What is Shuffle?

Shuffle is a crypto-only casino and sportsbook that went live in February 2023, holds a Curaçao licence and has its own SHFL token. This page is built from public sources: the licensing register, review sites, Trustpilot and news coverage. We have not played on the site, and every figure below is as of 12 October 2026.

  • Launched: February 2023 (CryptoSlate); AskGamblers wrongly says 2024
  • Operator: Natural Nine B.V., a Curaçao company, registration 160998
  • Licence: Curaçao Gaming Control Board, OGL/2024/1337/0628, active since 16 October 2024 (checked on the regulator's certificate page)
  • Coins: AskGamblers lists Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Litecoin, TRON, XRP, USD Coin, Dogecoin and Binance coin, with MoonPay for deposits; Shuffle's own list may be longer
  • KYC policy: verification can be required before withdrawal, and player reports describe ID, address and proof-of-funds checks
  • Games: slots, table games, live casino and sports, per AskGamblers
  • UK and US: third-party listings treat both as restricted; see the UK note below
  • Our rating: Mixed

Shuffle is listed in our Bitcoin casinos and Ethereum casinos pages, and in the wider crypto casinos hub.

Our rating: Mixed

Shuffle has a verified Curaçao licence, over three years of trading and 62 of 74 AskGamblers complaints resolved, but Trustpilot has withheld its score and players report withdrawals held in review. No regulator action was found.

We rate crypto casinos from public sources only: the licence and what it covers, who owns it, what players report about withdrawals and complaints, how clear its terms are and how long it has been trading. Last reviewed 12 October 2026. How we rate crypto casinos.

History and ownership

CryptoSlate's company profile says Shuffle went live in February 2023 and names its founders as Noah Dummett, Darcy Spangler and Harley Fresh, with the platform incubated by Fisher8 Capital. It says Natural Nine B.V. has been the operating company since launch, and that Shuffle previously traded under an Antillephone sublicence, 8048/JAZ, before Curaçao replaced sublicensing with direct licences. The regulator's certificate confirms Natural Nine B.V., company number 160998, as the licence holder.

Our starting notes call it Australian-founded, and a search summary describes Dummett as an Australian entrepreneur, but we could not confirm that from a source we opened, so we leave it at the named founders. The SHFL token is an ERC-20 token issued in March 2024 that CryptoSlate says underpins the site's reward programmes. A claim that 15% of revenue funds buybacks and burns appears on an affiliate site that discloses a revenue share with Shuffle, so we treat it as unconfirmed.

On sponsorship, a press release dated 4 June 2024 announced that Into the Breach Esports would rebrand its CS2 and Dota divisions as ITB.Shuffle Esports, with Shuffle making what the release called a million-dollar yearly investment, plus a Shuffle Masters tournament series.

Games and sportsbook

AskGamblers says Shuffle offers slots, table games, live casino and sports, with a large provider list that includes Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Play'n GO. If you like those studios you can read our pages on Gates of Olympus 2500 and Wicked Grin, although we cannot say which individual games Shuffle carries at any time. Game counts quoted by comparison sites range from 5,700 to over 15,000 and we cannot confirm either.

AskGamblers notes that its page has no RTP audit or RNG testing information. The sportsbook and its markets were not described in any source we could open, so we say no more about it.

Deposits, withdrawals and KYC in practice

AskGamblers lists crypto-only payments, no deposit or withdrawal fees, a pending time of 0 to 24 hours and no weekend cashouts, with no withdrawal limit listed. FairGambling's page, last updated 3 September 2026, disagrees on fees: it lists a $10 minimum Bitcoin withdrawal and a $1.34 Bitcoin withdrawal fee, instant payouts and no limit. Treat fees as something to check in the cashier.

Players praise speed. AskGamblers reviewers say withdrawals are instant or near instant, and Trustpilot reviewers report fast deposits and payouts. The complaints are about what happens when a withdrawal is picked up for review. AskGamblers says complainants describe ID checks, proof of address, liveness checks and proof of funds, and Trustpilot reviewers report funds in review for months, including one citing about $15,000 held and another a $199 request pending since October 2025. FairGambling lists the KYC level as light with ID verification never, then says in its text that KYC may be requested at withdrawal or on risk triggers, so its table contradicts itself.

The user claims are unverified. Trustpilot and FairGambling users also allege accounts moved to withdrawal-only mode after wins, and long chat mutes. Shuffle's public replies on Trustpilot are short and templated: they ask reviewers to email support, say no pending transactions exist, or explain that RTP is a long-term theoretical figure. They do not address individual withdrawal allegations in detail.

Licence and safety

The Curaçao regulator's certificate shows licence OGL/2024/1337/0628 held by Natural Nine B.V., active since 16 October 2024, with 42 approved domains: shuffle.com and a long list of shuffle domains, plus ten domains named disorder. No expiry date is shown. CryptoSlate says the licence remained on the public register as of its February 2026 update.

It is an offshore licence. It shows the operator is registered and approved, but it does not give players the consumer protection of a regulator such as the UK Gambling Commission, and dispute routes are limited. AskGamblers lists wager limits, loss limits and self-exclusion from one day to permanent, with a 24-hour cooling-off before it takes effect, but not deposit limits, session limits or reality checks. We found no proof of reserves, no published RNG audit and no hack in the sources we opened.

Bonuses and VIP

Shuffle runs a loyalty programme with rank-up and level-up rewards, rebates and promotions. AskGamblers reviewers praise the loyalty scheme, while others complain of reduced bonuses. Trustpilot reviewers say some rewards are small compared with their losses or that analytics are locked until a high rank, though that is one reading of the scheme. We did not find a source that sets out the loyalty terms, so check the wagering requirements on any bonus before you take it, since they can lock your balance.

