Who is Westcol?

Westcol (written WestCOL by some outlets) is the Colombian streamer Luis Fernando Villa Álvarez, and he is the most followed streamer on Kick. His Kick channel stood at 4,196,404 followers on 10 October 2026. He streams in Spanish, is based in Medellín according to Wikipedia, and is as much an event organiser and entertainer as a slot streamer.

  • Platforms: Kick (verified channel), YouTube, X, Instagram and TikTok
  • Country: Colombia
  • Language: Spanish
  • Known for: Minecraft and Just Chatting streams, the Stream Fighters boxing shows, the W Sound music project and a Kick following that passed four million
  • Casino link: Stake was named as a sponsor of Stream Fighters 4 in October 2025; we found no confirmed personal casino partner
  • Followers as of 10 October 2026: 4,196,404 on Kick; about 2.05 million subscribers on YouTube

That mix matters for anyone who arrives here looking for slot wins. Westcol is included on casino streamer lists because Kick files some of his broadcasts under Slots and Casino and because Wikipedia describes him as known for casino streams. In the 26 broadcasts in his Kick video list between 10 September and 9 October 2026, five carry that category, eight are Minecraft, five are Just Chatting, five are IRL and the rest are other games and events.

Streaming career

Westcol started as a YouTuber in 2015 and moved to Twitch in 2018, where Minecraft and Just Chatting made his name; Wikipedia puts his Twitch following at about 1.5 million. He announced his exit from Twitch in the hours after his stream of 24 April 2023, as Publimetro reported. His stated reason was money for events: he said Twitch had never given him the financial support he needed and that Kick offered much more for events such as Stream Fighters, which he had paid for himself. Wikipedia adds that Twitch's gambling policy changes were also behind the move to Kick.

Kick turned out to be the bigger stage. According to Wikipedia, citing Gameland, he became the most followed streamer on the platform in 2024. Stream Fighters, his boxing show for creators, grew with it. The fourth edition on 18 October 2025 ran for seven hours with about 17,000 people at the Coliseo Medplus in Bogotá and, per Publimetro, 4.6 million viewers on Kick, roughly double the previous year's edition in Medellín.

Off the stream he has built other lines. His W Sound music project with producer Ovy on the Drums produced the song La Plena with Beéle, which was nominated at the 2025 Latin Grammys in Las Vegas on 13 November 2025 and did not win, as El Tiempo reported. He also has a club, West Santos FC, in the Américas Kings League, and Wikipedia says it was confirmed in December 2025 that he would join Baller League USA. In March 2026 he interviewed Colombian president Gustavo Petro from the Casa de Nariño, a broadcast that Infobae put at about 1.3 million views.

His schedule is not published. The Kick video list shows most broadcasts starting between roughly 1pm and 5.30pm Colombian time (UTC-5), and lengths from just over two hours to more than eight, such as the Dedsafio Minecraft series that filled the first week of October 2026.

Casino deals and sponsors

The one casino name we can tie to Westcol in a news report is Stake, as a sponsor of his event. Publimetro's report on Stream Fighters 4 names Stake among the sponsors and quotes Stake's Colombia and Latin America general manager Diana Otálora praising the mix of live action and streaming talent. That is a sponsorship of an event, not a statement that Westcol plays on, or is paid by, Stake on his own channel.

Stake's wider link to Kick is long established: VegasSlotsOnline described Kick in 2023 as a Stake funded platform. Westcol has also spoken about working with a casino in his own words. In a live stream reported by Vanguardia on 15 March 2026, he said he wants to be a mayor one day, said no one had pointed to crimes or scams by him, and defended his work with a casino authorised by Coljuegos, Colombia's gambling regulator. The article does not name the operator, so we cannot say which casino he meant.

Figures for his income circulate widely and are not verified. In October 2025 he said on stream, as Publimetro reported, that he could make more than 1,000 million Colombian pesos in a single month. Infobae in March 2026 repeated estimates of $3,000 to $4,000 for each hour on Kick and said it could not verify them. The estimates mix subscriptions, donations, brand deals and events, and none of them give a casino contract value.

The slots and casino content on his channel

Slots are a small part of what Westcol broadcasts, and we could not find a reliable list of his favourite games. Several casino affiliate sites publish favourites and win totals for him, but they promote a casino and we have not used them. News and slot-site coverage of specific Westcol slot wins, with a multiplier, a bet size and a date, did not turn up in our searches.

What the record does show is that Kick tags some of his broadcasts as Slots and Casino. The latest ones in the video list include a 2 hour 14 minute stream on 8 October 2026 titled around a stream with former goalkeeper Iker Casillas and another on 7 October, where the title is about going to the future and everything having an explanation. Neither title mentions a slot or a casino, so the category label alone is not proof of what was played.

If you follow him for slots, check the stream title and category on the day: the casino streams that Kick lists for the channel are occasional, and the channel's weekly rhythm is built around its event series.

Biggest wins and records

The numbers that define Westcol are audience records, not slot hits. Stream Fighters 4 drew a reported 4.6 million viewers across about seven hours on 18 October 2025, and he promised 50 million pesos from his own pocket to anyone who won by knockout, as Publimetro reported on the day.

On the music side, According to the chart table on Wikipedia, La Plena reached number one in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Spain, and it won Best Collaboration and Best Viral Song at the 2025 Heat Latin Music Awards. His Latin Grammy nomination in November 2025 did not turn into a win, and he said afterwards that nothing in life is easy.

If you are here for a casino win, we have no verified one to show: no slot-win report for Westcol with a bet, a multiplier and a date came up in the outlets we checked. We would rather say that than copy a clip title.

Controversies and notable moments

Westcol's controversies are about what he says, not about his gambling. Wikipedia records that remarks in a 2022 video about LGBT people led to a complaint and a Constitutional Court order, reported in March 2024, that he publish a message on hate speech and attend human rights training. He apologised and called the statements dark jokes. In March 2023 he called Ibagué a hellhole on stream, and the city's mayor declared him persona non grata. In September 2024 Wikipedia says he was barred from Gamergy in El Salvador after remarks about women, which he defended.

After Stream Fighters 4, content creator JH de la Cruz publicly said Westcol still owed him money from his fight, about 10,000 dollars by his account, according to Colombia.com on 21 October 2025. The article carries no reply from Westcol, so it remains a claim.

Where to watch and follow Westcol

His main channel is kick.com/westcol. His Kick profile also lists X, Instagram, TikTok and his YouTube channel, which showed about 2.05 million subscribers on 10 October 2026. Our week by week news on him sits under this profile on SlotsCritic.

Our perspective

Westcol's reach is far bigger than his casino footprint, and it would be wrong to read the Slots and Casino label on a stream as a recommendation or as proof of a sponsor. Where casinos do appear in his world, they appear as event sponsors and as claims about earnings that nobody outside has verified. Streamers in this scene often play with sponsored or house balances, and many of the casinos involved are not licensed in the UK.
