What is Spinzen?
Spinzen is an online casino that takes a long list of cryptocurrencies alongside euro and other fiat currencies, run under an Anjouan licence by Fionex Holding LTD. It sits among the newer crypto casinos we cover: review sites date it to 2026, and the first archived copy of its casino site is from February 2026. Its website is spinzen.com, which blocks visitors from the UK.
- Launched: 2026 according to Tradeblock and All-In Global; the earliest archived casino page we found is dated 11 February 2026. The domain itself was registered in October 2022.
- Operator: Fionex Holding LTD, as named on the Anjouan licence register and by AskGamblers and LCB.
- Licence: Anjouan, ALSI-202409044-FI2, listed as valid on the Anjouan register (issued 23 September 2024, expires 22 September 2027).
- Coins: USDT, LTC, ETH, BTC, TRX, SOL, XRP, ADA, DOGE, BCH, USDC and TON, as listed by Tradeblock and LCB in 2026; LCB also lists fiat currencies including EUR, CAD and CHF.
- KYC: full verification is required before withdrawing, according to reviewers.
- Games: casino only; reviewers count 10,000+ games from between 84 and around 140 providers.
- UK and US availability: blocks UK visitors; US policy not confirmed.
- Our rating: Too new to rate.
Our rating: Too new to rate
Spinzen has a valid Anjouan licence but opened only in early 2026; reported EUR 500 withdrawal caps, a 15% fee on smaller withdrawals and a removed Trustpilot profile are concerns, yet there is too little history to judge.
We rate crypto casinos from public sources only: the licence and what it covers, who owns it, what players report about withdrawals and complaints, how clear its terms are and how long it has been trading. Last reviewed 21 October 2026. How we rate crypto casinos.
History and ownership
Spinzen is one of four casino domains on a single Anjouan licence. The Anjouan licence register lists Fionex Holding LTD as holder of licence ALSI-202409044-FI2, with spinlander.com, slotsvader.com, birdspin.com and spinzen.com as its domains. LCB names Hugo Casino as a sister brand. So while the Spinzen name is new, the company behind it has held this licence since September 2024.
When Spinzen itself opened is less clear. Tradeblock and All-In Global both say 2026. The spinzen.com domain dates from October 2022, an archived copy from July 2025 shows only a redirect to a holding page, and the first archived copy of the working casino is from February 2026. That points to an opening in early 2026, which is the date we use.
All-In Global describes Fionex Holding as a company registered in Cyprus; we found no filing to confirm that, and no named directors or executives anywhere in public sources. Spinzen has no X account that we could confirm.
Games
Spinzen is a casino without a sportsbook, built around a very large slot lobby. All-In Global counted more than 10,000 games from 118 providers in July 2026, AskGamblers lists 84 providers, and Tradeblock says around 140. The counts differ, but every source puts Pragmatic Play in the line-up, with Evolution, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Playtech and Yggdrasil also named. That breadth is why we list it among crypto slots casinos.
Pragmatic Play's recent releases on our site include Sweet Bonanza Super Scatter and Big Bass Halloween Splash 1000; we have not confirmed which individual titles Spinzen offers in each country. We found no in-house or provably fair games, so players are relying on the providers' own certification for fairness.
Deposits, withdrawals and KYC in practice
Deposits are flexible; withdrawals are tightly capped. Reviewers list 12 cryptocurrencies, which puts Spinzen in our altcoin casinos list, plus fiat options, with a minimum deposit of EUR 10 according to AskGamblers and LCB.
The withdrawal limits are the main thing to understand before depositing. AskGamblers reports EUR 500 per transaction and EUR 500 per day, with EUR 15,000 a month for players below VIP level. LCB, updated in August 2026, gives monthly caps from EUR 15,000 to EUR 30,000 depending on loyalty level and allows up to three pending withdrawals at once. Tradeblock quotes a EUR 50 minimum and a EUR 500 maximum payout. A large win would therefore be paid out over many days or weeks.
The fee clause matters too. Tradeblock's reading of the terms, clause 9.3, is that the operator charges a 15% commission if you withdraw less than three times your deposit. LCB also reports a commission when turnover is under three times the deposit. All-In Global says no processing fees are currently charged; we could not open the terms ourselves to settle it, because the site blocks UK visitors. Treat the 15% charge as likely until the terms say otherwise.
On timing, AskGamblers lists crypto payouts at 0 to 24 hours but no weekend withdrawals, LCB gives KYC up to 72 hours, 24 to 48 hours pending and up to five business days of processing, and All-In Global says withdrawals are handled Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Central European time. Full KYC is required after a withdrawal request, so expect to send ID before the first cash-out.
Licence and safety
The licence is real and current. The Anjouan register shows ALSI-202409044-FI2 as valid, type B2C, expiring 22 September 2027, and lists www.spinzen.com among its domains. Tradeblock says it verified the same number on 1 July 2026.
Anjouan is an offshore licence. It does not allow Spinzen to serve players in Great Britain, and it gives players few independent routes to settle a dispute. We found no published third-party audit of the casino, no proof-of-reserves statement and no provably fair system; the fairness of the games rests on the third-party studios' own testing.
