Marlin Masters Atlantis overview
Marlin Masters: Atlantis is a Hacksaw Gaming slot built around a familiar idea, fish that carry cash and a fisherman who collects them, moved to the lost city under the sea. Hacksaw's tagline asks you to take a deep breath and reel in the big one.
Three symbol types do the work: Marlins with cash values, Jackpot Marlins tied to four jackpot prizes, and Fisherman symbols that collect them and can carry a multiplier of up to x20.
Two bonus games, Sunken Empire and Pose for Poseidon, add a progressive Trident Bar and upgrade levels. Hacksaw describes both as bonus games with upgraded mechanics.
Marlin Masters Atlantis RTP and max win
Hacksaw Gaming's game page for Marlin Masters: Atlantis does not publish an RTP, volatility rating, max win figure or release date, unlike many of its other game pages. We have not filled those gaps with figures from elsewhere.
The RTP and max win of the version you are playing are shown in the game's own rules or info screen, and that is the place to read them before you play. If several RTP versions exist, the rules will show which one is loaded.
What the page does confirm is that the max win is reachable through the jackpot system. When a Jackpot Marlin pays, the revealed prize can be the max win.
Marlin and Jackpot Marlin symbols
Every Marlin symbol displays a cash value, and that value is what it pays. A Marlin pays in one of two ways: when it is part of a LootLine™, the game's own win feature, or when a Fisherman collects it.
Jackpot Marlins follow the same two routes but pay differently. When one is part of a LootLine™ or is collected by a Fisherman, one of four jackpot prizes is revealed on the sign outside the grid, and the possible prizes include the max win.
Hacksaw's page does not name the four jackpots or give their values, so the paytable in the demo is the place to see what each one pays.
Fisherman symbols and multipliers
When a Fisherman lands, it collects every Marlin and Jackpot Marlin on the grid at once. That makes the Fisherman the symbol to wait for, since one landing can sweep up the whole board.
A Fisherman can also land carrying a multiplier of up to x20, and that multiplier is applied to the cash value of the Marlins it collects. As a purely illustrative example of how the rule combines, Marlins worth 1x, 2x and 2x the bet add up to 5x, and a x20 Fisherman would turn that collection into 100x.
The rule on Hacksaw's page applies the multiplier to the cash value of the collected Marlin symbols. How a multiplier interacts with a collected Jackpot Marlin is not spelled out there, so check the in-game rules rather than assuming it multiplies a jackpot too.
Sunken Empire and Pose for Poseidon
Landing 3 FS scatter symbols triggers Sunken Empire, which awards 10 free spins with a progressive Trident Bar and upgrade levels. Hacksaw describes the Trident Bar as progressive, and the upgrade levels are what it works towards.
Landing 4 FS scatter symbols triggers Pose for Poseidon, which awards 15 free spins with a higher chance of reaching the upgrade levels. Five more spins and better odds of upgrading make it the stronger of the two by Hacksaw's own description.
Hacksaw's page does not list what each upgrade level changes or what fills the Trident Bar. Those details are in the in-game rules, and the demo is the quickest way to see a level being reached.
Marlin Masters Atlantis demo: what to watch
The free Marlin Masters Atlantis demo on this page lets you see the collect mechanic in action. Watch how many Marlins are on the grid when a Fisherman lands, and what multiplier the Fisherman carries, since together those decide the size of a collection.
Open the rules screen to read the figures Hacksaw's game page leaves out: the RTP, the max win, the four jackpot values, and what fills the Trident Bar in the bonuses.
Hacksaw's page does not list a bonus buy, so on the published information the bonuses come from landing 3 or 4 FS scatter symbols. The game's own menu shows any options the loaded version offers. The demo uses play credits only, and no streak in it predicts what later spins will pay.
