What is Rollion Bet?
Rollion Bet is a casino and sportsbook at rollion.bet that takes crypto and, through card on-ramps, fiat money. It went live in a beta on 8 September 2026 under an offshore licence from Anjouan in the Union of the Comoros, run by a Costa Rican company. Its pitch is a large slot lobby, a sportsbook with esports, and a welcome package worth up to 20,000 USDT on paper. At six weeks old it is one of the newest names among the crypto casinos we cover.

- Games: slots from about 30 studios, live casino, crash, dice, Hilo and Plinko games, and a sportsbook with esports

- Our rating: Too new to rate
Our rating: Too new to rate
Rollion Bet is too new to rate: its Anjouan licence is verified and nothing serious is on record, but after six weeks it has almost no payout history, KYC delays the first cash-out and its terms name a different operator from its footer.
We rate crypto casinos from public sources only: the licence and what it covers, who owns it, what players report about withdrawals and complaints, how clear its terms are and how long it has been trading. Last reviewed 21 October 2026. How we rate crypto casinos.
History and ownership
Rollion Bet's history so far is a short launch timeline. The CryptoLists review records a "coming soon" page on 1 September 2026, the platform going live in beta on 8 September, a limited sportsbook on 11 September and a new crypto welcome offer and cashback changes on 13 September. CryptoLists' new crypto casinos list also gives 8 September 2026 as the release date.
The site footer names the operator as 3-102-963320 SRL, with a registered address in the Ofident Building in San Pedro, Montes de Oca, San José, Costa Rica, and the Anjouan validator lists the same company and address. The company name is its Costa Rican registration number, and the site names no directors or parent group. CryptoLists says the founders are two Georgian nationals who were previously business partners of its reviewer, a disclosure readers should keep in mind when weighing that review.
One inconsistency stands out. The "About Us" text in Rollion Bet's own terms says the site is operated by Blockchain Entertainment S.R.L., described as licensed and regulated in Costa Rica by "the Gambling Commission". That company does not appear on the Anjouan validator, and the footer names a different operator. It may be leftover template wording, but until the casino corrects it players cannot tell from the terms alone which company they are contracting with.
Games and sportsbook
The lobby leans on big slot studios. CryptoLists counted about 3,150 games from around 30 providers in September 2026, led by Pragmatic Play with 792 titles, Hacksaw Gaming with 580 and NetEnt with 478, alongside BGaming, Red Tiger, Play'n GO and PG Soft. The site's own pages claim far larger totals in different places, from 10,000 to 48,000 games, figures we could not reconcile. Recent releases from those studios include Big Bass Halloween Splash 1000 and Wicked Grin, and Nolimit City games such as Gator Hunters 2 also appear in the site's game data. It sits on our crypto slots casinos page.
The site's games menu lists Speed Crash, Dice, Baccarat, Hilo and Plinko, and it publishes a provably fair page, which is why it is also on our provably fair and crash casinos page. We could not confirm whether these are built in-house or supplied by a studio. CryptoLists found the mini-games section heavy on Plinko variants.
Live casino comes mainly from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. CryptoLists reported that some live tables failed to load and one Evolution game dropped the tester from the table. The sportsbook, branded Rollion Sports, lists football, basketball, tennis, ice hockey, volleyball, American football, boxing, MMA and golf, plus esports such as CS2, Dota, League of Legends and Valorant; CryptoLists called it fairly small and said its virtual sports section looked unfinished in September.
Deposits, withdrawals and KYC in practice
Deposits looked quick in the one independent test we found, but the first withdrawal did not. CryptoLists' tester, writing between 15 and 18 September 2026, saw a Solana deposit credited in about a minute and an XRP deposit in 41 seconds. A Solana withdrawal requested at 23:16 on 15 September arrived at 19:13 the next day, almost 20 hours later, because the account had to pass KYC first. A 50 euro Apple Pay deposit through the card on-ramp failed with an error.
KYC before cashing out is the rule here, not the exception. In that test the first withdrawal triggered a request for a passport copy, which took about a working day to clear, and the review says proof of address or source of funds can follow for larger sums or once lifetime deposits reach 10,000 USDT. Anyone who wants an account without ID checks should look elsewhere.
Fees and limits are less friendly than at many rivals. CryptoLists reported a 50 USD minimum withdrawal and a 10 USDT or 10 USDC fee on stablecoin withdrawals, while Solana and BNB carried no casino fee. The withdrawal rules in the site's terms, as of 21 October 2026, set a weekly limit of between $5,000 and $25,000 depending on account status and verification, and warn that players with low gaming activity may get lower limits. Large jackpot wins above the monthly limit are paid in instalments.
Licence and safety
The licence is real. The Anjouan Gaming Board validator showed licence ALSI-202606054-FI2, held by 3-102-963320 SRL for rollion.bet, as valid when we opened it on 21 October 2026, and CryptoLists says the licence dates from the end of June 2026. The footer names the licensor and the number, which not every new casino does.
Anjouan is an offshore licence with limited routes for player disputes. The validator says it does not extend to Australia, Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom or the USA, and that complaints from players there will not be heard. For other countries the licensor requires access to an independent dispute service, anti-money-laundering controls, self-exclusion and deposit-limit tools, and certified random number generators. Rollion Bet's footer adds that it has "passed all regulatory compliance", which is the casino's own claim.
Self-exclusion is offered for periods from one day to permanently, and AML and responsible gambling policies are linked in the footer. We found no independent audit of the provably fair games and no proof of reserves.
Bonuses and VIP
The headline offer is big and the terms are tight. As of 21 October 2026 the site advertises a crypto welcome pack of up to 20,000 USDT, starting with a 100% first-deposit match up to 10,000 USDT at 40x wagering, followed by smaller matches at 35x and 25x. CryptoLists recorded a four-deposit version in September with slightly different steps, so the package has already changed at least once. A separate fiat package is smaller.
CryptoLists reports a 15 USDT maximum bet while a welcome bonus is active, that the bonus must be activated before betting, and that live casino, mini-games and many slots do not count. Cashback, rakeback, a level-up scheme and a daily wheel spin exist, but in September several of those pages had little or no detail. Large match percentages with 40x wagering are hard to clear; treat the bonus as entertainment value, not money.
Complaints, controversies and what has gone wrong
We found no complaints, hacks, regulator actions or unpaid withdrawals on record for Rollion Bet as of 21 October 2026, but that mostly reflects how new it is. Trustpilot had no page for rollion.bet when we checked, we found no Rollion listing on AskGamblers or Casino.guru, and searches of Reddit and news turned up nothing beyond CryptoLists. Note that a similarly named domain, rollon.bet, is a different site.
The concerns on record come from the one detailed review. CryptoLists, in testing between 15 and 18 September 2026, reported live chat offline several times, emailed support replies that never arrived, a failed card deposit, live tables that would not load, and promotion pages without terms; it scored support 4 out of 10 and transfers 6 out of 10, for 7.5 overall. The casino has not published a reply to that review. The mismatch between the operator in the footer and the company named in the terms is the other open question.
The good and the bad
The good
- Anjouan licence confirmed valid on the licensor's validator, with operator and number in the footer
- Quick crypto deposits in an independent test, and no casino fee on SOL or BNB withdrawals
- A large slot lobby from Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, NetEnt and other major studios
- Self-exclusion and AML policies published
The bad
- Only six weeks of trading and almost no player reviews anywhere
- KYC before the first cash-out; the first test withdrawal took nearly 20 hours
- 50 USD minimum withdrawal, 10 USDT fees on stablecoins, and weekly limits that can fall for low-activity players
- Patchy support in testing, and terms that name a different operating company from the footer
Our verdict
Rollion Bet is too new to rate. Its Anjouan licence is genuine and current, and nothing serious has gone wrong in public, but six weeks of trading, one detailed review and no player complaint record are not enough to judge it. The early evidence shows slow first withdrawals because of KYC, high minimums and fees on some coins, and weak support. We will revisit the rating once payout reports and complaint outcomes build up.
Rollion Bet for UK readers
Rollion Bet does not hold a UK Gambling Commission licence, and a site needs one to offer gambling to people in Great Britain. The UK is on the restricted list CryptoLists recorded, the Anjouan validator says the licence does not cover the UK, and the terms ban using VPNs to reach the site from restricted places, with forfeiture of winnings as the penalty. UK players on offshore crypto sites are also outside GAMSTOP self-exclusion and UKGC protections, and the Gambling Commission register is where to check whether any site is licensed for Britain.
Crypto carries its own risks. Balances rise and fall with the market, blockchain transfers are final, and withdrawals usually come back in the coin you deposited. Bonuses have wagering rules that make them hard to cash. Gambling is for over-18s and never a way to make money; if it stops being fun, BeGambleAware offers free, confidential help.

