Noche de Almas at a glance
Noche de Almas is an original BGaming cluster slot released on 20 October 2026 and inspired by Día de los Muertos. BGaming deliberately moves away from the bright palette usually linked with the celebration: the look is dark and high-contrast, with marigolds, otherworldly butterflies, ornate sugar skulls and dogs that cross between the living and the dead.
The story follows two souls trying to reunite in the afterlife, and BGaming frames the maximum win as the moment the lovers are granted eternal rest side by side. Under that story sit Cluster Pays, a Coin Respin feature on lit-up cells, three Free Spins modes and Reel Deal, a buy option BGaming describes as the first of its kind in its catalogue. It carries the provider's #Entertainment label.
Noche de Almas RTP, volatility and max win
BGaming lists the RTP at 97.00% and rates the volatility as Very high. The maximum multiplier is published as x10000, with a top win of €250,000, and the provider's FAQ confirms the ceiling as ×10,000 your bet.
The spec sheet also gives a hit rate of 2.99 and an FS rate of 300, with the line type listed as Cluster Pays. Neither rate comes with a unit or a definition on the game page, so we quote both exactly as published.
There are no jackpots. According to BGaming, the biggest rewards come from Coin Respin and the Bonus features, which is where the rest of this page concentrates.
Cluster Pays and Refilling
A win needs 5 or more identical symbols touching vertically or horizontally. Diagonal contact does not count, and there are no paylines.
Refilling is broader than a standard cascade. When a cluster wins, every symbol on the reels that matches the winning cluster disappears, not only the symbols inside it. New symbols then fall from above into the space, which gives the grid a fresh chance to form another cluster in the same spin.
Highlighted cells, Candles and Coin Respin
Every winning cluster leaves its cells highlighted, and the Candle symbol is what turns those cells into a feature. If a Candle appears, or is already on the reels, the highlighted cells take part in a Coin Respin.
During Coin Respin, Bronze, Silver and Gold Coins can land in the highlighted cells with multipliers from ×0.2 to ×500. Their values are added together and applied to the bet. As an illustration, Coins showing ×0.2, ×5 and ×20 would add up to 25.2 times the stake.
Special symbols can also appear in highlighted cells. There are two, the Top Hat and the Heart, and both work on the Coins around them, as the next section explains. Bronze, Silver and Gold are the three Coin types BGaming names, though its game page does not split the ×0.2 to ×500 range between them.
Top Hat and Heart symbols
The Top Hat collects every Coin on the reels and clears their positions, so new symbols can appear in the freed cells. BGaming describes it as making room for more Coins to appear.
The Heart boosts the value of adjacent Coins with a multiplier from ×2 to ×10. Where a Heart lands relative to the Coins around it therefore decides how much it adds, since only neighbouring Coins are affected.
Free Spins: Soul Awakening, Soul Fiesta and Soul Frenzy
Three or more Scatters trigger Free Spins, and the number of Scatters decides which of three modes you get: Soul Awakening, Soul Fiesta or Soul Frenzy. BGaming's game page does not list which Scatter count leads to which mode, so check the paytable for that split.
Soul Frenzy can only be triggered naturally. Soul Awakening and Soul Fiesta can also be bought: a bought Soul Awakening gives 8 Free Spins with highlighted cells, and a bought Soul Fiesta is a 12-spin Bonus game whose highlighted cells stay active until the round ends.
During Free Spins, 2 Scatters add 2 spins and 3 Scatters add 4. Soul Awakening has its own upgrade: 4 Scatters during that mode turn it into Soul Fiesta for 4 spins.
Buy options and the Reel Deal
Five buy options are listed. Booster keeps a Candle in play on every spin, which, combined with the Candle rule above, means the highlighted cells from a winning cluster can go on to a Coin Respin. Chance ×5 raises the chance of triggering Free Spins. Soul Awakening and Soul Fiesta buy straight into those modes, and Booster and Chance ×5 stay switched on until you click their buttons again.
Reel Deal is the unusual one. It works out the results of 500 spins in one go and plays back only the 3 biggest wins, revealed from the lowest to the highest. If one of those three results starts Free Spins, the full Bonus round plays out as part of the reveal.
A Rebuy bonus button repeats your previous Bonus purchase straight from the main game. BGaming does not publish the price of any buy option on its game page, so the buy menu in the game is the only place to see the cost at your stake.
What to look for in the Noche de Almas demo
The demo is the best place to see the Candle rule at work without any money involved. Watch how many cells are lit when a Candle lands, how often a Top Hat clears Coins for new ones, and where Hearts land relative to the Coins beside them.
It is also a simple way to see how a Reel Deal reveal plays out, and to learn from the paytable which Scatter counts open each of the three Soul modes. BGaming says the game works on mobile and desktop. Slots are for adults aged 18 and over; set a time and spending limit before any session.

How does Coin Respin work in Noche de Almas?
