What is TG.Casino?
TG.Casino is a crypto casino and sportsbook played through a Telegram bot or the web, built around its own $TGC token. It says it is licensed and regulated in Curacao, but its homepage names no operating company and no licence number, and half of its Trustpilot reviews are one star. We rate it Poor, on what can be checked: no regulator has acted against it that we found, so this is a judgement about missing information and a pattern of reported complaints, not an official finding. It appears in our crypto casinos directory, the Telegram casinos, crypto slots casinos, live dealer, crypto sportsbook and altcoin casinos lists, and we flag it in casinos to be careful with.
- Launched: September 2023, per the company description on its Trustpilot page
- Operator: not named on the homepage; the terms say only "the Company"
- Licence: the homepage says "Licensed and regulated in Curacao"; no licence number or licensor name is given, and we could not verify it
- Coins: its own TGC token is the one the site names; a review marked as commercial content lists 16 coins including BTC, ETH, USDT and SOL
- KYC: required before betting or withdrawing under the terms
- Games: 5,000+ games, a sportsbook and crash-style originals, as the casino states
- UK and US: both are on the restricted list in its terms
- Our rating: Poor
Our rating: Poor
TG.Casino names no operator or licence number on its homepage, Trustpilot shows 1.8 with half the reviews at one star, and withdrawal complaints recur; no regulator action was found, so this rests on missing information and reported complaints.
We rate crypto casinos from public sources only: the licence and what it covers, who owns it, what players report about withdrawals and complaints, how clear its terms are and how long it has been trading. Last reviewed 1 November 2026. How we rate crypto casinos.
History and ownership
The Trustpilot page carries a company description saying TG.Casino launched in September 2023, offers access through Telegram and has a native token. The terms are dated 29 September 2023. A sponsored article on CoinCodex written by TG.Casino itself, which appears to date from 2023, says the TGC presale raised $1.25 million in just over three weeks and that the platform was licensed by Gaming Curacao, with the licence "publicly available" on the site. It gives no licence number or operator name.
The terms name no operating company. They refer to "the Company" and give a support email, and the only corporate name in them is Gaming Services Provider N.V., which clause 22.6 identifies as the body customers can complain to after the casino's own dispute process. The terms do not say that this is the licensee or the operator, and we make no claim that it is. Trustpilot lists a United States contact location, while the terms bar US residents. We found no filing naming the people behind the casino.
Games and sportsbook
The homepage claims 5,000+ games, including slots, live dealer and table games and crash-style games such as Crash, Plinko and Dice, plus sports betting, with Pragmatic Play and Hacksaw Gaming among the named providers. The Spike's review, marked as commercial content, adds 30+ sports and esports categories and 11 languages. We found no independent RNG test or provably fair audit for the casino.
For slots from the named providers, our page on Wicked Grin covers a Hacksaw Gaming title. That is a link to our slot coverage, not a statement that the game is in the TG.Casino lobby today.
Play is through the Telegram bot @tgcplaybot, so no app download is needed. The Spike says there is no dedicated iOS or Android app and that points tracking in Telegram was still being developed, so loyalty levels are checked on the web version.
Deposits, withdrawals and KYC in practice
The terms (TG.Casino terms) set the withdrawal rules. The minimum is €10 per transaction. No withdrawal fee applies if you have wagered the deposit at least once; otherwise an 8% fee applies with a €4 minimum. The standard limit is €150,000 per rolling 30 days, with VIP players possibly eligible for €500,000 subject to approval. Withdrawals normally go back to the original payment method, and identity checks may be required before any withdrawal.
You must be a verified customer before betting or withdrawing, which may need a photo ID and a recent utility bill, and wagering can be suspended until documents arrive. An account blocked for incomplete KYC or source-of-funds checks for 180 days may be classed as dormant, and maintenance fees may then apply. Bonus abuse, which includes multiple accounts, can mean confiscated funds and voided bonuses.
The Spike, a review marked as commercial content, says the minimum deposit is about $25 and that cards can be used to buy crypto on the site but not to gamble directly. We could not find any published withdrawal-speed statement from the casino we could quote.
Licence and safety
This is the weakest part of the picture. The homepage says "Licensed and regulated in Curacao" and The Spike says TG Casino "holds a Curacao gaming license", but no licence number, licensor or licensed company is given on any page we opened. We cannot match the casino to a licence on a register, so we treat the licence as unverified. Curacao licences are offshore licences with limited routes for player disputes, and a licence is only as useful as the company named on it.
The terms ban the United States, the United Kingdom and a long list of other territories, and forbid VPNs or proxies that mask a player's location. Its token adds a second risk: the TGC token is an ERC-20 token on Ethereum with about 77 million of a stated maximum 100 million in circulation, and The Spike, in a page marked as commercial content, calls it volatile with regulatory uncertainty (updated 14 October 2026). A casino that is tied to a tradeable token mixes gambling risk with market risk.
