What is TrustDice?
TrustDice is a crypto casino and sportsbook run by Satoshi Gaming Group N.V. under a Curacao licence, with a founding year of 2018 given by AskGamblers and by an affiliate review. Players score it highly, but a Swedish regulator banned the company from offering games in Sweden in April 2025, and AskGamblers carries 16 complaints that include self-exclusion and withheld-funds cases. We rate it Mixed. It sits in our crypto casinos directory and in the Bitcoin casinos, Ethereum casinos, USDT and stablecoin casinos, altcoin casinos, crypto slots casinos and provably fair casinos lists.
- Launched: 2018, per AskGamblers and an affiliate review (the casino's own site is a script-built page we could not read for dates)
- Operator: Satoshi Gaming Group N.V.
- Licence: Curacao; AskGamblers names the Curacao Gaming Control Board but gives no number, and we did not verify it with a licensor
- Coins: AskGamblers lists Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Dogecoin, Litecoin, TRON and USD Coin, plus several fiat currencies, as of 1 November 2026
- KYC: required on request; complainants describe ID, proof of address and a selfie with ID
- Games: slots, dice, crash-style originals, live casino and a sportsbook; game counts differ by source
- UK and US: not confirmed from the casino's own terms, see below
- Our rating: Mixed
Our rating: Mixed
TrustDice has a high player score and most complaints are marked resolved, but a 2025 Swedish ban, allegations about ignored self-exclusion and withheld funds, and an offshore licence keep it at Mixed.
We rate crypto casinos from public sources only: the licence and what it covers, who owns it, what players report about withdrawals and complaints, how clear its terms are and how long it has been trading. Last reviewed 1 November 2026. How we rate crypto casinos.
History and ownership
AskGamblers names Satoshi Gaming Group N.V. as the company and gives 2018 as the year of establishment, and the affiliate review at Blockonomi says the same, adding that the casino is operated by that company and licensed under a Curacao eGaming licence it calls "not a top-tier jurisdiction". That review is an affiliate page and says so, so we use it for the basic facts only.
The company's name is also in the Swedish case. iGaming Business describes Satoshi Gaming Group as the owner and operator of the trustdice.win site. We found no filing or interview naming the individuals behind the company, so we say nothing about owners. Blockonomi mentions a "revenue-sharing TXT token" but gives no mechanics, so we cannot explain how it works.
Games and sportsbook
AskGamblers describes more than 2,000 games, including slots, dice games and a live casino, from providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Habanero, Betsoft, Play'n GO and Nolimit City. The affiliate review claims 7,000+ casino games, a different figure we cannot reconcile. The casino says its games are provably fair; AskGamblers marks that as the casino's claim and lists RTP as not stated and independent RNG testing as "No".
Among the providers named, Nolimit City is one we cover: see Six Feet Under for an example. That link is to our slot guide, not a statement that the game is in the TrustDice lobby today.
Blockonomi says there is a sportsbook with pre-match and live betting and an esports section. It also says there is video poker but no player-versus-player poker room. The sportsbook claim comes from an affiliate page, so check the live site for what it currently offers.
Deposits, withdrawals and KYC in practice
AskGamblers lists a minimum deposit of 10 USDT, no deposit fees, no withdrawal fees and a monthly withdrawal limit of 1,000,000 USDT. Crypto and e-wallet withdrawals are listed at 0 to 1 hours, with bank transfers and card payments not offered. Fiat currencies are shown, but the page says card and bank withdrawals are not available.
Verification is listed at 0 to 72 hours. The page does not set out KYC requirements, but complainants describe being asked for ID, proof of address and a selfie holding ID, and several complaints involve a withdrawal held for verification and then not paid. That pattern is the part to weigh: speed is reported as good when verification is clean, and problems cluster when it is not.
One complaint from June 2025 describes a SEPA withdrawal of over 1,300 euros that the casino confirmed as processed on 10 June but had not arrived by 16 June. The casino reportedly said the funds went to its payment provider and could not be cancelled, and the player says no payment proof was supplied. The complaint is listed as resolved.
Licence and safety
TrustDice says it is licensed in Curacao. We could not open the licensor's register, so the licence is as stated by the casino and AskGamblers, with no number we verified. Curacao licences are offshore licences with limited routes for player disputes, and a Curacao permit does not authorise gambling in countries such as Sweden or the UK.
The key safety fact is the Swedish ruling. On 10 April 2025 Sweden's gambling regulator banned Satoshi Gaming Group from providing games in Sweden, with immediate effect, because the trustdice.win site was offering gambling to Swedish players without a Swedish licence (iGaming Business). The regulator pointed to Swedish-language terms, FAQs and affiliate marketing. The company said in February that it had blocked Swedish players, but the site was still reachable from another IP address weeks later, and an inspection on 10 April found it still serving Swedish players (Curacao Chronicle). No fine was reported.
That is a regulator finding about unlicensed offering in one country, not about unpaid winnings. It does show a gap between the blocking the company announced and the blocking that worked. The casino also lists only self-exclusion among its responsible gambling tools on AskGamblers; deposit, loss and session limits are not listed there.
