Closure complaints keep arriving on Trustpilot
Players posting on Trustpilot between 12 and 18 October 2026 again allege that Betpanda closed accounts after winning bets, and the casino's public replies deny any wrongdoing. Four one-star reviews carry dates in the week: two on 12 October, one on 17 October and one on 18 October.
The most specific are the first and the last. One reviewer says a $1,000 winning bet on 5 October was followed by account closure and an emptied balance. Another, on 18 October, says the account was closed after verification and winning bets. A third, on 17 October, calls the site a scam without giving details. These are allegations from anonymous reviewers, not findings, and no regulator or court has ruled on them.
The page itself carries a warning. As of 20 October Trustpilot shows no star rating for Betpanda, saying it is unavailable because of a breach of Trustpilot's guidelines and that fake reviews were removed. The page counts 865 reviews, 212 of them in the last 12 months, with 65% one-star and 26% five-star. Treat the spread with care: when a platform has removed fake reviews, the remaining mix is not a clean sample of players.
What Betpanda said in reply
Betpanda answered several reviews, including a 12 October review and an update to a 2 October review made on 16 October. Its replies reject the claim that games are rigged, saying every game on the site runs as it would on any other operator's platform. They also reject the word scam, saying accounts are closed only after a confirmed breach of its terms and conditions, and they invite reviewers to contact support or share account details so the case can be looked at.
None of the replies we read says whether a closed account was reopened or paid out, and the 12 October closure review and the 18 October review show no reply. A 2 October review, from someone who says a $6,000 blackjack balance was followed by a withdrawal blocked over alleged terms violations, also drew a reply rejecting the accusation. We have no way to check either side's account of those cases.
The licence question has not gone away
CryptoSlate refreshed its Betpanda company page on 18 October 2026, and the licence picture on it is unchanged: no licence number is published, and Betpanda's own terms say it does not operate under a domestic licensing regime. The operator, Star Bright Media S.R.L. in Costa Rica, appears on the Anjouan register with B2C licence ALSI-202408063-FI3, issued on 29 August 2024 and listed as valid through 28 August 2026.
Two caveats matter more than the headline. The page says every domain recorded under that licence belongs to the Punkz brand, and that neither betpanda.io nor betpandacasino.io appears on the register. And the stated end date, 28 August, has now passed; the page does not say whether the licence was renewed. A licence that does not name the casino's domains gives a player no regulator to complain to if a withdrawal is held.
Costa Rica is only the company's seat. Both CryptoSlate and a Film Threat review published on 3 September say it has no licensing regime for online casinos.
The bad news
The pattern is the problem. Account closures after wins, ID checks arriving at withdrawal time and blocked cash-outs are the themes in this week's reviews, and they sit awkwardly next to a no-KYC pitch. Film Threat describes wallet login with no email or identity documents, while a third-party guide dated 6 October says the site can still request verification, which has led to disputes.
Bonus terms add to the risk. The same guide describes a welcome match with an 80x wagering requirement, which it calls unusually high. It is a secondary source, so check any current terms yourself before relying on that figure.
For UK readers: Film Threat lists the United Kingdom among the countries barred from Betpanda. UK players are outside GAMSTOP and UK Gambling Commission protections on sites like this, and a casino needs a UKGC licence to offer gambling to people in Great Britain.
The good news
Not every report is negative. A 3 October Trustpilot review, rated three stars, says a deposit landed instantly and a withdrawal took hours after contacting support but was eventually received. The guide above cites independent data over four months putting the median withdrawal at about 54 minutes, though it names no source we could open, so the figure is unverified. Betpanda also replies publicly to complaints on Trustpilot rather than leaving them unanswered.
The guide also describes a weekly cashback of 10% of net losses with no wagering requirement. Cashback on losses is still a loss, and it does not change the licensing position above.
What to watch next
Three things would change the picture: an updated Anjouan or other register entry that names Betpanda's own domains, a Trustpilot rating returning after the guideline breach is resolved, and any evidence that closed accounts were paid out. Our rating stays at Poor on the documented gaps. Our full Betpanda review covers the background, and the to be careful with list and no-KYC casino guide show where it sits among the crypto casinos we cover.
Crypto balances move with the market, transfers cannot be reversed, and most crypto casinos pay out in the coin you deposited. This is reporting from public pages, not a recommendation to play, and nobody should treat gambling as income. Gambling is for adults only (18+), and BeGambleAware offers free support.
FAQs
Is Betpanda licensed?
No gambling licence we could verify covers its domains. Its terms say it operates under no domestic licensing regime, and CryptoSlate reports that the Anjouan licence held by its operator lists only Punkz domains, with a stated end date of 28 August 2026. Costa Rica, where the operator sits, has no online casino licensing regime.
What are players complaining about on Trustpilot?
Four one-star reviews dated 12 to 18 October allege account closures after winning bets, blocked withdrawals and rigged games. Betpanda replied to some, denying rigging and saying accounts close only after a confirmed terms breach. These are unverified reviews, and Trustpilot shows no star rating for the company.
Can UK players use Betpanda?
Film Threat lists the UK among the countries barred from the site. UK players are outside GAMSTOP and UK Gambling Commission protections on casinos like this, and a casino needs a UKGC licence to offer gambling to people in Great Britain. We do not explain ways around country blocks.
Does Betpanda ask for ID despite being no-KYC?
Players can log in with a crypto wallet, but a third-party guide dated 6 October says the site can still request verification, and a Trustpilot reviewer on 18 October says their account was closed after verification. Rules can change, so read the current terms before depositing.
Has our rating of Betpanda changed this week?
No. We still rate Betpanda Poor because no regulator covers its domains and complaint sites repeat a pattern of closed accounts with balances inside. This week's reviews fit that pattern but are allegations, not findings, so they do not move the rating on their own.
