The terms now name Tobique and a Costa Rican company
Mega Dice's own terms and conditions, read on 20 October 2026, say the site is operated by 3-102-939604 Limitada and is licensed and regulated by the Tobique Gaming Commission. They add that Tobique law governs the terms and that disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Costa Rica. No licence number is given, and the terms do not mention Curaçao, Anjouan or MIBS N.V.
That differs from what was reported earlier this year. FinTelegram wrote on 12 January 2026 that the casino stated a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence, OGL/2024/1718/0938, with MIBS N.V. as the only operating entity named. AskGamblers still lists MIBS N.V., the Curaçao Gaming Control Board and the Anjouan Gaming Board. We cannot say when the wording changed, and the casino's home page names no operator or licence at all.
What a Tobique licence does and does not tell a player
According to a February 2025 licensing guide, the Tobique gaming licence is issued by the Tobique First Nation, an Indigenous group in Canada. The guide says it is less widely recognised than some other licences and warns that some countries may not accept it. We could not find a public register entry to check Mega Dice against, so we cannot confirm that the licence exists.
Our profile already rates Mega Dice Poor, noting that the Curaçao entry it named is listed as expired, that the Anjouan register does not cover its domain and that Sweden banned its operator. A new licensor in the terms does not repair any of that. Until the licence can be verified, treat the casino as having no verifiable regulator, with player disputes going to a Costa Rican forum.
For UK readers: Section 6 of the terms lists the UK among the countries whose players may not register or play for real money. UK players are outside GAMSTOP and UK Gambling Commission protections on sites like this, and a casino needs a UKGC licence to offer gambling to people in Great Britain.
Complaints: a quiet week with a long tail
Trustpilot shows no October reviews as of 20 October; the newest, from 27 September, is a one-star review alleging unexplained deductions during slot play and a lost balance, with no reply shown. Trustpilot gives no star rating for Mega Dice, citing a breach of its guidelines and noting that fake reviews were removed. The page counts 598 reviews, 42 in the last 12 months, split 29% five-star, 18% four, 27% three, 1% two and 25% one.
Mega Dice replied on 17 September to several older one-star reviews, including reports of withdrawals stuck as pending and a complaint about wagering terms. The replies are largely templated: they cite its terms, say verification checks apply and ask reviewers to share details privately. These are reports from reviewers, not findings.
On AskGamblers the casino has 14 complaints, 9 resolved by the page's own count (the page also shows 9 of 13 in one place). Two are unresolved, one for $72,000 and one for $1,760, and one was rejected. An unresolved complainant claims Megablock Gaming's Curaçao licences were terminated in 2024; the page presents this as the complainant's claim and does not verify it. Average complaint response time is 2 days.
New games and the token on the home page
Mega Dice's home page lists new games including Le Vampire and Gates of Olympus 2500, alongside a Tournaments section with no dates or prizes shown. It also promotes its own $DICE token, with a staking page and a buy button. Those are the casino's marketing claims, not independent assessments. Token prices move with the market, and holding a casino's token adds exposure that has nothing to do with whether withdrawals are honoured.
The bad news
The licence story is still unresolved and now has a third licensor. Two AskGamblers complaints remain unresolved, including the $72,000 case, and the casino's own pages do not name a licence number. Players who deposit are relying on Mega Dice's willingness to pay, not on a regulator they could take a dispute to.
The good news
The complaint record is not all bad. On AskGamblers 9 of 14 complaints are resolved, the average response is 2 days, CasinoRank is 7.4 out of 10 and players rate the casino 7.7 out of 10 from 22 reviews. On Trustpilot, 47% of the 598 reviews are four or five star, with the caveat above about removed fake reviews. A one-star August review also says withdrawals of the reviewer's deposits were approved quickly before a frustrating account-closure process, so experiences vary.
What to watch next
The key question is whether Mega Dice publishes a licence number that can be checked, and whether its terms and its listings on review sites agree. Our rating stays at Poor, as the documented concerns come from before this week and nothing new has changed them. Read our Mega Dice review for the full history, and see the Telegram casinos and crypto casinos hub for comparisons.

FAQs
Who operates Mega Dice?
The casino's terms, read on 20 October 2026, say it is operated by 3-102-939604 Limitada. AskGamblers still lists MIBS N.V., and FinTelegram named MIBS N.V. in January. The home page names no operator, so the sources disagree and we cannot say which entity is responsible.
Is Mega Dice licensed?
Its terms say it is licensed and regulated by the Tobique Gaming Commission, with no licence number. We could not find a public register to verify that. AskGamblers lists Curaçao and Anjouan licences, which our profile notes as listed expired and not covering its domain. Treat it as having no verifiable regulator.
Can UK players use Mega Dice?
The terms list the UK among the countries whose players may not register or play for real money. UK players are outside GAMSTOP and UKGC protections on sites like this, and a casino needs a UKGC licence to offer gambling to people in Great Britain. We do not explain ways around country blocks.
How many complaints does Mega Dice have on AskGamblers?
The page shows 14 complaints and counts 9 as resolved, though it also shows 9 of 13 in one place. Two are unresolved, for $72,000 and $1,760, and one was rejected. Most carry no dates. These are player allegations, and AskGamblers shows an average response time of 2 days.
Has our rating of Mega Dice changed?
No, it stays at Poor. The licence wording change is new information, but it does not add a verifiable regulator, and the complaints and ban cited in our profile pre-date this week. We will revisit if a checkable licence number appears or a regulator publishes a finding.
