Kings Game review: licence, withdrawals, complaints and verdict

An early 2026 crypto casino and sportsbook on an Anjouan licence it shares with Coins.game, with a split Trustpilot record and bonus terms that contradict themselves.

What is Kings Game?

Kings Game is a crypto and fiat casino with a sportsbook at kings.game, run by Royal Way Limited under a licence from Anjouan in the Union of Comoros. It opened in early 2026, which makes it one of the youngest brands in our crypto casino guide, and its licence is shared with an older casino from the same company, Coins.game.

  • Launched: early 2026 (its X account was created in November 2025; its Trustpilot profile was claimed in February 2026)
  • Operator: Royal Way Limited (CR No. 15820), with Altrimax Limited (HE 416902) named as payment agent in the site footer
  • Licence: Anjouan B2C licence ALSI-202410033-FI2, shown as valid on the Anjouan register with an expiry date of 27 October 2026
  • Coins: CryptoSlate counts 16, including BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL, XRP, TRX, LTC and DOGE, plus Visa, Mastercard and Interac for fiat (October 2026)
  • KYC: no fixed threshold; the policy allows checks at sign-up, before a deposit, around a bonus or before a withdrawal
  • Games: about 8,500 casino games, around two dozen Originals, live dealer tables and a sportsbook
  • UK and US: both restricted
  • Our rating: Too new to rate

We list it among our crypto slots casinos, crypto live dealer casinos, crypto sportsbooks and altcoin casinos. Everything on this page comes from public sources we read in October 2026: the casino's own terms, the licensor's register, review sites and player reports. We have not played there.

Our rating: Too new to rate

Kings Game has a genuine Anjouan licence and a large game library, but under a year of history, a licence due to expire on 27 October 2026 and early reports of winnings voided under bonus rules. Too new to rate.

We rate crypto casinos from public sources only: the licence and what it covers, who owns it, what players report about withdrawals and complaints, how clear its terms are and how long it has been trading. Last reviewed 21 October 2026. How we rate crypto casinos.

History and ownership

Kings Game is new, but the company behind it is not. Its terms of use, last updated on 10 December 2025, name Royal Way Limited "located at the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros" as operator, and say disputes go to the courts of Anjouan. The same company runs Coins.game, and the Anjouan licence register lists both coins.game and kings.game as domains on one licence.

That explains a detail that looks odd at first: the licence number dates from October 2024, more than a year before Kings Game opened. It was issued to Royal Way for Coins.game, and CryptoSlate's company profile describes Coins.game as the operator's older brand. Kings Game is a second casino under the same paperwork, not a new licence.

The footer names Altrimax Limited, registration HE 416902, as payment agent. The HE prefix is the format used for companies registered in Cyprus, and the casino's X account gives Cyprus as its location. No directors, shareholders or founders are named on the site, and we found no filings or interviews that name them.

The sister brand's record matters, because the same people handle the money. Coins.game on Trustpilot scored 1.9 out of 5 from 245 reviews in October 2026, with 60% of them one-star; the profile has been claimed since February 2023 and Trustpilot shows replies to all negative reviews. That is not evidence against Kings Game itself, but it is the longest public track record this operator has.

Games and sportsbook

The casino is slot-heavy. CryptoSlate's review, updated on 21 October 2026, counted more than 8,490 games from 51 providers, three of them Kings Game's own labels, with 938 live casino titles and 24 Originals listed at 96.64% to 99% RTP. Named studios include Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, Red Tiger, Habanero, Big Time Gaming and Betsoft.

Pragmatic Play is the biggest supplier, with 1,147 games according to CryptoSlate. Its recent catalogue includes Gates of Olympus 2500 and Big Bass Halloween Splash 1000, and Hacksaw's includes Wicked Grin. Game availability changes by region, so check the lobby rather than assuming any single title is there.

The sportsbook runs under its own "Terms of Sports", which cover football, tennis, basketball and other sports. Two clauses are worth knowing because they come up in disputes: the book may cap stakes for any player "at its discretion", and arbitrage betting is banned, with repeated bets on the same outcome liable to be voided.

There is no provably fair verification page. Both CryptoSlate and BitDegree say the Originals carry no published way to check results, even though the terms of use say outcomes "may rely on" RNG or provably fair technology. For third-party slots and live games, results come from the studios' own certified systems.

