What is Grailbet?
Grailbet is a crypto casino and sportsbook at grailbet.com, run by Grail Technologies Ltd of Saint Lucia and licensed in Anjouan. It went live in June 2026 (CryptoLists dates the release to 13 June), so it has roughly four months of history, and its main selling point is a 40% rakeback scheme on slots. It sits in our crypto casino guide as one of the newest brands we cover.
- Launched: June 2026 (13 June per CryptoLists; the company's own Trustpilot profile also says June 2026)

- Licence: Anjouan, No. ALSI-202512005-FI1, shown as VALID on the Anjouan validator on 21 October 2026
- Coins: ETH, SOL, USDT and USDC, plus BTC, LTC, XRP, TRX, BNB, DOGE, ADA, LINK, AVAX and TON as listed on its own coin pages in October 2026; Grailbet says PIX (Brazil) and Interac (Canada) are offered by country
- KYC: the terms let it ask for ID, selfie, proof of address and source of funds at any time
- Games: slots, live casino, game shows, in-house Originals and a sportsbook with esports
- UK and US: both on its Restricted Territories list
- Our rating: Too new to rate
We list it under Ethereum casinos, Solana casinos, USDT and stablecoin casinos, crypto slots casinos, crypto sportsbooks and new crypto casinos.
Our rating: Too new to rate
Grailbet names its owner and holds a valid Anjouan licence, but it only launched in June 2026 and has too little payout and complaint history to judge yet.
We rate crypto casinos from public sources only: the licence and what it covers, who owns it, what players report about withdrawals and complaints, how clear its terms are and how long it has been trading. Last reviewed 21 October 2026. How we rate crypto casinos.
History and ownership
Grailbet names its owner clearly, which is more than many new crypto casinos do. The site footer, the Trustpilot company profile and the Anjouan licence record all name Grail Technologies Ltd, registered in Saint Lucia under number 2025-00264. Casino.guru and AskGamblers list the same company. We found no public information on the people behind it, and a Saint Lucia registration tells players little about who runs the business day to day.
The brand existed before the casino did. Its X account, @grailbetcom, says it joined in July 2025 and had about 1,270 followers and 1,100 posts in October 2026. The company number suggests the company was formed in 2025, and the casino opened in June 2026. Grailbet also points players to a sister site, GrailDraw, which it describes as a provably fair prize platform run by the same company.
One oddity needs flagging. A separate Trustpilot profile for grailbet-ca.ca describes a Canadian-dollar casino with cards and Apple Pay, says it launched in 2025, and names the same company and licence number. Grailbet's own FAQ says grailbet.com is its only official domain and that any other address "isn't us", and the Anjouan validator lists grailbet.com as the only registered website. We could not establish who runs grailbet-ca.ca, so treat any Grailbet branding on another address with suspicion.
Games and sportsbook
Grailbet's game list is built on the big studios. Its FAQ names Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Play'n GO, Relax Gaming and Backseat Gaming. Third-party counts vary: CryptoLists says 8,000+ games, LCB counted about 3,390 slots from around 60 providers in July 2026.
If you follow these studios, recent releases we cover include Pragmatic Play's Big Bass Halloween Splash 1000, Hacksaw Gaming's Wicked Grin, Nolimit City's Gator Hunters 2 and Backseat Gaming's Kamo Insect Hunter. Game availability changes by country, so check a title is listed before assuming it is there.
Grailbet Originals are, by the casino's own description, its own blackjack, roulette and baccarat tables. The footer carries a "Provably Fair" badge, but we found no public page explaining how to verify Originals results. Live dealer tables come from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. The sportsbook covers sports and esports and runs under its own Sportsbook Rules, which ban arbitrage, syndicate betting and automated tools (section 12.3).
Deposits, withdrawals and KYC in practice
Grailbet is crypto-first, with local payment methods in some countries. Its coin pages list ETH, SOL, USDT and USDC with a dozen more coins, and in a Trustpilot reply in July 2026 the company said methods depend on country: crypto everywhere, PIX for Brazil and Interac for Canada. Casino.guru also lists Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer. Network fees are the player's to pay.
