach of its guidelines, and says it has removed a number of fake reviews for the company. Of 861 reviews, 65% are one star and 26% five stars. A reviewer whose post was updated in September 2026 reports about $525,000 held after an account was blocked despite earlier verification, which matches the largest AskGamblers case; no reply from Betpanda is shown on that review.
Betpanda does answer many negative reviews, mostly in a batch dated 18 September 2026. Its replies deny that accounts are closed for winning, say "none of our games are rigged" and ask reviewers to send details. Those are its answers to reports that remain, as far as the public record shows, unresolved.
What we did not find: no court ruling, no regulator decision naming Betpanda or Star Bright Media, and no reported hack in the sources we checked. With no licence there is also no regulator whose enforcement register would show one. We found no named streamer with a confirmed Betpanda deal.
The good
The bad
Our verdict. We rate Betpanda Poor. The deciding facts are on the record: its own terms say no domestic licence applies, the Anjouan register lists only its sister Punkz brand under the operator's licence, and the complaint sites show a repeated pattern of accounts closed with balances inside, most of them unresolved. Some players are paid quickly, but a site with no regulator and this complaint record leaves anyone whose withdrawal is held with nowhere to take it.
The UK does not appear on Betpanda's restricted list, but that does not make it legal for the site to serve British players. A casino needs a UK Gambling Commission licence to offer gambling to people in Great Britain, and Betpanda has no licence of any kind for its domains. UK players on a site like this are outside GAMSTOP self-exclusion and outside every UKGC protection, from affordability checks to a complaint route that can force a decision.
The crypto side adds its own risks. Balances move with the coin's price, blockchain transfers cannot be reversed, Betpanda pays out only in the coin you deposited, and bonuses come with wagering rules and deadlines. Gambling is for adults over 18 and is not a way to make money. If it stops being fun, free confidential help is at BeGambleAware.
Betpanda is a real, operating casino run by Star Bright Media S.R.L. of Costa Rica, and some players report fast payouts. But no gambling licence covers its domains, AskGamblers lists 25 complaints with only 8 resolved, and Trustpilot has withdrawn its rating over fake reviews. We rate it Poor because a player has no regulator to turn to.
No. Its terms say the service is authorised under the jurisdiction of Costa Rica and not under any domestic licensing regime, and Costa Rica does not license online casinos. Its operator holds Anjouan licence ALSI-202408063-FI3, but the Anjouan register lists only Punkz domains under it, not betpanda.io or betpandacasino.io.
Not in most cases, according to its own help centre: you can sign up and play without documents. Its terms still allow identity checks at any time, directly or through third parties, and let it suspend an account until they are done. Several complaints describe documents being requested after a win and accounts then closed, which Betpanda disputes.
Its help centre caps crypto withdrawals at €5,000 every 24 hours, €15,000 a week and €45,000 a month, with higher limits only on request to support, despite homepage marketing of zero fees and limits. The minimum withdrawal is €10, each deposit must be wagered once first, and payouts go back in the coin you deposited.
Betpanda is operated by Star Bright Media S.R.L., a company organised under the laws of Costa Rica with corporate identification number 3-102-880000 and an office in San Pedro. The same company holds the Anjouan licence for the Punkz casino brand and is named by AskGamblers as the company behind Cryptorino. Its owners are not publicly named.
The UK is not on Betpanda's restricted list, but the site has no UK Gambling Commission licence, which any operator needs to offer gambling to people in Great Britain. UK players on such a site have no GAMSTOP self-exclusion and none of the UKGC complaint and safer-gambling protections, and Betpanda has no other regulator either.
