Rainbet review: licence, withdrawals, complaints and verdict

A fast-growing Stake-style crypto casino built on big Kick streamer deals, with an Anjouan licence, undisclosed owners and a Trustpilot score that has slipped.

What is Rainbet?

Rainbet is a crypto casino and sportsbook launched in 2023 that has grown quickly on the back of streamer sponsorships. Its official X account was created in November 2023, and Mediaweek, CryptoSlate and Fair Gambling all give 2023 as the launch year, although AskGamblers says 2025. We use 2023 because three sources and its X history agree.

  • Launched: 2023
  • Operator: RBGAMING N.V. (CryptoSlate, AskGamblers, Fair Gambling)
  • Licence: Anjouan B2C licence ALSI-152406029-FI2, issued 14 June 2024 and valid to 13 June 2027, as listed by CryptoSlate (page updated 21 September 2026); we could not check it on the Anjouan register itself
  • Coins: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, USDC, Litecoin, Tron, Solana, TON, Dogecoin, Chainlink and XRP are stated; we confirmed only that crypto is the main route (Casino.org)
  • KYC policy: verification before withdrawals; AskGamblers describes four steps, Casino.org says about five minutes in its test and 24 hours as typical
  • Games: slots, live dealer, 14 Originals and a sportsbook
  • UK and US: AskGamblers lists both as restricted
  • Our rating: Mixed

It sits in our Bitcoin casinos, Ethereum casinos, USDT casinos, Solana casinos, altcoin casinos, crypto slots and streamer casino lists, and the wider picture is on our crypto casinos hub. This page is built from public sources we read; we did not deposit or play.

Our rating: Mixed

Many reports of fast crypto payouts and no regulator action found, but an offshore Anjouan licence, undisclosed owners, a Trustpilot score of 2.1 with no replies to negative reviews and two unresolved complaints keep it at Mixed.

We rate crypto casinos from public sources only: the licence and what it covers, who owns it, what players report about withdrawals and complaints, how clear its terms are and how long it has been trading. Last reviewed 12 October 2026. How we rate crypto casinos.

History and ownership

Rainbet is operated by RBGAMING N.V., but the people behind that company are not published. CryptoSlate says RBGAMING N.V. owns and operates the brand, that no ultimate parent or individual shareholders are disclosed, and that earlier legal disclosures showed a Curaçao registration (company number 163051) while the current terms show Anjouan (company number 16077). Mediaweek, in a piece dated 30 March 2026, still calls RBGAMING Curaçao-registered, which is one of several small conflicts between sources.

Mediaweek also describes Rainbet as closely resembling Stake in design, colour scheme and layout, and reports that SimilarWeb recorded almost 13 million visits in February 2026. The article carries no statement from Rainbet, and we found no reply from the company elsewhere. Casino.org notes that the terms name Gaming Services Provider N.V. as the licensor, a detail we could not trace further.

The lack of a public ownership story does not show wrongdoing, but it means players cannot check who stands behind their balance.

Games and sportsbook

Casino.org counts 7,242 titles from 56 providers, including 124 live dealer games, mainly from Evolution and Pragmatic Play, plus 14 provably fair Originals such as Plinko and Chicken Cross. Counts vary by country. CryptoSlate puts the library at more than 7,000 games.

Slots from the big studios are covered on our site, such as Big Bass Halloween Splash 1000 from Pragmatic Play. One bonus detail matters if you play Hacksaw titles like Wicked Grin: Casino.org says Hacksaw games and sports bets do not count towards bonus wagering. AskGamblers says the games' RTP is not publicly audited and lists no RNG testing.

The sportsbook gets only brief mention in the reviews we read, so we cannot describe its markets or limits. Casino.org lists no native app and no phone support, but a full lobby on mobile browsers and 24/7 live chat without login.

Deposits, withdrawals and KYC in practice

Reviewers describe quick crypto payouts. Casino.org says crypto withdrawals usually take 5 to 15 minutes, with a $20.50 crypto minimum, no maximum or weekly caps and fees waived once you have wagered the deposit once. Interac and AstroPay take about 24 hours with a $50 minimum, and Interac carries a $2.85 fee. AskGamblers lists crypto only for withdrawals, 0 to 24 hours pending, and no fees, a small mismatch with Casino.org.

Deposits start at $6.80 in crypto and $15 for Interac and AstroPay; there are no Visa or Mastercard deposits per Casino.org, though AskGamblers lists cards among the fiat options, so check the cashier for your country.

The friction players report is verification and account reviews. AskGamblers describes a four-step process before withdrawals, and its two open complaints include one about a $1,500 balance confiscated after an account was blocked. A Trustpilot reviewer on 3 October 2026 said they had deposited 800 euros over a month and not withdrawn, and another on 10 October 2026 said 23 bonuses were closed early. These are single accounts. Complete KYC before a balance builds, and remember crypto transfers are final.

Licence and safety

Rainbet's licence is offshore and its reviewers rate it poorly. CryptoSlate lists a B2C licence under Anjouan, number ALSI-152406029-FI2, held by RBGAMING N.V. for rainbet.com, valid from 14 June 2024 to 13 June 2027. We did not confirm it on the Anjouan register. AskGamblers' reviewer calls the Anjouan permit "currently one of the weakest permits in the world", and Casino.org describes it as light compared with older licences.