Deposits, withdrawals and KYC in practice

Crypto is the main route in and out, with some fiat on the side. CryptoSlate lists 16 coins, with USDT on eight networks and USDC on nine, and Visa, Mastercard and Interac among 19 payment methods; the site's own FAQ adds a "Buy Crypto" option for cards and services such as Revolut. Payments run through CCPayment, according to CryptoSlate.

On speed, the casino promises little in writing. Its FAQ says most blockchain transfers confirm "within 5 to 10 minutes" and that a deposit needs three confirmations before you can withdraw; minimum withdrawals vary by coin. BitDegree reports withdrawal fees of about 1% on crypto and 2.5% on fiat, a figure we could not find on the casino's own pages. Player reports are split: a September 2026 Trustpilot review praises quick withdrawals, while one from 6 October 2026 says withdrawals take up to seven days and large wins go unpaid.

KYC is where the "no KYC" impression and the written policy part ways. The AML and KYC policy says Kings Game "does not rely exclusively on a fixed deposit or withdrawal threshold" and may ask for documents straight after registration, before a deposit, before or after a bonus is credited, or while a withdrawal is being processed. CryptoSlate reports document and selfie checks above $2,000 in deposits or withdrawals and proof of funds above $5,000.

In practice, several players report sign-up without documents, and one September 2026 review praises exactly that. The disputes start later, at withdrawal, when a check and the bonus rules arrive together. If you play here, expect to be verified before a large cash-out, and keep your deposit records.

Licence and safety

The licence is real and current, but short-dated. The Anjouan register shows Royal Way Limited holding B2C licence ALSI-202410033-FI2, status valid, issued on 28 October 2024 and expiring on 27 October 2026, covering coins.game and kings.game. When we checked on 21 October 2026, that expiry was six days away; we will update this page once the register shows a renewal or a change.

An Anjouan licence is an offshore licence. It lets the operator take players from countries that do not license gambling themselves, but it offers far less than a UK, Maltese or Swedish licence: there is no player compensation fund, no independent ombudsman a player can easily reach, and limited public enforcement history. The terms put any dispute before the courts of Anjouan.

We found no published audit, proof of reserves or independent RNG certificate for the Originals. The casino offers two-factor login, self-exclusion and deposit limits, according to its terms and BitDegree. None of that tells you how a disputed withdrawal will be handled, which is the question the complaints below raise.

Bonuses and VIP

The welcome package is spread over four deposits, and its own terms contradict each other on wagering. The bonus terms describe stages of 100% plus 25 free spins, 125% plus 50, 125% plus 75 and 150% plus 100, each needing a $20 minimum deposit and capped at $1,000 of bonus money. The summary table says the wagering is x35; rule 11 of the same page says x20. CryptoSlate flagged the same conflict.

The fine print is strict. Each bonus must be wagered within seven days; slots count 100%, Originals 20% and live casino and crash games nothing. The most you can convert after wagering equals the bonus credited, and anything above that is cancelled. Withdrawing real money while a bonus is active forfeits the bonus, and only one bonus is allowed per person, household, IP address, device and payment method, which is the rule most often cited when winnings are voided.

For regular players, CryptoSlate describes 13 VIP tiers with rakeback from 2% to 30%, weekly cashback of 0.5% to 3.5%, and a monthly race paying 20,000 USDT. As with any casino bonus, wagering means you usually stake many times the bonus before any of it can be withdrawn, and the casino's decision on abuse is final under its own rules.

Complaints, controversies and what has gone wrong

The record is short and divided, and the recurring complaint is balances voided after a win under bonus or sportsbook rules. On Trustpilot Kings Game scored 3.0 out of 5 from 29 reviews as of 21 October 2026, with 45% one-star and 42% five-star; Trustpilot shows replies to 85% of negative reviews, usually within 48 hours.

  • 3 October 2026: a player says a balance of more than $5,622 was confiscated after verification, citing bonus terms they say they never accepted. No reply was shown.
  • 7 September 2026: a player reports a locked account and about 97 USDT withheld. Kings Game replied on 12 September that KYC is in its terms and that the account was blocked for breaking sportsbook rules.
  • 6 October 2026: a reviewer says withdrawals take up to seven days and big wins are not paid. No reply was shown.
  • 30 August and 14 October 2026: two players allege the games are rigged after losses of about $2,000 and $2,800. Kings Game replied to both, saying it uses licensed providers and that demo and real-money games share the same RTP.