Bonuses and VIP
AskGamblers lists a VIP and loyalty programme with few details, and its news items mention deposit bonuses and free spin promotions. Players describe high wagering requirements on bonuses and few ongoing promotions. One complaint from December 2022 describes a $25 giveaway bonus that was not paid after the casino flagged the account as a duplicate; the player says emails went unanswered. As always, read each offer's wagering terms before taking a bonus, since they decide whether it can be withdrawn.
Streamers who play on TrustDice
No streamer on our roster is known to play at TrustDice, and we found no confirmed sponsorship we could tie to a named streamer. Where streamers do play at a casino, they often use sponsored balances, which says little about a normal player's experience.
Complaints, controversies and what has gone wrong
As of 1 November 2026 AskGamblers lists 16 complaints against TrustDice, with its statistics showing 14 of 15 resolved (the page's own counts do not quite match), an average of 12 days to close and an average amount of about $1,343. All seven payment complaints are shown as resolved. The player rating is 9 out of 10 from 654 reviews and the CasinoRank 8.4 out of 10. Examples, all as alleged by the complainants:
- April 2025: a player says they self-excluded on 3 April, then deposited over $600 on 11 April, and that live chat promised an account note.
- 2025: a player says they told the casino about a gambling problem on 23 May, deposited 524 USDT on 26 July and got no reply to a 9 August email.
- An account closed with 1,800 pounds withheld, after the player says they followed the casino's instruction to open a new account, was then closed for "multiple accounts".
- A withdrawal of about 0.22 BTC held for KYC, then marked "confiscated"; and an account ban with about 2,033 euros in ETH withheld, where the casino reportedly said it would share its reason only with a third-party arbitrator.
- June to July 2022: a 5,000 USDT withdrawal said to be confiscated after KYC documents were sent, with the player claiming 65,731.6238 USDT owed.
Trustpilot shows no numeric TrustScore: it says the rating is unavailable because of a breach of its guidelines, and that it removed fake reviews. It lists 4,755 reviews, 71% five-star and 7% one-star as of 1 November 2026. Visible complaints cover frozen accounts, KYC delays, inaccessible balances, a sportsbook stake cut to zero and unanswered emails. The company replies to many reviews, often asking the reviewer to continue by private message; in one it said its records showed $25 of deposits against a reported $5,000 loss.
The good and the bad
The good
- A 9 out of 10 player rating from 654 AskGamblers reviews, and most Trustpilot reviews are four or five stars
- Most AskGamblers complaints are marked resolved, with a short average closing time
- No withdrawal or deposit fees listed, with crypto payouts listed at 0 to 1 hours
- The company answers many Trustpilot reviews
The bad
- A Swedish regulator banned the operator in April 2025 for offering games without a licence, after blocking promises that did not hold
- Several complaints allege self-exclusion or gambling-harm notices were not acted on
- Several complaints allege funds withheld or confiscated after account closure or KYC, including large sums
- Trustpilot has no numeric score because of a guidelines breach, and the reviews were thinned for fakes
- Offshore Curacao licence, and only self-exclusion listed among player protection tools
Our verdict
TrustDice is a Mixed case. Many players are happy and most formal complaints end as resolved, but a regulator ban, allegations about self-exclusion and withheld balances, and a licence with limited dispute routes weigh against it. The Swedish action concerns Swedish players, so it matters most to them; for everyone else it is a reminder to check where a casino is allowed to operate.
A note for UK readers
We could not confirm from TrustDice's own terms whether it accepts players from Great Britain, because its site is a script-built page we could not read. Crypto casinos like this one are almost never licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, and a casino must hold a UK licence to offer gambling to people in Great Britain. UK players are outside GAMSTOP and UKGC protections on such sites. Balances move with the market, transfers are final, payouts usually come in coin and bonuses carry wagering rules. Gambling is for over-18s only and is not income. Help is available from BeGambleAware.
FAQs
Is TrustDice legit?
TrustDice is a real operating casino run by Satoshi Gaming Group N.V. under a Curacao licence, rated 9 out of 10 by 654 AskGamblers players as of 1 November 2026. It also has 16 complaints there and a 2025 Swedish ban for offering games without a licence. We rate it Mixed because the picture is positive and negative at once.
Why was TrustDice banned in Sweden?
On 10 April 2025 the Swedish gambling regulator banned Satoshi Gaming Group from providing games in Sweden because trustdice.win offered gambling to Swedish players without a Swedish licence. It cited Swedish-language terms and affiliate marketing, and found the site still reachable after the company said it had blocked Swedish players. No fine was reported.
How long do TrustDice withdrawals take?
AskGamblers lists crypto and e-wallet withdrawals at 0 to 1 hours, with no withdrawal fees and a monthly limit of 1,000,000 USDT. Verification is listed at 0 to 72 hours. Several complaints describe withdrawals held while ID checks dragged on, so speed depends heavily on how smoothly verification goes.
Does TrustDice require KYC?
It can. AskGamblers does not set out the rules, but complainants describe requests for ID, proof of address and a selfie with ID, often when a withdrawal is requested. In some reported cases the account was closed afterwards and funds withheld. Those are player allegations, and the casino's side is usually not shown.
What licence does TrustDice have?
AskGamblers names the Curacao Gaming Control Board and gives no licence number, and we could not check the licensor's register. Curacao is an offshore licence with limited routes for settling player disputes, and it does not authorise gambling in places that require their own licence, such as Sweden or Great Britain.
