What is Duelbits?

Duelbits is a crypto casino and sportsbook that has run since 2020, holds a Curaçao licence and does not accept players from the UK. This page is built from public sources only: the licensing register, review sites, Trustpilot and news coverage. We have not played on the site, and every figure below is as of 12 October 2026.

  • Launched: 2020 (AskGamblers and CryptoSlate)
  • Operator: Liquid Entertainment N.V., a Curaçao company, registration 153298
  • Licence: Curaçao Gaming Control Board, OGL/2024/1507/0838, active since 1 November 2024 (checked on the regulator's certificate page)
  • Coins: AskGamblers lists Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, XRP, Tether, Binance coin and TRON; the casino may support more
  • KYC policy: verification is requested in practice, often at withdrawal, according to player reports
  • Games: in-house originals, third-party slots, live casino, blackjack and roulette, and a sportsbook
  • UK and US: both listed as restricted; the casino's own X profile says not available in US, UK or AU
  • Our rating: Mixed

Duelbits sits in our Bitcoin casinos and Ethereum casinos lists, and in the wider crypto casinos hub.

Our rating: Mixed

Duelbits has a verified Curaçao licence, six years of trading and many reports of fast payouts, but all 10 AskGamblers complaints are unresolved and players report withdrawals stalling at verification. No regulator action was found.

We rate crypto casinos from public sources only: the licence and what it covers, who owns it, what players report about withdrawals and complaints, how clear its terms are and how long it has been trading. Last reviewed 12 October 2026. How we rate crypto casinos.

History and ownership

Duelbits launched in 2020 and is operated by Liquid Entertainment N.V., a company incorporated in Curaçao. The Curaçao regulator's certificate names that company, number 153298, as the licence holder. CryptoSlate's company profile says public disclosures do not name the founders, beneficial owners or shareholding structure, and we found nothing better. Ownership is therefore opaque, which is common offshore but is a real limitation for anyone trying to judge who stands behind the brand.

The brand became widely known through streamer marketing. In June 2021 the streamer Adin Ross accidentally showed a private Discord chat on a Twitch stream. Dexerto reported that a Duelbits contact said the company had offered a group of creators nearly $2m a month, and Ross replied that the offer was 1.4. Dexerto carried no Duelbits comment, and the figures were never confirmed as payments. Our starting notes credited a $1.4m to $1.6m monthly payment to Wired; we could not open a Wired article saying that, so we rely on the Dexerto account of the leaked chat.

Later sponsorship came from sport. Strafe reported on 13 May 2024 that Duelbits had partnered with the UFC fighter Conor McGregor ahead of UFC 303, and listed an Aston Villa partnership, regional sponsorship of the Argentina national team and Luis Suarez as an ambassador for its fantasy sports offer. No contract terms were published in that report. Whether any of these deals is still running was not something we could confirm.

Games and sportsbook

Duelbits leans on its own original games, which AskGamblers says use provably fair algorithms: crash, dice and mines are the ones players mention most. Third-party slots come from big studios, and AskGamblers names Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Play'n GO, NetEnt, Relax Gaming and Big Time Gaming among a long list, plus Evolution for live tables. If you like those studios you can read our pages on titles such as Gates of Olympus 2500 and Wicked Grin, though we cannot say which individual games the casino carries at any given time.

AskGamblers notes that table games are limited, with the casino's own blackjack and roulette rather than a deep catalogue. It also records RNG testing as No, so third-party audit reports are not shown on that page. The sportsbook covers esports and football, and the company's sports marketing has a clear MMA focus, with UFC markets and a jackpot promotion described by Strafe in 2024. The licence certificate also lists sportsbits.com among Duelbits's approved domains.

Deposits, withdrawals and KYC in practice

The stated picture is quick: AskGamblers lists no deposit or withdrawal fees, a pending time of 0 to 24 hours, no card or bank options and no weekend cashouts. It gives no withdrawal limit. Player reviews on AskGamblers praise fast deposits and withdrawals, and Trustpilot reviewers describe smooth withdrawals and quick support crediting a missing Solana deposit in January 2025.

The problems cluster around verification. Trustpilot reviewers report that checks arrive only when they try to withdraw, and AskGamblers players describe long document checks, sometimes through the Sumsub service, and errors that left withdrawals stuck on Processing. One AskGamblers complainant says a $253,290 withdrawal requested on 15 June 2024 was still processing when they wrote, with the last email reply dated 26 June 2024. These are single-player accounts that we cannot verify.

The company's public replies on Trustpilot set out its side. Duelbits says it has a strict policy against coin mixing as part of anti-money-laundering rules, and that a withdrawal it suspects of mixing may be frozen until the player returns it to the deposit address, completes verification or is refunded after 1x gameplay. It also says it cannot discuss account details publicly, and often asks reviewers to contact support. On 30 July 2026 it replied to a ban allegation by saying it would pay $2,000 if the claim were true, and asked for the review to be removed.

Licence and safety

The Curaçao regulator's public certificate shows licence OGL/2024/1507/0838 held by Liquid Entertainment N.V., active since 1 November 2024, covering duelbits.com, duelbits.net and sportsbits.com. No expiry date is shown. Our starting notes called the regulator the Curaçao Gaming Authority; the certificate page says Curaçao Gaming Control Board, and CryptoSlate uses the other name.

That licence is an offshore licence. It shows the operator is registered and approved to offer games, but it is not equal to the consumer protection of a regulator such as the UK Gambling Commission, and routes for settling disputes are limited. AskGamblers lists a self-exclusion tool and self-assessment test, but not deposit, loss or session limits, or membership of a national self-exclusion register.

On fairness, the casino's originals are described as provably fair, meaning each round can be checked by the player with cryptographic seeds. That does not cover third-party slots, which depend on their studios' own certification. We found no published proof of reserves for Duelbits, and no regulator action against it.