Streamers and creators on Shuffle

No streamers on our roster are linked to Shuffle. The recent creator story concerns the YouTuber and Kick streamer Jack Doherty. LADbible reported on 11 October 2026 that Doherty said he signed a Shuffle deal without fully reading it, that one term bars him from posting online, and that after a post on X on 10 October he said the restriction is a six-month term and that Shuffle's lawyers want it kept. It said Shuffle's founder replied "Good riddance", and that on 27 September Shuffle had replied to a joke of his that it would pay him to stop talking. These are Doherty's claims and public exchanges, not published contract terms. Our starting notes quoted the founder as saying it was money well spent; we could not find that wording in the LADbible report.

Creators are often paid sponsorship fees and given sponsored balances, so what they win or lose on stream says little about what an ordinary player should expect.

Complaints, controversies and what has gone wrong

AskGamblers shows 74 complaints against Shuffle as of 12 October 2026, with 62 resolved; the page gives both 62 of 70 and 62 of 74 in different sections. Most are payments complaints (59 of 67 resolved). Average response time is 2 days and average complaint duration 9 days. The cases describe withdrawals held in review, KYC or proof-of-funds demands and unresponsive support. The page gives Shuffle a CasinoRank of 5.2 out of 10 and players a 6.9 rating from 24 reviews.

Trustpilot shows 1,101 reviews, 499 of them in the last 12 months, but displays no TrustScore. It says the rating is unavailable because of a breach of its guidelines, and that it has removed a number of fake reviews. The split is 37% five-star and 56% one-star. Reviewers allege withdrawals stuck for months, unexplained account restrictions, slow or automated support, long chat bans and rigged games; the fairness claims are unverified, and Trustpilot does not fact-check reviews. Positive reviewers describe instant crypto payouts, generous bonuses and helpful support.

FairGambling, in a page dated 3 September 2026, logs 17 complaint cases, one unresolved Casino Guru complaint and 39 scam accusations on BitcoinTalk, which it says it did not verify. It also cites a Trustpilot score of 3.0 from 967 reviews, which conflicts with Trustpilot's present page. No regulator action or court finding turned up in anything we opened.

The good and the bad

The good

  • Licence verified on the Curaçao regulator's certificate page, with a named operator and company number
  • More than three years of trading and named founders
  • Most AskGamblers complaints, 62 of 74, are marked resolved
  • Fast crypto payouts reported by many players, with loss and wager limits offered
  • Large provider list and a sportsbook

The bad

  • Trustpilot has withheld Shuffle's score over a guidelines breach, with 56% of reviews one-star
  • Reports of withdrawals held for months and accounts restricted after verification
  • Offshore licence with limited dispute routes, and no RNG audit or proof of reserves found
  • Short, templated company replies that do not address specific allegations
  • A reported dispute over a creator contract with a posting ban

Our verdict

Shuffle earns a Mixed rating. It has a verified licence, three-plus years of trading and most of its AskGamblers complaints marked resolved. Against that, Trustpilot's withheld score, the share of one-star reviews and the pattern of withdrawals held in review are real concerns, and the company replies in a generic way. No regulator or court has acted against it in anything we found, so we do not call it unsafe. We would not call it dependable either.

A note for UK readers

Shuffle is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, so UK players would be outside GAMSTOP and UKGC complaint routes. We could not open Shuffle's own terms to see which countries it restricts; search results from comparison sites list the UK and US as restricted, and FairGambling names Australia, Cayman Islands and Curaçao. Check its current terms before assuming anything. On any crypto casino, balances move with the market, transfers cannot be reversed, winnings are usually paid in the coin you deposited, and bonuses carry wagering rules. Winnings are never income. FAQs

Is Shuffle.com legit?

Shuffle holds an active Curaçao licence, OGL/2024/1337/0628, held by Natural Nine B.V. and shown on the regulator's certificate page. It has traded since February 2023 and we found no regulator action. It is an offshore licence, though, and Trustpilot has withheld Shuffle's rating, so legitimacy does not mean every player is satisfied.

Does Shuffle pay withdrawals?

Many players report instant or near-instant crypto payouts, and AskGamblers lists a pending time of 0 to 24 hours. Others report withdrawals held in review for months or accounts restricted. AskGamblers shows 62 of 74 complaints resolved as of 12 October 2026, so most cases do end, but not all.

Does Shuffle require KYC?

It can. AskGamblers says verification may be required before withdrawal, and complainants describe ID, proof of address, liveness and proof-of-funds checks. FairGambling's table says ID verification is never needed, but its own text says KYC may be requested at withdrawal, so assume documents can be requested before a cashout.

Who owns Shuffle?

The licensed operator is Natural Nine B.V., a Curaçao company, registration 160998. CryptoSlate names the founders as Noah Dummett, Darcy Spangler and Harley Fresh, with the platform incubated by Fisher8 Capital. We found no filings showing the shareholding, so ownership beyond that is not independently confirmed.

What is the SHFL token?

SHFL is an ERC-20 token issued in March 2024 that CryptoSlate says underpins Shuffle's reward programmes. Claims about revenue buybacks come from an affiliate site with a revenue share deal, so we cannot confirm them. Token prices move with the market, and holding SHFL is separate from having a casino balance.

Why is there no Trustpilot score for Shuffle?

Trustpilot says the rating is unavailable due to a breach of its guidelines and that it removed a number of fake reviews. Its page shows 1,101 reviews as of 12 October 2026: 37% five-star and 56% one-star. We cannot say from that page who posted the removed reviews.
