DROP'EM LIKE IT'S HOT! CANNY AND MONA ARE BACK IN DROP'EM!

Drop'em Slot Overview

Drop'em is a Hacksaw Gaming slot built around Canny and Mona, a returning pair presented in a retro woodland setting. Its defining idea is the Drop mechanic, which changes the grid after eligible wins have been settled.

The game uses up to 7,776 winning ways and has a maximum win of 10,000 times the bet. Much of its structure revolves around controlling which symbols can fill the grid after a Drop, particularly during the three free spins bonuses.

RTP, Volatility and Maximum Win

Hacksaw Gaming lists Drop'em with volatility rated at 4 out of 5. That specification places it toward the higher end of the provider's volatility scale.

The available game data lists four RTP settings: 96.21%, 94.19%, 92.26% and 88.10%. The configured RTP can therefore vary between versions. The stated maximum win is 10,000x the wager, while the win system supports as many as 7,776 ways.

How the Drop Symbol Works

Landing a Drop symbol activates the slot's central feature. Once the current wins have been awarded, the Drop symbol moves to the bottom of the grid and causes the symbols positioned above it to move downward.

Canny then selects a matching symbol at random and displays that choice beside the grid. Every empty position is filled with copies of the selected symbol. In the base game, the selection can come from the entire paytable and may include the Wild.

If the replacement symbols produce a winning combination, that result is paid. Symbols involved in a win before the Drop can also count again when they form part of the newly created combination.

Drop Spins Bonus

Three FS symbols in the base game trigger the Drop Spins Bonus. This round starts with 10 free spins and keeps every symbol available in the pool used to fill empty positions after a Drop.

Landing another FS symbol during the bonus adds between one and three spins. An FS symbol can also display UPGRADE, removing one or more symbols from the Drop pool beginning with the lowest-value options. The Wild cannot be removed by an Upgrade.

High Drop Bonus

Four FS symbols in the base game activate the High Drop Bonus. Its main difference is the starting symbol pool, which contains only high-paying symbols for the Drop mechanic.

Extra free spins and Upgrades remain possible under the same rules used in the standard Drop Spins Bonus. As a result, further Upgrades can continue reducing the available pool while leaving the Wild untouched.

Wild Drop Spins Bonus

Landing an FS symbol on all five reels triggers the Wild Drop Spins Bonus. In this version of the feature, the Drop pool contains only Wild symbols, so every empty position created by a Drop is filled with Wilds.

Upgrades do not appear because there are no lower-value symbols to remove from the pool. Unlike the other two free spins rounds, Wild Drop Spins cannot be entered through the Bonus Buy. It must be triggered by landing five FS symbols together in the base game.

Bonus Buy and FeatureSpins

The Bonus Buy option provides direct access to either the Drop Spins Bonus or the High Drop Bonus for a fee calculated relative to the selected wager. It does not provide access to Wild Drop Spins.

Drop'em also includes BonusHunt FeatureSpins™. This setting costs three times the regular stake and provides five times the standard odds of triggering a bonus game.

What to Watch in the Drop'em Demo

The Drop'em demo is useful for seeing the feature sequence clearly. First note when a Drop symbol appears, then watch which symbol Canny selects and how that symbol fills the spaces created on the grid.

During free spins, pay attention to the current Drop pool rather than looking only at the immediate result. Upgrades remove lower-value symbols from that pool, while the High Drop Bonus starts with high-paying symbols and Wild Drop Spins uses Wilds exclusively.

Drop'em Review Summary

Drop'em develops its 7,776-ways format around a focused grid transformation mechanic. The base game allows any paytable symbol, including the Wild, to be selected for a Drop, while the bonuses progressively narrow or improve that selection pool.

The main details to check are the configured RTP, the 4 out of 5 volatility rating and the differences between the three bonus rounds. The headline limit is a 10,000x maximum win, but the defining part of the design is how Drops and Upgrades alter the available symbols.
