Smash Casino review: licence, withdrawals, complaints and verdict

A March 2026 crypto casino and sportsbook from Softon Ltd, run under a verified Anjouan licence, with tight withdrawal caps, a slow payout on record and too little history to rate.

What is Smash Casino?

Smash Casino is a crypto-friendly online casino and sportsbook that opened on 16 March 2026 and also offers a prediction betting section. It is run by Softon Ltd, a Cyprus-registered company that holds an offshore licence from Anjouan and operates nine other casino brands under the same licence. It sits on our crypto casinos hub, but with seven months of history it is too early to say how it treats players over time.

The address smash.casino now forwards to smash8.casino, a numbered mirror domain, as of 21 October 2026. The site's footer carries no company name or licence details, so the facts below come from the Anjouan register, a Swedish regulator's decision and the casino's own terms.

  • Launched: 16 March 2026, per CryptoLists; domain registered December 2025
  • Operator: Softon Ltd, Nicosia, Cyprus (company number HE 463977), per Sweden's Spelinspektionen
  • Licence: Anjouan, ALSI-202409012-FI1, listed as valid on the Anjouan register until 6 September 2027, with smash.casino among its domains
  • Coins: 16 listed by CryptoLists as of October 2026, including BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, SOL, ADA, TRX, XRP and DOGE, plus cards, Skrill and Neteller
  • KYC: full ID, selfie and proof of address before any withdrawal, per its terms
  • Games: about 5,000 casino games from around 40 studios, live tables, a sportsbook and prediction markets
  • UK and US: both barred in its terms
  • Our rating: Too new to rate

Our rating: Too new to rate

Smash Casino launched in March 2026 and is too new to rate: its Anjouan licence and operator check out, but tight withdrawal caps, terms that hide the operator, a nearly 11-day payout on record and a Swedish ban on its owner call for caution.

We rate crypto casinos from public sources only: the licence and what it covers, who owns it, what players report about withdrawals and complaints, how clear its terms are and how long it has been trading. Last reviewed 21 October 2026. How we rate crypto casinos.

History and ownership

Smash Casino is a young brand from an established multi-brand operator. CryptoLists records the domain as registered on 12 December 2025, a launch on 16 March 2026, partnerships with live studios TvBet and LuckyStreak on 1 April 2026, and Zcash, Cardano and Ethereum Classic added on 7 May 2026.

The owner is clearest in a public document from Sweden's gambling regulator. Spelinspektionen's decision of 9 July 2026 names Softon Ltd, registered in Cyprus as HE 463977 with an address on Arch. Makariou III in Nicosia, as the company behind Aphrodite Casino and Kingdom Casino. It adds that Softon also runs Betzter, Dracula Casino, Gambiva, Mad Casino, Smash Casino, TenoBet, Tucan Casino and Wino Casino.

The Anjouan licence register matches that list: Softon Ltd holds licence ALSI-202409012-FI1, a business-to-consumer licence issued on 7 September 2024 and valid until 6 September 2027, covering ten domains including smash.casino. A Portuguese review on Znaki also links Softon to a group named GROUP GAEM B.V.; we could not confirm that link elsewhere.

Smash Casino's own terms, dated 2 July 2026, do not name Softon at all. They say only that "the Company is licensed" and put disputes under the law of Curaçao and the Joint Court of Justice of Aruba, Curaçao and Sint Maarten, which does not match an Anjouan licence. Players reading the terms would not learn who they are contracting with.

Games and sportsbook

Smash is a broad slots lobby rather than a crypto originals site, which is why it sits among our crypto slots casinos. CryptoLists counted about 5,000 games from 41 developers in 2026 and named Hacksaw Gaming, Play'n GO, Games Global, Novomatic, Spribe, Relax Gaming, Quickspin, BGaming, Wazdan and others; Znaki puts the count at over 4,000 from about 40 providers.

The two reviews disagree on the biggest names. CryptoLists says support confirmed that Pragmatic Play and Evolution were not available, while Znaki lists Pragmatic Play among the providers. Hacksaw Gaming, whose newer releases include Wicked Grin and Le Vampire, is the best-known slot studio both reviews agree on. Check that a specific title is in the lobby before you deposit for it.

Live tables come from smaller studios: CryptoLists lists 7Mojos, Vivo, Iconic21, TvBet, Betgames TV, LuckyStreak, XPG and others. It also reported Iconic21 roulette bets not being accepted and players being removed from tables mid-round during its testing. Crash games include Spribe's Aviator and InOut's Chicken Road.

