What is Maxxed?
Maxxed is a crypto-only casino and sportsbook that told the press it would open to players in October 2026, making it one of the newest brands among the crypto casinos we cover. Its website, maxxed.io, already shows a full lobby with one balance shared between casino and sports betting. Because it has only just opened, there are no payout records, complaints or independent player reviews to weigh yet, and this profile says so plainly.
- Launched: October 2026, per the operator's press release of 30 September 2026; the exact go-live day was not announced. The domain was registered on 24 September 2025.
- Operator: Obsidian Ventures Limited, company number 2192674, registered in Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, as stated in the site footer.
- Licence: Anjouan, licence ALSI-202603052-FI2, listed as valid on the Anjouan public register (issued 31 March 2026, expires 30 March 2027).
- Coins: BTC, ETH, USDT, SOL and LTC in the cashier as of 21 October 2026.
- KYC: four verification levels (personal details, ID, proof of address, proof of payment); the site says verified players get higher limits and faster withdrawals.
- Games: 5,000+ games claimed, in-house Maxxed Originals, live casino and a sportsbook.
- UK and US availability: no UK Gambling Commission licence; the restricted-country list in its terms did not load when we checked, so its UK and US policy is unconfirmed.
- Our rating: Too new to rate.
Our rating: Too new to rate
Maxxed opened in October 2026 with a valid Anjouan licence on the register and a named BVI operator, but it has no payout or complaint history yet, so it is too early to judge.
We rate crypto casinos from public sources only: the licence and what it covers, who owns it, what players report about withdrawals and complaints, how clear its terms are and how long it has been trading. Last reviewed 21 October 2026. How we rate crypto casinos.
History and ownership
Maxxed built an audience before it built a casino. A sponsored release carried by CryptoSlate on 30 September 2026 says its Discord and X channels opened on 8 July 2026 and had reached 8,000 members, and that a $10,000 community giveaway with no deposit required ran from 25 August. CryptoSlate labels the piece paid promotional content that it did not verify.
The operator is Obsidian Ventures Limited. The site footer gives its British Virgin Islands registration number and a Road Town post office box, and the same company name appears against maxxed.io on the Anjouan licence register. We found no company filings, named directors or named executives in public sources, and the release quotes only an unnamed Community Lead. Affiliate and creator deals run through a separate brand, Maxxed Partners, according to the release and AffPapa.
Gambling.com reported the October launch on the same day and noted that no trading or user figures had been published. Beyond the release, we found no independent news coverage, so the history of this brand is, for now, the history its own marketing tells.
Games and sportsbook
Maxxed claims more than 5,000 games. Its lobby text names slots from Pragmatic Play, Nolimit City and Hacksaw Gaming, and live blackjack, roulette and game shows from Evolution. The press release speaks of 40+ studios while a description on the site says 30, so treat the studio count as unsettled.
For a sense of what those three slot studios release, our pages on Gates of Olympus 2500, Duck Hunters 2 and Le Bandit Hold & Win cover recent titles from each. We have not confirmed which individual games Maxxed carries in any given country; studios often switch titles off by region, and the site has a "not available in your region" message built in.
The in-house Maxxed Originals include crash, mines, dice, limbo, keno, wheel, hi lo and video poker, with Plinko named in the release. These are the games that put Maxxed in our provably fair and crash casinos list, alongside our crypto slots casinos. The sportsbook covers football, basketball, cricket, tennis, hockey, baseball and boxing with in-play markets and multiples, and the release promises esports and seven languages, which is why it also sits under crypto sportsbooks and esports betting.
Deposits, withdrawals and KYC in practice
The cashier accepts Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Solana and Litecoin as of 21 October 2026, one more coin than the four named in the launch release. You play in the coin you deposit and withdraw to your own wallet address. Solana support places it in our Solana casinos list, and the spread of coins in altcoin casinos.
The release promises instant withdrawals. That is the operator's claim, and with no player reports yet nobody can say how it holds up. The cashier itself shows that withdrawals can be held for review, carry a fee that the amount must exceed, have minimums and maximums, and need an emailed or authenticator code to confirm. It also tells players to wager a deposit once before withdrawing it, a common anti-money-laundering rule.
On KYC, Maxxed is not a no-ID casino. Its verification page sets out four levels: name, date of birth and nationality; a passport, ID card or driving licence; a utility bill or bank statement from the last three months; and proof of payment method. The site says verified players unlock higher limits and faster withdrawals, and its bonus FAQ says winnings can be withdrawn once bonus conditions are met and the account is verified. Expect to be asked for documents before a sizeable cash-out.
Licence and safety
The licence checks out on the register. The Anjouan licence register lists Obsidian Ventures Limited, licence ALSI-202603052-FI2, type B2C, status valid, issued 31 March 2026 and expiring 30 March 2027, with maxxed.io as its only domain. That matches the number in the site footer.
What that licence covers is limited. Anjouan is an offshore licence used widely by crypto casinos; it does not let Maxxed serve players in markets such as Great Britain, and it gives players few independent routes to settle a dispute. Maxxed shows no licensor seal or validator link on its licence page, so the register is the place to check, as Global Law Experts also advises.