Bonuses, VIP and the TGC token
The homepage offers a weekly 25% cashback on losses for players who hold or bet TGC. The Spike says operational profit is split each week, 60% to staking rewards and 40% to buybacks that are burned, and that staking 5,000+ TGC joins the weekly profit share, with rewards paid in ETH. Those are the casino's and a commercial reviewer's descriptions. The 2023 sponsored CoinCodex piece quoted a 150% bonus up to $30,000 and 500 free spins at the time, which may no longer apply.
The terms say a bonus code entered at deposit means you accept separate Bonus Terms that were not on the page we read. One Trustpilot reviewer alleges bonus conditions were changed after a €120,000 win. That is a single unverified claim. Read the bonus terms in full before taking any offer.
Streamers who play on TG.Casino
No streamer on our roster is known to play at TG.Casino and we found no confirmed sponsorship tied to a named streamer. Where streamers do promote crypto casinos or tokens, remember they often play with sponsored balances.
Complaints, controversies and what has gone wrong
Trustpilot shows a TrustScore of 1.8 from 321 reviews as of 1 November 2026, with 32 in the last 12 months. The split is 28% five-star, 15% three-star and 50% one-star. Trustpilot says the company has not replied to negative reviews and has no recent history of asking for reviews, so the sample may not be representative. The profile was claimed in February 2024. Trustpilot's page carries the company's own description saying it is "fully licensed".
Reviewers allege winnings delayed, blocked or refused after repeated document requests; endless identity loops including requests for a utility bill or a Telegram user ID; accounts closed or locked with funds kept; a deposit denied despite a transaction ID; and one requested immediate self-exclusion not honoured. One long review alleges bonus conditions changed after a large win; another says the casino is unlicensed. A few reviewers praise the game range. Trustpilot does not fact-check reviews, and these are allegations, not findings. We found no regulator action, court case or hack involving TG.Casino, and no AskGamblers or Casino.guru page we could open.
The good and the bad
The good
- Terms are published and detailed on withdrawal limits and fees
- Telegram access with no app download, and a big games list on paper
- A reachable complaint route is named in the terms
- Some Trustpilot reviewers (28% give five stars) praise the games
The bad
- No operator named on the homepage and no licence number or licensor, so the licence cannot be checked
- Trustpilot 1.8 from 321 reviews, half at one star, with no company replies to negative reviews
- Recurring reports of delayed withdrawals and repeated ID demands after a win
- An 8% fee on withdrawals if the deposit has not been wagered, and a ban on VPNs
- Tied to a volatile ERC-20 token that carries market risk
Our verdict
On what can be checked, TG.Casino is Poor. It might be run honestly, but a casino that holds players' money should name its operator and its licence, and this one does neither on the pages we read. That, a pattern of one-star withdrawal complaints and a token that adds market risk are the reasons. If a regulator register later shows a valid licence in a named company's name, or its Trustpilot record improves, we would revisit this.
A note for UK readers
TG.Casino's terms list the United Kingdom among restricted territories, so it says it does not accept UK players. Crypto casinos like this one are almost never licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, and a casino must hold a UK licence to offer gambling to people in Great Britain. UK players are outside GAMSTOP and UKGC protections on such sites. Balances move with the market, transfers are final, payouts usually come in coin and bonuses carry wagering rules. Gambling is for over-18s only and is not income. Help is available from BeGambleAware.

FAQs
Is TG.Casino legit?
It is a working Telegram casino, but we cannot confirm its licence. The homepage says "Licensed and regulated in Curacao" without a number or company name, and Trustpilot shows 1.8 from 321 reviews with 50% one-star. No regulator action was found, so this is about missing information and reported complaints, which is why we rate it Poor.
Does TG.Casino have a licence?
It says so, but no licence number, licensor or licensed company appears on the homepage or in the terms we read. The terms name Gaming Services Provider N.V. only as the body to complain to after internal dispute resolution. We could not match the casino to any register entry, so the licence is unverified.
How do TG.Casino withdrawals work?
The terms set a €10 minimum, an 8% fee (minimum €4) if you have not wagered the deposit at least once, and a €150,000 limit per rolling 30 days, with VIP players possibly eligible for €500,000. Verification is required first. Trustpilot reviewers report delayed or refused withdrawals and repeated document requests, which are unverified allegations.
What is the TGC token?
TGC is TG.Casino's own ERC-20 token on Ethereum. A commercial review says about 77 million of a stated maximum 100 million are in circulation, with weekly profits split 60% to staking rewards and 40% to buybacks that are burned. The same review calls it volatile, so holding it adds market risk on top of gambling risk.
Does TG.Casino accept UK players?
No, according to its terms, which list the United Kingdom and the United States among restricted territories and forbid VPNs or proxies that hide a player's location. UK players would in any case be outside GAMSTOP and UK Gambling Commission protection, because the casino holds no UK licence that we could find.