On the positive side, reviews from September 2026 praise the game choice, light bonus wagering, fast withdrawals and starting without KYC, and Kings Game thanked each reviewer. A September 2026 complaint about adverts was answered with a request for a screenshot.

We checked for regulator action, court cases, hacks and news reports and found none. A search turned up no Kings Game complaints on AskGamblers or Casino.guru, and CryptoSlate reports no formal complaints on third-party trackers and almost no organic discussion on Reddit or forums. Treat that as a short record, not a clean one; the sister brand's 1.9 Trustpilot score from 245 reviews suggests where it could go.

The good and the bad

The good

  • A licence you can check: valid on the Anjouan register under the operator's name, with kings.game listed as a domain
  • A large catalogue from major studios, plus live dealer tables and a sportsbook
  • Coins on several networks, with some card and Interac options
  • Visible replies to most negative Trustpilot reviews

The bad

  • Less than a year of history, and a licence due to expire on 27 October 2026
  • An offshore licence with limited routes for player disputes
  • Bonus terms that state both x35 and x20 wagering, with tight caps on winnings
  • Reports of confiscated balances after big wins, and a sister brand rated 1.9 on Trustpilot
  • No provably fair verification, audit or proof of reserves

Our verdict. Kings Game is too new to rate. Its Anjouan licence is genuine and on the register, it carries a big game library, and it answers most complaints in public. Against that, it has under a year of history, a licence that expires within days of our check, bonus rules that contradict themselves, and a run of reports about winnings voided under bonus or sportsbook rules. The sister brand Coins.game, with the same operator and licence, has a poor Trustpilot record, and that is the most useful guide to how disputes may go until Kings Game builds its own.

For UK readers

Kings Game does not accept UK players. CryptoSlate lists the United Kingdom among its restricted countries, alongside the US, Australia, France, Spain and the Netherlands, and the site's own location check marks Great Britain as restricted. It holds no UK Gambling Commission licence, and a casino needs one to offer gambling to people in Great Britain. Sites like this sit outside GAMSTOP and UKGC protections, including the complaint and dispute routes those bring.

For any crypto casino, keep the basics in mind: balances move with the market, blockchain transfers cannot be reversed, you are often paid in the coin you deposited, and bonuses come with wagering rules. Gambling is for over-18s and is not a way to make money. If it stops being fun, BeGambleAware offers free, confidential help.

FAQs

Is Kings Game legit?

Kings Game holds a genuine Anjouan licence, ALSI-202410033-FI2, shown as valid on the register in the name of Royal Way Limited, which also runs Coins.game. It opened in early 2026, so its record is short. Trustpilot reviews are split, with several reports of winnings voided under bonus or sportsbook rules. We rate it too new to judge.

Who owns Kings Game?

Kings Game is operated by Royal Way Limited, registration number 15820, which its terms place on the Autonomous Island of Anjouan in the Comoros. Payments are handled by Altrimax Limited, registration HE 416902. The same company runs Coins.game under the same licence. No directors or shareholders are named publicly.

How long do Kings Game withdrawals take?

Kings Game does not publish a withdrawal time. Its FAQ says most blockchain transfers confirm in 5 to 10 minutes and that deposits need three confirmations before a withdrawal. Player reports vary: some praise quick payouts, while an October 2026 Trustpilot review says withdrawals took up to seven days. Expect verification before large withdrawals.

Does Kings Game require KYC?

Kings Game can ask for documents at any stage. Its AML policy says it uses no fixed threshold and may verify you after registration, before a deposit, around a bonus or during a withdrawal. Several players report signing up without ID, but disputes often begin when checks arrive at the first large withdrawal.

Can UK players use Kings Game?

No. Kings Game restricts the United Kingdom, according to CryptoSlate's list of blocked countries, and its own location check marks Great Britain as restricted. It holds no UK Gambling Commission licence, so it cannot legally offer gambling to people in Great Britain, and GAMSTOP and UKGC protections would not apply there.

What is the Kings Game welcome bonus wagering?

Kings Game's bonus terms contradict themselves. The summary table gives x35 wagering, but rule 11 of the same page says x20. The package covers four deposits of at least $20, each capped at $1,000 of bonus money, with seven days to wager and winnings capped at the bonus amount.