The sportsbook covers about 43 sports with pre-match and live betting, per Znaki, which places Smash among our crypto sportsbooks. CryptoLists found no live streaming, cash out or bet builder. The site menu shows a Predictions section next to Sports, but neither review explains how its markets, fees or settlement work.

Deposits, withdrawals and KYC in practice

Withdrawals are the weak point on the record so far, and the limits are written into the terms. Smash Casino's terms set a €100 minimum withdrawal for crypto, bank and e-wallets, a €1,000 daily cap, a €10,000 monthly cap and one withdrawal request per 24 hours. Winnings are capped at €100,000 a day, and your last deposit must be wagered once before you can cash out.

Those caps matter. A player who wins €20,000 would need at least two months of maximum withdrawals to get it all out, and anyone holding under €100 cannot withdraw at all. A Trustpilot reviewer in August 2026 reported exactly that: a balance of about €33 stuck below the minimum.

The stated processing time is "typically" three banking days. CryptoLists recorded a Litecoin deposit on 12 May 2026 that arrived in 55 minutes. Its withdrawal of about €121 in Litecoin, requested on 26 September 2026, arrived on 7 October, 10 days and 19 hours later, after two complaints to the casino's partner manager. Support blamed high withdrawal volumes and quoted 2 to 5 days as normal. The payout was calculated in euros, so the amount of LTC received differed from the amount requested. CryptoLists says a separate USDT payout arrived within minutes once KYC cleared.

Smash is not a no-KYC casino. Its terms require full verification before any withdrawal, or once lifetime deposits pass €2,000: a government photo ID, a selfie holding it and a recent bill or bank statement. Reviews are "typically completed within 48 hours", according to the terms. CryptoLists could find no verification section in the account area, and several Trustpilot reviews from August to October 2026 describe multi-day waits tied to KYC.

Licence and safety

The licence is real but offshore. We confirmed ALSI-202409012-FI1 on the Anjouan register as valid, issued to Softon Ltd and listing smash.casino. Note that the register lists smash.casino, not the smash8.casino mirror players now land on.

An Anjouan licence lets the operator take bets from countries that do not ban it. It gives players no ombudsman of the kind UK, Maltese or Swedish licensees must offer, and complaints to the licensor are slow and uncertain. Smash's terms point players to live chat and email first and name Curaçao courts for disputes, which is a further mismatch.

The operator has drawn regulatory action. On 9 July 2026 Spelinspektionen banned Softon Ltd from offering gambling in Sweden without a licence, with immediate effect. The regulator found that two Softon brands, Aphrodite Casino and Kingdom Casino, had Swedish-language pages, Swedish live chat, Sweden pre-selected at sign-up and SMS marketing to Swedish consumers. It also noted that when the old domains were checked they forwarded to new numbered addresses, aphrodite27.casino and kingdomcasino6.io, and said that did not change its view. Softon did not reply to the regulator. The decision does not find wrongdoing by Smash Casino itself, which bars Sweden in its terms.

We found no independent audit of Smash's games, no provably fair system for its own games and no proof of reserves. Its footer says its slots are "RTP certified" without naming a testing lab.

Bonuses and VIP

Smash leans hard on deposit bonuses. CryptoLists describes a welcome package spread over the first five deposits worth up to 10,000 USDT in total, starting with 200% on the first, plus Monday, Wednesday and Friday reloads. Znaki describes the same package as 600% up to €10,000 and lists a sports welcome offer and cashback of up to 20%.

The two reviews disagree on the wagering: CryptoLists says 10x for the welcome package and 30x for the reloads, Znaki says 30x. The terms themselves set the rules that matter most. Bonuses are sticky, so your deposit is locked into the bonus balance once you play. Winnings from a casino deposit bonus are capped at 25 times the bonus, and from a sports bonus at 10 times. Live casino, sports betting and a long list of table, crash and low-risk games are barred while a bonus is active.

A VIP club appears on the site, but neither review found published tiers or rewards. As with any casino bonus, wagering rules mean most players will not turn bonus money into cash.

Complaints, controversies and what has gone wrong

The record is short, and it is split. Here is what we found, as of 21 October 2026:

  • Trustpilot: Smash Casino's page shows a TrustScore of 3.3 from 245 reviews in the last 12 months, with 51% five-star and 41% one-star. Complaints from August to October 2026 report slow withdrawals, KYC delays, a reported six-week wait on a large win, the €100 minimum, a bonus win cap and an account that a reviewer says was not closed after self-exclusion requests. Positive reviews from July to September praise quick withdrawals and the games. The casino replies to many reviews with templated answers pointing to live chat and its terms; Trustpilot says it replied to 31% of negative reviews.
  • CryptoLists, 26 September to 7 October 2026: a test withdrawal took nearly 11 days; the casino blamed volume. CryptoLists rates Smash 4.7 out of 10, scoring payments and support 2 out of 10.
  • Sweden, 9 July 2026: the operator, Softon Ltd, was banned from the Swedish market over two sister brands, as covered above.
  • Lookalike pages: several Trustpilot listings and web pages use the Smash Casino name on unrelated domains. We could not link them to Softon. The Anjouan register lists only smash.casino.