Bonuses and VIP

Duelbits promotes rakeback, a rebate on play, alongside leaderboards, giveaways and seasonal campaigns. AskGamblers players say rakeback arrives without heavy wagering and describe the VIP scheme as attractive. Trustpilot reviewers are less happy, reporting delayed or missing rakeback, leaderboard prizes not paid after eligibility was denied, and wagering terms they found complex.

Duelbits told one reviewer on 17 September 2026 that wagering requirements are standard industry practice, and told another on 1 July 2026 that rakeback is forfeited under its self-exclusion procedures. Read the terms of any bonus before accepting it: it can lock your balance behind a wagering target, and offers change often.

Streamers who play on Duelbits

None of the streamers on our roster are linked to Duelbits. The best-documented streamer tie is Adin Ross, whose leaked 2021 chat is covered above. Streamers are often given sponsored balances and referral arrangements, so what they win or lose on stream says little about what an ordinary player should expect. Sponsorship terms are normally private, and the figures reported from 2021 were disputed.

Complaints, controversies and what has gone wrong

We found complaints but no regulator finding. AskGamblers shows 10 complaints against Duelbits, with none resolved as of 12 October 2026. Six are about payments and none of those is resolved. They include withdrawals stuck on Processing, long verification and accounts closed without explanation, with amounts from $193 to $250,000. Dates given by the complainants include June 2024 (the $250,000 case), July and August 2024 (an account opened on 23 July and closed on 1 August) and March 2025 (an $11,203 blackjack withdrawal). AskGamblers does not show Duelbits's replies to these cases.

On Trustpilot, Duelbits has 2.9 out of 5 from 338 reviews as of 12 October 2026: 51% give five stars and 37% give one star. Trustpilot notes it does not fact-check reviews. The company says it replies to 86% of negative ones. Recurring reports include unpaid leaderboard prizes (June to August 2026), a permanent ban with deposits kept after a large win in August 2026, a delayed fiat deposit through a payment processor in July 2026 (Duelbits acknowledged a Payop configuration error on 30 July 2026), and rakeback forfeited on self-exclusion.

Two further reports are unverified. AskGamblers and Trustpilot each carry a review from someone who says they worked for the company and are owed wages, and the AskGamblers review also says the site was hacked. Duelbits replied on 24 September 2026 that a claim about firing staff was untrue. We found no news report or regulator notice confirming either a hack or unpaid wages. We also looked for Reddit threads and found none we could open, and for regulator action and found none.

The good and the bad

The good

  • Licence verified on the Curaçao regulator's own certificate page, with a named operator
  • Six years of trading, with no regulator action found
  • Fast deposits and withdrawals reported by many players, with no fees listed
  • Provably fair originals and top studio slots, plus a sportsbook
  • The company answers most negative Trustpilot reviews

The bad

  • 0 of 10 AskGamblers complaints resolved, including all six on payments
  • Reports of verification demanded only at withdrawal, account bans and kept balances
  • Opaque ownership and an offshore licence with limited dispute routes
  • No RNG audit shown, no proof of reserves found, and thin responsible gambling tools
  • Polarised Trustpilot score of 2.9 from 338 reviews

Our verdict

Duelbits earns a Mixed rating. A verified licence, a long trading record, large sponsorships and plenty of players reporting quick payouts count for it. Against that, the complaint pattern is consistent: players say withdrawals stall at verification, and none of the AskGamblers cases is marked resolved. No regulator or court has found wrongdoing, so we do not call it unsafe, but we also cannot call it reliable. Anyone considering it should treat deposits as money that may be difficult to retrieve.

A note for UK readers

Duelbits is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. Its X profile says it is not available in the UK, and AskGamblers lists the UK as a restricted country, so UK players are outside GAMSTOP and UKGC complaint routes. On any crypto casino, balances move with the market, transfers cannot be reversed, winnings are usually paid in the coin you deposited, and bonuses carry wagering rules. Winnings are never income. FAQs

Is Duelbits legit?

Duelbits holds an active Curaçao licence, number OGL/2024/1507/0838, shown on the regulator's own certificate page. That makes it a licensed offshore operator, not a UK or EU-regulated one. We found no regulator action against it, but AskGamblers lists 10 complaints with none resolved, so legitimacy and reliability are separate questions.

Does Duelbits pay out withdrawals?

Many players report fast crypto withdrawals, and AskGamblers lists a pending time of 0 to 24 hours with no fees. Others report withdrawals stuck on Processing during verification, including one complaint of $253,290 dated June 2024. Duelbits says suspected coin mixing can freeze a withdrawal until further steps are completed.

Does Duelbits require KYC?

Player reports say yes in practice. Trustpilot reviewers describe verification arriving when they try to withdraw, and AskGamblers complainants mention Sumsub checks and long waits. We found no no-KYC promise from the casino, so assume identity documents can be requested before a cashout.

Can UK players use Duelbits?

No, according to the casino. Its X profile says it is not available in the US, UK or AU, and AskGamblers lists the UK as restricted. Duelbits has no UK Gambling Commission licence, so UK residents would be outside GAMSTOP and UKGC dispute protection even if an account were opened.

Who owns Duelbits?

The licensed operator is Liquid Entertainment N.V., a Curaçao company, registration 153298. CryptoSlate says public disclosures do not name the founders, beneficial owners or shareholding structure, and we found no filing that does. That opacity is common among offshore casinos but limits what players can check.

What is the Duelbits Trustpilot score?

2.9 out of 5 from 338 reviews as of 12 October 2026, with 51% five-star and 37% one-star. The split is unusually polarised, and Trustpilot says it does not fact-check reviews. The company says it replies to 86% of negative reviews, and its profile has been claimed since 2020.
