What is Gamba?
Gamba is a crypto casino and sportsbook at gamba.com, run by Gamba Gaming N.V. from Willemstad, Curaçao, under a licence from Anjouan that the Anjouan validator showed as valid on 27 October 2026. It went live in 2023 and sells itself on rewards: rakeback, lossback and a VIP host. It is one of the brands in our crypto casinos directory.
- Launched: 2023 (a "coming in 2023" holding page was online in April 2023, and its Trustpilot page was claimed in August 2023)
- Operator: Gamba Gaming N.V., registration number 162205, Zuikertuin Tower, Willemstad, Curaçao
- Licence: Anjouan, licence ALSI-152312013-FI3, shown as valid on the Anjouan Gaming Board validator (27 October 2026)
- Coins: 21 listed by Fair Gambling in October 2026, including BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL, XRP, DOGE, LTC, TRX, BNB, TON and several meme coins; Gamba also lists card and bank payments
- KYC: light at sign-up; Gamba has promoted a "no-KYC setup", but checks apply to some withdrawals and to larger cash deposits
- Games: 5,000+ as Gamba states it, including 28 in-house Originals, live casino and a sportsbook
- UK: not covered; the licence lists the United Kingdom as an excluded territory
- US: the licence lists the USA as excluded
- Our rating: Mixed
The short version: the licence and company details check out, and the rewards are real, but a large share of public reviews describe withdrawal delays and locked accounts, which Gamba disputes case by case.
Our rating: Mixed
Gamba holds an Anjouan licence that verifies and offers strong rewards, but its poor Trustpilot record of disputed withdrawals and locked accounts and its offshore-only licence put it at the cautious end of Mixed.
We rate crypto casinos from public sources only: the licence and what it covers, who owns it, what players report about withdrawals and complaints, how clear its terms are and how long it has been trading. Last reviewed 27 October 2026. How we rate crypto casinos.
History and ownership
Gamba has been around longer than our starting notes said. Internet Archive captures show gamba.com advertising an "innovative iGaming and sportsbook platform, coming in 2023" in April 2023, and Gamba claimed its Trustpilot profile in August 2023, so it was trading by the second half of 2023. We could not pin down an exact launch month.
The operator named on the site and on the licence record is Gamba Gaming N.V., registration number 162205, at Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N (Zuikertuin Tower), Willemstad, Curaçao. That makes it a Curaçao company holding an Anjouan licence, a common set-up among crypto casinos. The people who own or run it are not named on the site, in the licence record or in any filing we could find.
Do not confuse it with the Gamba protocol at gamba.so. That is a pseudonymous toolkit for building on-chain betting games on Solana, founded in December 2023, and Solana Compass says plainly that it is "not gamba.com, which is a separate crypto casino". Some write-ups mix the two up; nothing we found links them. Gamba.com is a conventional custodial casino: you deposit to it and it holds your balance.
Games and sportsbook
Gamba states it has more than 5,000 games, and its lobby in October 2026 carried large catalogues from Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City and Evolution. Hacksaw's Le Cowboy and Pragmatic's Sweet Rush Bonanza were both listed, next to staples such as Gates of Olympus, Sugar Rush, Big Bass Splash and Le Bandit, which puts it in our crypto slots casinos list.
The in-house side is bigger than at most rivals: Gamba's fairness page covers 28 Originals, including Dice, Mines, Limbo, Plinko, Pump, Rock Paper Scissors, Snake and Marble Race. Live casino runs on Evolution, with Crazy Time, Monopoly Live and Dream Catcher.
The sportsbook covers football, basketball, MMA, tennis, baseball and esports such as CS2, with parlays and live betting. Several Trustpilot reviewers in 2025 complained about lag and about how individual bets were settled, which we list under complaints.
Deposits, withdrawals and KYC in practice
Gamba takes a wide range of coins. Fair Gambling listed 21 in October 2026 across 12 chains, from BTC, ETH and SOL to USDT, USDC and DAI, plus meme coins such as BONK, PENGU and TRUMP, which places it in our Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, USDT and stablecoin and altcoin lists. Its Trustpilot company description also names debit cards and ACH bank transfers.