In plain terms, an Anjouan licence gives players limited routes to a regulator if a dispute stalls, and it is not a UK Gambling Commission licence. AskGamblers gives Rainbet a CasinoRank of 6.5 out of 10 and notes that self-exclusion is the only responsible gambling tool listed; Casino.org agrees there are no deposit limits or reality checks.

Rainbet's Originals are described as provably fair, which lets a player check an individual result, but that does not cover third-party slots. We found no proof of reserves or independent payout audit. Mediaweek also states that Rainbet cannot legally operate in Australia and is blacklisted there, while noting ACMA warnings to influencers; that is a country-level restriction, not a finding against the company.

Bonuses and VIP

Casino.org describes a 250% deposit match up to $2,100 plus 60 free spins with a $30 minimum deposit, 40x wagering and a maximum bonus bet of 1% of the deposit. CryptoSlate also gives 40x. A 15% rakeback boost applies for the first hour after registering, and daily, weekly and monthly bonuses, races and a weekly raffle are offered. AskGamblers describes the turnover as 1x and lists a $50 cap on bonus cash-outs, which conflicts with the other sources, so read the live terms.

The VIP scheme has seven tiers across 25 divisions, from Bronze at $4,000 wagered, according to Casino.org. Trustpilot reviewers complain that VIP hosts do not reply: one dated 28 September 2026 says so, and no Rainbet response is shown. Wagering rules mean a bonus is not free money.

Streamers who play on Rainbet

Rainbet is known for signing large Kick personalities, and every figure below is reported rather than confirmed. Adin Ross announced his move from Stake to Rainbet in September 2025; GamblingNews, on 24 September 2025, said Kick banned him shortly afterwards and lifted the ban the same day with no explanation. The outlet reported deal sizes between $50 million and $100 million without a named source, and Mediaweek says Ross claimed a deal worth AUD$143 million.

HSTikkyTokky moved from Stake to Rainbet, according to Fair Gambling on 27 August 2026, which cites his own Kick affiliate dashboard showing $4.1 million wagered through his code a few days in. Cheesur was reported by VegasSlotsOnline on 7 April 2026 to have signed a $50 million annual contract, a claim the outlet says rests on social media rumours. Fair Gambling then reported on 5 September 2026 that he left for Thrill, and on 9 October 2026 that the Thrill arrangement had stalled; his current sponsor is unclear.

Win.gg reported Rainbet as the first official sponsor of Kick's Slots category, in a piece dated 10/06/2026 that gave no financial terms. Streamers often play with sponsored balances and are paid by the players they bring, so their sessions say little about a normal account.

Complaints, controversies and what has gone wrong

The picture is poor player sentiment on Trustpilot, two unresolved complaints elsewhere and marketing criticism, without a regulator ruling that we could find. We checked Trustpilot, AskGamblers, Fair Gambling, Mediaweek and a general search; we found no court case, hack report or regulator action naming Rainbet.

  • Trustpilot (read 12 October 2026): 2.1 out of 5 from 614 reviews, 285 of them in the last 12 months; 62% are one-star and 33% five-star. Trustpilot says Rainbet has not replied to negative reviews. Fair Gambling's page, updated 3 September 2026, showed 2.6 from 501 reviews, so the score has fallen.
  • 24 September 2026: a reviewer alleged a slot's RTP was 30% or lower. This is unverified.
  • 1 October 2026: a reviewer said a self-exclusion link did not work and an emailed request got the same link back.
  • 4 October 2026: a reviewer said about 100 bonus buys paid out five times.
  • AskGamblers: 2 complaints, 0 resolved, average response time 3 days.
  • Fair Gambling (3 September 2026): 2 unresolved Casino Guru complaints and 10 unresolved scam accusations on BitcoinTalk, with no detail given; user accusations, not findings.
  • Mediaweek, 30 March 2026: reports influencer content framing gambling as a way to double money, and quotes an adviser warning that the ads can lower risk perception for younger audiences. The piece contains no Rainbet response.

Positive reports exist too. Trustpilot reviewers praise fast withdrawals, easy verification and support agents, and Fair Gambling's own user rating is 4.3 out of 5 from 913 reviews.

The good and the bad

The good

  • Fast crypto withdrawals, 5 to 15 minutes per Casino.org
  • A large library with provably fair Originals
  • No withdrawal maximum and no crypto fees after 1x wagering
  • Positive reports of fast payouts and support on Trustpilot and Fair Gambling
  • No regulator or court action found against it

The bad

  • Offshore Anjouan licence and undisclosed ultimate owners
  • Trustpilot 2.1, with 62% one-star reviews and no replies to negative ones
  • Two unresolved AskGamblers complaints, one for a confiscated $1,500 balance
  • 40x wagering, a 1% bet cap and Hacksaw excluded from bonuses
  • Thin responsible gambling tools, and aggressive influencer marketing

Our verdict. Rainbet pays quickly in many reports, but it sits on a weak offshore licence with no public owners, and its Trustpilot record is poor and unanswered, so we rate it Mixed. It is over two years old and no authority has acted against it, which keeps it above Poor. Anyone using it should assume limited recourse if a dispute arises.

For UK readers

Crypto casinos are almost never licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, and a casino must hold a UK licence to offer gambling to people in Great Britain. AskGamblers lists the UK among the countries Rainbet restricts. UK players are outside GAMSTOP and UKGC protections on sites like this.

Balances move with the market, crypto transfers are final, payouts usually come in the coin you used, and bonuses carry wagering rules. Gambling is for over-18s only; free help is at BeGambleAware. Nothing on this page suggests winnings are an income.