Bonuses and VIP
The welcome package is large, but the figures vary between sources. Tradeblock describes a 310% package up to EUR 3,700 plus 650 free spins; All-In Global, in July 2026, gives 310% up to EUR 4,700 plus 650 free spins across four deposits, starting with 100% up to EUR 888 plus 150 free spins.
Both put the wagering at 45 times the bonus and the free-spin winnings. All-In Global adds a EUR 5 maximum bet while a bonus is active, a cap on bonus cash-outs of 10 times the bonus and a seven-day validity. At 45x, a EUR 100 bonus means EUR 4,500 of bets before it can be withdrawn, and with the reported 15% fee and EUR 500 caps, bonus play here is hard to turn into a withdrawal. A loyalty scheme with levels exists, since the withdrawal caps depend on it, but we found no reliable details of its rewards.
Complaints, controversies and what has gone wrong
The record is short, as you would expect for a 2026 brand, but it is not empty. What we found as of 21 October 2026:
- AskGamblers: one complaint, titled "250 USD withdrawal still pending since June 12th". The player said the account was fully verified, earlier withdrawals had taken about three business days, and after seven business days support only said the request was in the queue. AskGamblers marks it resolved, without saying how, and shows no casino reply. Its player rating is 4.5 out of 10 from two reviews, and reviewers mention slow verification and withdrawals.
- Trustpilot: the spinzen.com profile is no longer visible. Trustpilot says the business "goes against our guidelines"; it does not say which guideline.
- LCB: 3 out of 5 from five votes in its August 2026 review, with high wagering on some bonuses and the casino's right to refuse or block accounts at its discretion listed as drawbacks. Spinzen is not on LCB's warning list.
We found no regulator action, court case, hack or news report about Spinzen or Fionex Holding, and no threads about it on Reddit. Casino.guru's page could not be opened. The Trustpilot removal and the one slow-withdrawal complaint are worth watching rather than grounds for a verdict on their own.
The good, the bad and our verdict
The good
- Valid Anjouan licence on the public register, held by a company licensed since 2024.
- Twelve cryptocurrencies plus fiat options, from a EUR 10 minimum deposit.
- A very large slot lobby from well-known studios.
- Its one AskGamblers complaint is marked resolved.
The bad
- Reported EUR 500 per-transaction and per-day withdrawal caps for regular players.
- A reported 15% fee on withdrawals below three times the deposit.
- 45x wagering on bonuses and free spins.
- No weekend withdrawals, per AskGamblers.
- Trustpilot profile removed for breaching its guidelines; no named people behind the operator.
Our verdict: Spinzen is too new to rate, having opened in early 2026. Its licence is genuine and current, but its terms as reviewers report them are among the least player-friendly we have read: low withdrawal caps, a 15% charge on smaller withdrawals and steep bonus wagering. With one complaint and a removed Trustpilot profile, there is not yet enough evidence to call it good or poor; we will revisit the rating as reports build up.
Spinzen for UK readers
Spinzen does not accept UK players: on 21 October 2026 spinzen.com showed UK visitors the message "This website does not accept users from your country", and LCB also lists the UK as not accepted. It holds no UK Gambling Commission licence, which any casino needs to offer gambling in Great Britain, and offshore sites sit outside GAMSTOP and UKGC protections.
For readers elsewhere, the usual crypto points apply: balances move with the market, blockchain transfers are final, payouts generally go back in the coin you used, and bonuses carry wagering rules. Gambling is for over-18s, it costs money rather than earning it, and free help is available from BeGambleAware.
FAQs
Is Spinzen legit?
Spinzen holds a genuine Anjouan licence: ALSI-202409044-FI2 is listed as valid on the Anjouan register for Fionex Holding LTD, with spinzen.com among its domains, until September 2027. That is an offshore licence with limited dispute routes. The casino opened in early 2026, so its track record is thin, and its reported withdrawal caps and fee clause are strict.
Does Spinzen charge withdrawal fees?
Probably, on smaller withdrawals. Tradeblock reads clause 9.3 of the terms as a 15% commission when you withdraw less than three times your deposit, and LCB also reports a commission when turnover is under three times the deposit. All-In Global says no fees are currently charged. We could not open the terms from the UK to confirm which is current.
What are the Spinzen withdrawal limits?
AskGamblers reports EUR 500 per transaction and EUR 500 per day, with EUR 15,000 per month for players below VIP level. LCB gives monthly caps from EUR 15,000 to EUR 30,000 depending on loyalty level, and Tradeblock quotes a EUR 50 minimum. AskGamblers also says withdrawals are not processed at weekends, so a big win is paid out slowly.
Who owns Spinzen?
The Anjouan licence register names Fionex Holding LTD as the licence holder for spinzen.com, along with spinlander.com, slotsvader.com and birdspin.com. AskGamblers and LCB name the same company, and LCB lists Hugo Casino as a sister brand. All-In Global says Fionex is registered in Cyprus, which we could not confirm, and no directors are named publicly.
Can UK players use Spinzen?
No. On 21 October 2026 spinzen.com showed UK visitors a message saying it does not accept users from their country, and LCB lists the UK as not accepted. Spinzen has no UK Gambling Commission licence, and offshore casinos are outside GAMSTOP self-exclusion and the protections a UK-licensed site must offer.