On KYC, Gamba presents itself as light-touch. Replying to a five-star Trustpilot review on 21 July 2025, it highlighted its "no-KYC setup", and its site warns that cash deposits stop at a threshold until Level 2 verification is complete. In practice the reviews describe checks arriving at withdrawal time: a reviewer on 7 October 2026 said payouts were held up by "repetitive verification demands", and Gamba replied that security reviews can apply.
Payout reports are split. On Trustpilot some players describe fast deposits and withdrawals, while others say they were never paid: one review on 25 October 2026 reports losing over $3,000 with no withdrawal received, and another in mid-October 2026 says winnings could not be withdrawn. Gamba asked both for transaction details. We found no published withdrawal limits or fees from Gamba itself.
Licence and safety
The licence is real on the issuer's own records. The Anjouan Gaming Board validator, reached through the seal on Gamba's site on 27 October 2026, names Gamba Gaming N.V. at its Curaçao address, lists gamba.com, shows the status as VALID and gives licence number ALSI-152312013-FI3. The number circulating on third-party sites, ALSI-152512013-F13, is wrong. A lookup by domain alone returns "INVALID" for every site, so that is not a test of anything.
The cover is limited. The validator says the licence does not extend to Australia, Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom or the USA, and that complaints from players there fall outside its scope. Anjouan is an offshore licence with few dispute routes for players, not the oversight you get from a regulator such as the UK Gambling Commission.
The Anjouan system is also being questioned at government level. The Week reported on 20 October 2026, citing ABC News, The Guardian and Le Monde, that island authorities describe some supposed regulators as "fictitious entities" and that the Comoros government has asked Britain for help unravelling an "unauthorised licensing regime". The report does not mention Gamba, but it limits how much weight any Anjouan licence can carry.
For fairness, Gamba runs a public provably fair verifier for all 28 Originals, using committed seeds and HMAC-SHA256 that you can check in the browser, which suits our provably fair casinos list. The page itself says the seeds decide the outcome but not the house edge or payout tables, and it mentions no third-party audit. We found no proof of reserves.
Bonuses and VIP
Rewards are Gamba's main pitch. Its VIP programme pays rakeback on every bet, at rates the site lists from 5% to 10% depending on rank, plus "ReJuice" bonuses claimable every 10 minutes, hourly or daily, lossback, and a personal VIP host at higher ranks. ReJuice unlocks at the Silver 2 rank, and the site says you must wager $500 or more in the previous seven days to activate it.
Reviewers split on whether it delivers. A three-star review on 26 October 2026 called the rewards and lossback "amazing" while you are losing but said support had got worse, and another on 19 October 2026 says a lossback request was refused because bonuses were counted as deposits. Several 2025 reviews dispute how lossback was calculated, and Gamba replied with the amounts its records showed.
Lossback and rakeback hand back a slice of losses; they do not make losing play profitable. Any bonus balance carries wagering rules, and those are where most of the disputes above start.
Streamers who play on Gamba
Kick streamer Brute is the one name we could tie to Gamba. Fair Gambling reported on 6 August 2026 that he had left Rainbet for Gamba, his third casino of 2026 after a run with Roobet, with a deal for his community that includes a $3,000 monthly leaderboard and 10% to 20% lossback. The report cites no statement from Brute or Gamba, so treat the deal terms as reported rather than confirmed.
That makes Gamba one of our streamer casinos. As with any casino deal, sponsored streamers often play with balances or terms that ordinary players do not get, so the wins on stream are not a guide to what you would see. Gamba also runs a YouTube channel and a Telegram group under its own name.
Complaints, controversies and what has gone wrong
Gamba's public reviews are poor. On Trustpilot it scored 2.0 out of 5 from 189 reviews as of 27 October 2026, with 69% of them one-star; Fair Gambling's figure of 2.2 from 145 reviews is now out of date. Gamba replies to 95% of negative reviews, usually asking for a username and saying its records show something different. We found no regulator action, court case or hack.
- Unpaid withdrawals (2025 to 2026): reviewers on 11 August 2025, 14 August 2025 and 25 October 2026 describe withdrawals that were blocked or never paid. A June 2025 reviewer claims a $45,000 win went unpaid; Gamba replied that records show the player was paid in full.
- Locked or closed accounts (2025): reviews on 12 July, 5 July and 25 June 2025 describe accounts locked or closed after wins or withdrawal attempts, one after a large win with only part paid after KYC. Gamba said locks follow its policies and asked for details (Trustpilot, page 5).
