What is Fairspin?
Fairspin is a crypto casino that dates from 2018 and presents itself around blockchain transparency: its TruePlay platform logs deposits, bets and payouts on-chain, and a loyalty token, TFS, arrived in 2021. AskGamblers names Techcore Holding B.V. as the company under a Curacao licence and lists 42 complaints, 40 of them resolved. Trustpilot is polarised at 3.9. We rate it Mixed. It sits in our crypto casinos directory and in the Bitcoin casinos, Ethereum casinos, USDT and stablecoin casinos, altcoin casinos, crypto slots casinos and provably fair casinos lists.
- Launched: 2018, per AskGamblers and a Gambling.com review
- Operator: Techcore Holding B.V., per AskGamblers and CoinCodex; other directories name a different company, which we could not check
- Licence: Curacao, no number shown on the pages we opened; not verified with a licensor
- Coins: AskGamblers lists Bitcoin, Litecoin, Tether, Ethereum, Dogecoin, Dash, TRON, Monero, Ripple, Bitcoin Cash and Binance Coin as of 1 November 2026, plus euro and dollar
- KYC: required when requesting a withdrawal, with extra checks possible over €2,000
- Games: slots, table and card games and live casino from 100+ providers
- UK and US: the casino's own terms could not be read; see below
- Our rating: Mixed
Our rating: Mixed
Fairspin has a long record, a high AskGamblers resolution rate and fast crypto payouts on paper, but large unresolved sums, an unverified licence number and many one-star Trustpilot reviews keep it at Mixed.
We rate crypto casinos from public sources only: the licence and what it covers, who owns it, what players report about withdrawals and complaints, how clear its terms are and how long it has been trading. Last reviewed 1 November 2026. How we rate crypto casinos.
History and ownership
AskGamblers says the casino was established in 2018 by Techcore Holding B.V. and describes it as fully licensed and regulated by the Government of Curacao. CoinCodex ties the licence to Techcore Holding B.V. too. Other directories name a different company as the owner, so the corporate picture is not fully settled and we say so rather than choose between them. We found no filing naming individual owners.
The blockchain angle is the casino's calling card. A HackerNoon article dated 10 January 2020, with a promotional tone and tracking links, describes TruePlay as the platform behind Fairspin that records bets, results, deposits and payouts on the blockchain, with a TPLAY token used as in-game chips. CoinCodex says the TFS token launched in 2021 and supports "Play To Earn", "Hold To Earn" (up to 500% APR, the review says) and liquidity staking. Both are promotional descriptions; they do not prove that every spin is verified or that any return is achievable.
Games and sportsbook
AskGamblers lists slots, table and card games, live roulette, blackjack and baccarat and instant play, with more than 100 providers including NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO and Evolution Gaming. It lists RTP as not stated and RNG testing as "No". CoinCodex, an affiliate page, claims more than 7,000 games and names Playson, Spinomenal and others; the two counts are not directly comparable.
If you want to read about slots from one of the named providers, our page on Gates of Olympus POP covers a Pragmatic Play title. That is a link to our slot coverage, not a statement that the game is available at Fairspin today. We found no sportsbook listed in the sources we opened.
Deposits, withdrawals and KYC in practice
AskGamblers lists a minimum withdrawal of 20 USDT and no listed fees. Limits are described as "No Limits", but the text says withdrawals over €10,000 may be split into daily instalments of up to €5,000. Crypto withdrawals are listed at 0 to 1 hours, e-wallets 0 to 24 hours and bank transfers or cards 0 to 72 hours, with pending time of 0 to 48 hours. CoinCodex, which reads as promotional, says withdrawals start at $20 and crypto is nearly instant.
Verification is required when a withdrawal is requested, and extra checks may apply over €2,000. Several complaints describe verified accounts still facing delayed or blocked withdrawals, and Trustpilot reviewers describe being asked to re-verify after years of use. These are player claims, not findings. The thing to take from them: the checks arrive at the point of cashing out, so complete verification early and keep records.
Licence and safety
Fairspin says it holds a Curacao licence tied to Techcore Holding B.V. The pages we opened give no licence number, and we could not open the licensor's register or the casino's own footer, which returned an access error. Curacao permits are offshore licences with limited routes for player disputes, and they do not authorise gambling in Great Britain.
Blockchain logging is a transparency feature, not a safety guarantee. It can show what the casino recorded; it cannot make the casino pay, and it does not replace independent testing of games, which AskGamblers lists as absent. We found no hack, regulator action or proof-of-reserves report for Fairspin in what we opened.
Bonuses and VIP
AskGamblers mentions a loyalty programme with VIP managers, TFS staking and rakeback. One reviewer there puts wagering on most bonuses at 45 to 60x; another reports a 250 USDT no-deposit bonus at 30x. A Gambling.com page for Austria advertises a 550% welcome package up to 10,000 plus 200 free spins and a €15 free bet, though the page we could read was truncated and affiliate-driven, so treat that as advertising. On Trustpilot, a few reviewers say bonuses and VIP perks have worsened. Read the wagering terms on any offer before accepting.
