Roobet puts its name on the Reyes Cup
The headline event of Roobet's week carried its name but not its product. The 2026 Roobet Reyes Cup ran from 15 to 18 October at Makati Coliseum in Manila, and AZBilliards reported on 18 October that Team Rest of the World beat Team Asia 11 to 4 to win the pool team event for the first time. Francisco Sanchez Ruiz was named most valuable player and potted the title-winning 9-ball.
Roobet posted a "Roobet x Reyes Cup 2026" video on its X account on 13 October. The match coverage we opened used the Roobet Reyes Cup name but did not describe the terms of the sponsorship. AZBilliards said every session would stream on ESPN+ in the US, a country that Roobet's own terms list as blocked for players according to a recent review, so the brand reached US viewers without being open to US players. On 15 October Roobet also used the event for a free-bet promotion on its sportsbook, which we note without endorsing it.
Roo Jackpots: the casino's own numbers
Roobet introduced Roo Jackpots on 12 October, and posted figures from it twice this week. On 13 October it said 439 players had won nearly $725,000 in the first day. On 19 October it said that more than $3.4 million had been paid out across 2,412 jackpots in a week. That averages about $1,400 a jackpot, though the post gives no breakdown of how big the prizes were or how they are funded.
These are the casino's own marketing figures. We found no independent audit or outside coverage of them, and they say nothing about what players lost to qualify. A jackpot headline is not a measure of the odds a typical player faces.
Big wins Roobet posted, and the streamers
On 16 October Roobet's X account said @RonnieRadke hit for $4,475,034 on Bad Bears by Lunch Money. On 20 October it said Yassuo hit for $941,250 on Relic Raiders by Spinify Studios. Both posts carry a video, and both come from the casino. We found no outside report confirming either amount, so treat them as claims.
Roobet's account also shared clips of Xposed on 11 October. Streamers linked to a casino often play with sponsored balances and may be paid for promotion, and we have not seen the terms of any deal. A big hit on stream is promotion first, evidence of typical outcomes second.
What Trustpilot and AskGamblers players report
Trustpilot showed a TrustScore of 2.6 from 2,298 reviews on 20 October, 296 of them in the last 12 months. The split is stark: 68 per cent five stars and 26 per cent one star. Roobet replied to 47 per cent of negative reviews. Among reviews dated this month, a 19 October one-star alleges that weekly raffle winners are fake accounts, a 16 October one-star disputes the "provably fair" claim, and a 12 October one-star reports wagering rules, unreturned deposits and missing funds. A 15 October two-star criticises referral rewards, bonuses and withdrawal fees. A 10 October five-star praises the games, chat and support. These are reviewers' allegations, not findings, and no Roobet reply was shown beneath them.
Roobet's recent replies, such as one on 8 October, say it asked a reviewer for more information and received none, and often state that the platform is provably fair. On AskGamblers the CasinoRank is 3.6 out of 10 and the player rating 5.1 out of 10 from 36 reviews, with 78 complaints listed and 66 resolved (the page's statistics block gives a different total). Its latest dated complaints are from September, including a $190,000 ETH withdrawal held under routine verification that is marked resolved, and a 3 September account block of EUR 1,300 marked rejected. Complaint text is player-submitted and unverified, and the page does not publish Roobet's written replies.
Licence and where it operates
Casinos.org reports that Raw Entertainment B.V. holds Curaçao licence OGL/2024/687/0427, shown as Indefinite on the Curaçao Gaming Authority register as last updated on 14 September 2026. That is an offshore licence with limited routes for player disputes, and we did not check the register ourselves. The same review checked Roobet's terms on 15 September and found the UK on its block list of 35 places, alongside the US and Australia. Roobet's X profile says players must be 18+ and in a permitted jurisdiction.
The bad news
A 2.6 Trustpilot score, a one-star share of 26 per cent, a CasinoRank of 3.6 out of 10 and a run of fresh one-star reviews about verification, fees and fairness make the complaint record the weakest part of the page. The branded Reyes Cup and the big-win posts are marketing, and say nothing about how reliably the casino pays.
The good news
Most of Roobet's Trustpilot reviews are five stars, AskGamblers shows 66 of 78 complaints as resolved, and the licence is reported as in force. Our rating stays Mixed because those positives sit beside the complaints and offshore-only oversight. The full Roobet review has the licence, ownership and payout record.
UK readers and crypto basics
Roobet states only a Curaçao licence, and none of the sources we opened lists a UK Gambling Commission licence. According to the review above it also blocks the UK, so UK readers would have no GAMSTOP or UKGC protection on it. We do not suggest ways around a block. Crypto balances move with the market, transfers are final, payouts often arrive in the coin deposited and bonuses carry wagering rules. Roobet is one of several operators in our streamer casinos list, and the crypto casino section compares the rest. Gambling is 18+ only, and BeGambleAware offers free support.