- Fairness (2025): reviewers in June and July 2025 allege rigged results and missing RNG certification. Gamba called the claims untrue and pointed to its fairness page.
- Review bans (3 August 2025): a verified reviewer says the account was banned after posting a review; Gamba said the player had received 20% lossback and that bans are only for policy breaches.
- Complaint sites: Fair Gambling counts one unresolved Casino.guru complaint and six unresolved BitcoinTalk accusations as of October 2026, without details. Casino.guru blocked our access and we found no AskGamblers page.
None of these allegations has been tested by a regulator or court, and Trustpilot does not verify reviews. The volume and the repetition of the same themes, withdrawals and locked accounts, is still the main thing a new player should weigh.
The good and the bad
The good
- Anjouan licence confirmed as valid on the issuer's validator, with company name, number and address
- Large game lobby with 28 provably fair Originals and a public verifier
- Strong rakeback, lossback and VIP host offer on paper
- About three years of trading
- Replies publicly to almost every negative review
The bad
- Trustpilot score of 2.0 from 189 reviews, mostly one-star
- Repeated reports of unpaid withdrawals and locked accounts, disputed by Gamba
- Offshore Anjouan licence only, under a regime now publicly questioned
- Owners not named
- No independent audit, no proof of reserves, no published withdrawal limits
Our verdict. Gamba is a licensed, trading casino with a real rewards programme, and nothing we found amounts to a regulator or court finding against it. But its Trustpilot record is one of the weaker ones we track, with the same withdrawal and account-lock complaints recurring from 2025 into October 2026, and the licence behind it offers players little recourse. We rate it Mixed, at the cautious end, and would move it to Poor if a complaint body or regulator confirmed unpaid withdrawals.
Gamba for UK readers
Gamba is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, and a casino needs that licence to offer gambling to people in Great Britain. Its Anjouan licence lists the United Kingdom as an excluded territory, so UK players are not covered, and on a site like this you are outside GAMSTOP self-exclusion and UKGC complaint and fairness rules. That applies to nearly every crypto casino.
Crypto brings its own risks: your balance moves with the coin price, especially with meme coins, blockchain transfers are final, and casinos usually pay out in the coin you deposited. Gambling is for over-18s only and is never a source of income; BeGambleAware offers free, confidential support if it stops being fun.

FAQs
Is Gamba legit?
Gamba is a real, trading casino run by Gamba Gaming N.V., and its Anjouan licence ALSI-152312013-FI3 showed as valid on the Anjouan validator on 27 October 2026. The concern is its record: a Trustpilot score of 2.0 from 189 reviews, with repeated reports of withdrawal delays and locked accounts that Gamba disputes. No regulator or court has ruled against it.
Who owns Gamba?
Gamba is operated by Gamba Gaming N.V., registration number 162205, based at Zuikertuin Tower in Willemstad, Curaçao. The individuals behind the company are not named on its site or licence record. It has no known connection to the Gamba protocol at gamba.so, a separate Solana toolkit for building on-chain betting games.
Does Gamba pay out?
Some players report fast withdrawals, but many Trustpilot reviews from 2025 and October 2026 say payouts were delayed by repeated verification or never arrived. Gamba replies to almost all of them, usually saying its records show a payout or asking for transaction details. Fair Gambling lists one unresolved Casino.guru complaint. Gamba publishes no withdrawal limits that we could find.
Does Gamba require KYC?
Not at sign-up. Gamba has promoted what it calls a no-KYC setup, but its site requires Level 2 verification above a cash-deposit threshold, and players report verification requests at withdrawal time, sometimes more than once. Expect to be asked for identity documents if you win a large amount or cash out through card or bank methods.
Is Brute sponsored by Gamba?
Fair Gambling reported on 6 August 2026 that Kick streamer Brute left Rainbet and signed with Gamba, with a $3,000 monthly leaderboard and 10% to 20% lossback for his viewers. The report did not quote Brute or Gamba, so the terms are unconfirmed. Sponsored streamers often play with balances ordinary players do not get.
Can UK players use Gamba?
Gamba is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, and its Anjouan licence lists the United Kingdom as an excluded territory, so it is not authorised to serve players in Great Britain. On an offshore site like this you would be outside GAMSTOP and UKGC protections. The licence also excludes the USA, Australia, France, the Netherlands and Spain.