The withdrawal rules, from the Terms of Service dated 30 September 2026:
- Minimum withdrawal USD 20 (LCB's July 2026 review listed USD 10, so the figure has changed or was misreported)
- Every deposit must be wagered once before it can be withdrawn
- Daily, weekly or monthly limits are shown in the cashier, with larger wins paid in instalments; Casino.guru and LCB both record a cap of 20,000 a month
- Maximum win of USD 500,000 per game round or bet unless a higher VIP limit is agreed in writing
- Withdrawals go to a wallet or method in your own name, where possible the one you deposited from
On speed, players' reports are the only evidence. Two five-star Trustpilot reviews from 28 July 2026 praise fast withdrawals, one reporting USD 1,400 paid within seconds with no ID asked for. AskGamblers, on the other hand, lists "slow withdrawals" among its dislikes. Neither is a large sample.
Grailbet is not a no-KYC casino. Section 6 of its terms lets it ask for photo ID, a liveness selfie, proof of address and source-of-funds documents at any time, and it may close an account and withhold the balance if verification is refused within 30 days. The terms also bar tools that hide a player's location and say accounts opened from restricted countries can have bets voided and winnings withheld.
Licence and safety
The licence is real and current. The Anjouan licence validator showed licence ALSI-202512005-FI1 for Grail Technologies Ltd with an operating status of VALID on 21 October 2026, covering grailbet.com only. It is issued under Anjouan's Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005, with Anjouan Licensing Services Inc handling supervision.
What it does not cover matters as much. Anjouan is an offshore licence with a thin player-dispute route. The validator lists the UK, USA, Australia, France, the Netherlands, Spain and Comoros as excluded territories and says complaints from players in those places "will not be entertained". It requires operators to offer independent dispute resolution, self-exclusion and deposit limits, but Grailbet's own complaints policy sends unresolved disputes to its compliance team and then to the Anjouan authority, without naming an independent ADR service.
Responsible gambling tools are a weak spot. In a July 2026 Trustpilot exchange, Grailbet confirmed that deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion are handled by emailing support rather than offered as self-service settings in the account. We found no proof of reserves and no published audit of the Originals; the terms rely on game providers' certified random number generators for slots.
Review sites so far: Casino.guru gives a Safety Index of 6.7 and labels it a "Fresh casino", rates its terms "somewhat unfair" with four issues, including clauses that let it confiscate winnings for low-risk play and common bonus-hunting strategies, and records no complaints. AskGamblers rates it 7/10 with no complaints yet.
Bonuses and VIP
Grailbet's rewards are built around rakeback rather than big headline bonuses. It runs "Dual Rewards": Dark Mode pays 40% rakeback, credited instantly and claimable at any time, and Light Mode, which its rewards page marked "coming soon" in October 2026, swaps rakeback for daily, weekly and monthly rank bonuses.
The casino welcome bonus, per the Promotions Terms dated 30 September 2026, is a 100% match on a first deposit up to USD 2,000 from a USD 40 minimum. It carries a 40x wagering requirement on deposit plus bonus, so a USD 100 deposit means USD 8,000 of bets. Only slots count in full, Originals count 10% and live casino and sports count nothing. The maximum bet is USD 5 while it is active, withdrawals are blocked until it ends, it expires after 30 days, and no rakeback accrues while it runs.
As with any bonus, the wagering terms decide whether it is worth anything, and rakeback does not change the house edge. Grailbet's own rakeback guide says as much: no reward makes gambling profitable over time.
Complaints, controversies and what has gone wrong
Nothing serious is on record yet, but the record is short. As of 21 October 2026 we found no regulator action, no hack and no complaint on Casino.guru or AskGamblers. Reddit and news searches turned up nothing about the brand. The disputes we did find are on Trustpilot, where Grailbet scores 3.2 out of 5 from five reviews, and Trustpilot notes the company has not invited reviews recently.
- 20 October 2026, Trustpilot: a player reports depositing 260 USDT and having his account closed after an accusation of syndicate betting, which he denies. Grailbet replied that three linked accounts bet on the same obscure markets within minutes of each other, cited section 12.3 of its Sportsbook Rules, said the account was used from a restricted country without completing verification, and said it had sent the record to its licensing authority.
- 10 October 2026, Trustpilot: a US-based reviewer complains that a favourite game was disabled and that a support agent was dismissive. Grailbet replied that the game was paused to fix a loading problem and admitted the agent's tone "fell short", while saying the chat ended with abuse from the customer. Note that the US is on Grailbet's restricted list.