We found no published third-party audit of game fairness, no proof-of-reserves statement and no security audit. The Originals come with a provably fair page explaining how to check results with the seeds in your bet history, which lets a player verify individual rounds of those in-house games; it says nothing about the third-party slots or about the casino's finances. The site lists deposit limits, self-exclusion and a 24-hour cooldown, and supports two-factor sign-in.
Bonuses and VIP
New players pick one of three welcome packs: Casino (free spins), Sports (a free bet) or Highroller (cashback). The site's bonus FAQ says only one pack can be activated per account, each lasts seven days from activation, and the welcome bonuses carry no wagering requirement. We could not read the full bonus terms, which sit behind each card, so amounts and caps are not confirmed here.
The loyalty scheme has 30 levels across six tiers, earned through XP from real-money bets, with instant rakeback, weekly and monthly cashback on net losses, a level-up wheel, birthday rewards and a VIP host at the top. Loyalty claims are paid to the main balance with no wagering, according to the site. As with any casino, read the full terms before taking an offer: a no-wagering headline can still come with maximum bets, game restrictions or verification conditions.
Complaints, controversies and what has gone wrong
We found nothing on record, which mostly reflects how new Maxxed is. As of 21 October 2026 its Trustpilot page is unclaimed with no reviews, and searches of complaint sites, news and Reddit turned up no complaints, regulator actions, hacks or disputes. Casino.guru and AskGamblers did not show a Maxxed profile that we could open.
An empty record is not a clean record. It means the first months of withdrawals, KYC checks and bonus decisions have not happened in public yet. Two things we would watch: whether the instant-withdrawal promise survives the first large cash-outs, and whether the full terms (restricted countries, maximum winnings, dormant-account rules) are easy to read, since they did not load for us outside a logged-in browser. We will update this page from its weekly news.
The good, the bad and our verdict
The good
- Licence number in the footer matches a valid entry on the Anjouan register.
- Named operator with a company number.
- Clear four-level KYC, two-factor security and responsible gambling tools.
- Welcome packs advertised with no wagering; loyalty cashback paid without wagering.
- Provably fair Originals plus big-name slot and live studios.
The bad
- Weeks old: no payout history, no player reviews, no complaint record.
- Offshore Anjouan licence with limited player-dispute routes.
- No named people behind the company and no filings found.
- No audits or proof of reserves published.
- Restricted-country terms and full bonus rules were not readable when we checked.
Our verdict: Maxxed is too new to rate. The paperwork we could check is in order: its Anjouan licence is on the register under the operator named in its footer. But it has no record of paying players, its key promise of instant withdrawals is untested, and the people behind it are not named. We will rate it once there are a few months of withdrawal reports and complaint data to judge.
Maxxed for UK readers
Maxxed does not hold a UK Gambling Commission licence, and a casino needs one to offer gambling to people in Great Britain. We could not confirm from its terms whether it blocks UK players. If you play on an offshore site like this, you are outside GAMSTOP self-exclusion and outside UKGC protections such as affordability checks and the regulator's complaints process.
Crypto adds its own risks: balances move with the market, blockchain transfers are final once sent, and payouts usually come back in the coin you deposited. Any bonus comes with rules. Gambling is for over-18s only, and it is entertainment that costs money, never a way to earn it. Free, confidential help is available from BeGambleAware.

FAQs
Is Maxxed legit?
Maxxed holds a real Anjouan licence: number ALSI-202603052-FI2 is listed as valid on the Anjouan public register for Obsidian Ventures Limited and maxxed.io, issued 31 March 2026. That confirms the paperwork, not the track record. The casino only opened in October 2026, so there is no history of payouts or complaints yet, and we rate it too new to judge.
Who owns Maxxed?
The site footer says maxxed.io is owned and operated by Obsidian Ventures Limited, company number 2192674, with a registered address in Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands. The Anjouan register names the same company. We found no named directors or executives in public sources, and the launch release quotes only an unnamed Community Lead. Affiliate deals run through a separate brand, Maxxed Partners.
How fast are Maxxed withdrawals?
Maxxed advertises instant withdrawals, but as of 21 October 2026 there are no player reports to show how that works in practice. Its cashier shows withdrawals can be placed under review, carry a fee, have minimum and maximum amounts and need a confirmation code. Verified accounts are promised higher limits and faster withdrawals, so expect KYC before a large cash-out.
Does Maxxed require KYC?
Yes, Maxxed has a four-level verification process: personal details, a photo ID, proof of address dated within three months, and proof of payment method. The site says verification unlocks higher limits and faster withdrawals, and its bonus FAQ makes withdrawals of bonus winnings subject to a verified account. It should not be treated as a no-KYC casino.
Which cryptocurrencies does Maxxed accept?
As of 21 October 2026 the Maxxed cashier lists Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Solana and Litecoin; the launch release named the first four. Players deposit and withdraw in the same coin to their own wallet address. The cashier only handles crypto, so the value of a balance in pounds or dollars moves with the market.
Can UK players use Maxxed?
Maxxed has no UK Gambling Commission licence, which a casino needs to offer gambling in Great Britain. We could not read its restricted-country list, so we cannot confirm whether it blocks UK players. Anyone playing on an offshore crypto site is outside GAMSTOP and UKGC protections, including the regulator's complaints route.