We found no AskGamblers listing for Smash Casino and no Reddit threads about it, and we found no hack, shutdown or confiscation case. Casino.guru's page did not load when we checked. The Trustpilot profile describes Smash as "one of Costa Rica's favourite casinos" while listing a UK location, which tells you little about who runs it.

The good and the bad, and our verdict

The good

  • A licence we confirmed on the Anjouan register, valid to September 2027
  • A known operator, Softon Ltd, named by a European regulator
  • Wide coin choice, plus cards and e-wallets
  • A large lobby with a sportsbook and a prediction section
  • A crypto deposit and a USDT withdrawal that cleared quickly in CryptoLists' tests

The bad

  • A €100 minimum, €1,000 daily and €10,000 monthly withdrawal cap in the terms
  • A Litecoin payout that took nearly 11 days in October 2026
  • Terms that do not name the operator and cite Curaçao law
  • An operator banned in Sweden in July 2026 for targeting Swedish players through sister brands
  • Numbered mirror domains, sticky bonuses with win caps, and a Trustpilot score split between five and one star

Our verdict. Smash Casino launched in March 2026, so it is too new to rate. The licence checks out and the operator is identifiable, but the terms hide that operator, cap withdrawals tightly and point to the wrong jurisdiction, and the only detailed payout test we found took nearly 11 days. The Swedish ban concerns sister brands rather than Smash, yet it shows how the group has operated. Anyone thinking of playing should start with a small deposit and a withdrawal well before they build a balance. You can compare it with other new crypto casinos and altcoin casinos.

Smash Casino for UK readers

Smash Casino does not accept UK players. Its terms list the United Kingdom alongside the USA, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Australia, Sweden and others as barred countries. It holds no UK Gambling Commission licence, which any operator needs to offer gambling to people in Great Britain; the UKGC public register shows who does. Sites like this sit outside GAMSTOP, UK complaint routes and UK safer gambling rules.

A few points apply to any crypto casino. Your balance can rise or fall with the coin's price, and Smash pays crypto withdrawals at a euro value, so the coins you get back may differ from the coins you sent. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed. Bonuses carry wagering rules and caps that usually cost more than they give. FAQs

Is Smash Casino legit?

Smash Casino is licensed, but it is too new to judge. Licence ALSI-202409012-FI1 is listed as valid on the Anjouan register for Softon Ltd, a Cyprus company that runs nine sister brands. Against that, its terms do not name the operator, cap withdrawals at €1,000 a day, and a reviewer's Litecoin payout took nearly 11 days in October 2026.

Who owns Smash Casino?

Softon Ltd, registered in Cyprus as HE 463977 with an address in Nicosia, according to Sweden's gambling regulator and the Anjouan licence register. Softon also runs Gambiva, Mad Casino, Kingdom Casino, Aphrodite Casino, Betzter, TenoBet, Tucan Casino, Wino Casino and Dracula Casino. Smash Casino's own terms do not name the company.

How long do Smash Casino withdrawals take?

The terms say withdrawals are typically processed within three banking days. In practice CryptoLists waited 10 days and 19 hours for a Litecoin withdrawal requested on 26 September 2026, which the casino blamed on high volume, while a USDT payout arrived within minutes. Trustpilot reviewers report waits from same-day to several weeks.

What are Smash Casino's withdrawal limits?

The terms set a €100 minimum withdrawal, a €1,000 daily cap and a €10,000 monthly cap, with one request per 24 hours. Daily winnings are capped at €100,000. A balance under €100 cannot be withdrawn, and a large win can take weeks or months to cash out under these caps.

Does Smash Casino require KYC?

Yes. Its terms require full verification before any withdrawal, or once lifetime deposits pass €2,000: a government photo ID, a selfie holding it and a recent bill or bank statement. The terms say checks usually take up to 48 hours, though several Trustpilot reviewers from August to October 2026 describe longer delays.

Can UK players use Smash Casino?

No. Smash Casino's terms list the United Kingdom among its barred countries, along with the USA, France, Germany, Spain, Australia and others. It has no UK Gambling Commission licence, so it cannot lawfully offer gambling in Great Britain, and its players have no GAMSTOP or UK complaint protection.