- 25 July 2026, Trustpilot: a reviewer says fiat deposits were advertised but only crypto was available, and that no self-service limits or time-outs were visible. Grailbet closed the account as asked, said methods vary by country, updated its profile text and confirmed limits are set through support.
The other recurring concern is the grailbet-ca.ca profile described above, which uses Grailbet's company name and licence number on a domain Grailbet says is not official. On LCB, six player votes give an average of 2.6 out of 5, with no written comments.
The good and the bad
The good
- A named operator and a licence that checks out on the Anjouan validator
- Big-name studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Hacksaw Gaming and Nolimit City
- Written complaints and escalation steps, and replies to every negative Trustpilot review so far
- 40% rakeback paid instantly, which its own guide explains plainly without promising profit
The bad
- About four months old, with almost no independent payout record
- Offshore Anjouan licence, no named independent ADR service, and no dispute route for players in excluded countries
- Responsible gambling limits only by emailing support
- Terms Casino.guru rates "somewhat unfair", a USD 500,000 win cap and monthly withdrawal caps
- A 40x welcome bonus that blocks withdrawals and rakeback while active
Our verdict: Grailbet does the basics that many new crypto casinos skip: it names its company, its Anjouan licence is valid on the regulator's own validator, and it answers complaints in public. Against that, it has run for barely four months, the Trustpilot sample is five reviews, and the licence offers players limited protection. The disputes on record so far are account closures for alleged linked accounts, with the casino's account and the player's account in direct conflict. It is too early to judge, and we will revisit the rating as its record grows.
Grailbet and UK readers
Grailbet does not accept UK players. Section 4.1 of its terms lists the United Kingdom among its Restricted Territories, alongside the US, France, the Netherlands, Australia, Austria, Germany and Spain, and Casino.guru and LCB both record that it does not take UK players. It holds no UK Gambling Commission licence, which any operator needs to offer gambling to people in Great Britain, so UK players would have no GAMSTOP or UKGC protection there.
Crypto adds its own risks. Balances rise and fall with the coin unless you hold a stablecoin, blockchain transfers cannot be reversed, and you are normally paid back in the coin you deposited. Bonuses come with wagering rules. Gambling is for adults aged 18 and over and is never a way to make money; BeGambleAware offers free, confidential help.

FAQs
Is Grailbet legit?
Grailbet is a real, licensed business but too new to judge on track record. Grail Technologies Ltd of Saint Lucia runs it, and its Anjouan licence ALSI-202512005-FI1 showed as valid on the regulator's validator in October 2026. It launched in June 2026, has no Casino.guru or AskGamblers complaints yet, and only five Trustpilot reviews, so its payout record is still thin.
Who owns Grailbet?
Grailbet is owned and operated by Grail Technologies Ltd, a company registered in Saint Lucia under number 2025-00264 with an office at Rodney Bayside Building, Rodney Bay. The same company holds the Anjouan licence and says it also runs GrailDraw, a prize platform. We found no public information about the individuals behind the company.
How long do Grailbet withdrawals take?
Grailbet does not publish a guaranteed time, and reports so far are few. Two Trustpilot reviewers in July 2026 said withdrawals arrived within seconds, while AskGamblers lists slow withdrawals as a dislike. The terms set a USD 20 minimum, require deposits to be wagered once, allow ID checks before payout and pay larger wins in instalments under cashier limits.
Does Grailbet require KYC?
Yes, it can. Grailbet's terms let it ask for photo ID, a liveness selfie, proof of address and source-of-funds documents at any time, including before a withdrawal. Some players report small withdrawals paid without ID, but that is not a promise, and refusing verification within 30 days can lead to the account being closed and the balance withheld.
Can UK players use Grailbet?
No. Grailbet lists the United Kingdom as a Restricted Territory in its terms, and the Anjouan licence itself excludes the UK. It has no UK Gambling Commission licence, so it cannot legally offer gambling to people in Great Britain, and UK players would have no GAMSTOP or UKGC protection there.
What is Grailbet's 40% rakeback?
It is Grailbet's Dark Mode reward: 40% of the house edge on each bet returned to you, paid instantly and claimable from the wallet. On a slot with a 4% edge, USD 1,000 of bets returns about USD 16. It does not apply while the welcome bonus is active, and it lowers the cost of play without making gambling profitable.