Streamers who play on Fairspin
No streamer on our roster is known to play at Fairspin, and we found no confirmed sponsorship tied to a named streamer. Streamers who play at crypto casinos often use sponsored balances, which says little about a normal player's results.
Complaints, controversies and what has gone wrong
As of 1 November 2026 AskGamblers lists 42 complaints, 40 shown as resolved, with an average response time of 1 day, an average duration of 7 days and an average claimed amount of about $12,940. The page shows only a status for most, not the casino's replies, and few carry dates. The player rating is 8.7 out of 10 from 168 reviews and the CasinoRank 8.4 out of 10, as the page shows it. Examples, as alleged by the complainants:
- Unresolved: a VIP account blocked with about $1,679 withheld, where the player says support advised splitting withdrawals into $500 transactions.
- Unresolved: an account closed after about five years with about $31,000 claimed, which the player says included TFS tokens.
- Resolved: a withdrawal delayed 22 days from 30 July 2024, with $285,080 claimed.
- Resolved: about $2,200 of Interac withdrawals reversed several times against a $1,000 per-transaction limit, and a €4,200 bonus dispute over wagering terms.
Trustpilot shows a 3.9 TrustScore from 491 reviews as of 1 November 2026, with 264 in the last 12 months, 55% five-star and 37% one-star. One-star reviews allege withdrawals disabled after big wins, accounts banned (one accused of multiple accounts), repeated verification, unanswered support and, in one case, funds lost after an unauthorised login. Trustpilot says the company replied to 83% of negative reviews, mostly with a template directing users to support with a Player ID. The profile was merged with other profiles. Five-star reviewers praise fast cashouts, bonuses and support.
The good and the bad
The good
- Open since 2018, with 40 of 42 AskGamblers complaints resolved and a short average closing time
- Crypto withdrawals listed at 0 to 1 hours with no listed fees, and a wide coin list including privacy coins
- The company answers most negative Trustpilot reviews
- 8.7 out of 10 from 168 AskGamblers reviewers
The bad
- Offshore Curacao licence, no number we could verify, and the owning company is described differently by different directories
- Two complaints are unresolved (about $31,000 and $1,679 claimed), and one resolved case involved a $285,080 withdrawal that took 22 days
- Withdrawal-block and ban-after-win allegations make up much of the 37% one-star share on Trustpilot
- Replies to complaints are mostly templated
- No independent RNG testing is listed
Our verdict
Fairspin is a Mixed case. Resolution rates are good and many players are happy, but the sums at stake in some complaints are large, the licence number and owner are not settled, and a third of Trustpilot reviewers are very unhappy. Players should treat it as a place where withdrawals above a few thousand carry real process risk.
A note for UK readers
We could not read Fairspin's own terms, and the AskGamblers page says the casino is restricted in the viewer's country without listing where, so we cannot say from a source we opened whether UK players are accepted. Crypto casinos like this one are almost never licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, and a casino must hold a UK licence to offer gambling to people in Great Britain. UK players are outside GAMSTOP and UKGC protections on such sites. Balances move with the market, transfers are final, payouts usually come in coin and bonuses carry wagering rules. Gambling is for over-18s only and is not income. Help is available from BeGambleAware.
FAQs
Is Fairspin legit?
Fairspin has run since 2018 and shows 40 of 42 AskGamblers complaints resolved, a 3.9 Trustpilot score and an 8.7 out of 10 player rating as of 1 November 2026. Against that, its licence number is not shown on the pages we opened, and 37% of Trustpilot reviews are one star. That balance is why we rate it Mixed.
How long do Fairspin withdrawals take?
AskGamblers lists crypto withdrawals at 0 to 1 hours, e-wallets at 0 to 24 hours and bank or card at 0 to 72 hours, with a 20 USDT minimum. Withdrawals over €10,000 may be split into daily instalments of up to €5,000, and one complaint describes a large withdrawal taking 22 days.
Is Fairspin licensed?
It says it holds a Curacao licence linked to Techcore Holding B.V. The pages we opened give no licence number and we could not check the licensor's register. Curacao is an offshore regime with limited routes for player disputes, and it does not authorise gambling in Great Britain, so UK players have no UK protection.
What is the TFS token at Fairspin?
TFS is Fairspin's own loyalty token, which CoinCodex says launched in 2021 for play-to-earn, hold-to-earn and liquidity staking, quoting returns up to 500% APR. That is a promotional claim. One AskGamblers complaint involves about $31,000 that included TFS tokens, so tokens can carry the same risks as other balances.
Does Fairspin require KYC?
Yes. AskGamblers says verification is required when you request a withdrawal, and extra checks may apply to withdrawals over €2,000. Some complainants and Trustpilot reviewers say they were asked to verify again after years of use or after a large win. Those are player claims, so keep your documents ready.