FAQs
Is Rollion Bet legit?
Rollion Bet holds a real offshore licence: the Anjouan validator showed licence ALSI-202606054-FI2 for rollion.bet as valid on 21 October 2026, held by Costa Rican company 3-102-963320 SRL. It only went live on 8 September 2026, so there is very little track record, and no complaint history yet on Trustpilot, AskGamblers or Casino.guru.
Does Rollion Bet require KYC?
Yes, before the first withdrawal. In a CryptoLists test in September 2026 the first cash-out triggered a request for a passport copy, which took about a working day to clear. Proof of address or source of funds may follow for larger amounts or once lifetime deposits reach 10,000 USDT, so it is not a no-KYC casino.
How long do Rollion Bet withdrawals take?
The only independent test we found took almost 20 hours: a Solana withdrawal requested on 15 September 2026 arrived the next evening, delayed by the first KYC check. Later withdrawals may be faster once verified, but there are no other public reports yet. The minimum withdrawal is 50 USD and stablecoin withdrawals carry a 10 USDT fee.
Can UK players use Rollion Bet?
No. The United Kingdom is on the restricted list CryptoLists recorded, the Anjouan licence does not extend to the UK, and Rollion Bet holds no UK Gambling Commission licence. Its terms also ban using VPNs from restricted countries and allow winnings to be forfeited. UK residents would have no GAMSTOP or UKGC protection there.
Who owns Rollion Bet?
The footer and the Anjouan validator name 3-102-963320 SRL, registered in San Pedro, San José, Costa Rica. No directors or parent group are named on the site. CryptoLists says the founders are two Georgian nationals, and the "About Us" text in the terms names a different firm, Blockchain Entertainment S.R.L., an inconsistency the casino has not explained.
What is the Rollion Bet welcome bonus?
As of 21 October 2026 the site advertises a crypto welcome pack of up to 20,000 USDT, starting with a 100% first-deposit match up to 10,000 USDT at 40x wagering. CryptoLists reports a 15 USDT maximum bet while the bonus is active and many games excluded, so most players will find it hard to clear. Offers change often.
