Thrill: streamers step away, a leaderboard pauses and Trustpilot sits at 2.1

Cheesur and VikingSlots ended their Thrill deals in the days before this week, AyeZee's leaderboard was paused, and no public statement from Thrill has surfaced.

Cheesur and VikingSlots end their Thrill deals

Two of Thrill's best-known Kick partners stepped away in the 10 days before this week's report, according to Fair Gambling. On 9 October it reported that Cheesur's arrangement had stalled about a month after he moved from Rainbet to Thrill, a switch Fair Gambling reported on 5 September. A Discord post said the Thrill channels were gone, citing unspecified concerns. The Thrill leaderboard was paused, giveaways were continuing from personal wallets rather than Thrill accounts, and Cheesur and the poster advised viewers to stop playing on Thrill until further notice. No reason was given.

On 11 October Fair Gambling reported that VikingSlots ended his Thrill partnership on a Kick stream titled "Last Thrill Stream", saying he planned a holiday and had not chosen another casino. The same piece says AyeZee's leaderboard was paused, with no further detail, and that Fair Gambling does not know whether the moves are connected. It cites an X post we could not open, so treat the VikingSlots detail as reported rather than confirmed by us.

Streamers often play with sponsored balances and are paid through leaderboards and commissions, so a pause or an exit says more about a commercial relationship than about whether a casino pays players. It is still a pattern. Fair Gambling also carries headlines about OldManNuts leaving Thrill (dated 7 August) and Terriblepker moving over from Roobet (undated). We found no statement from Thrill in any page we could open, and its X account could not be read.

Trustpilot sits at 2.1 from 130 reviews

As of 20 October Trustpilot shows Thrill at 2.1 out of 5 from 130 reviews, 114 of them in the last 12 months, with 65% one-star. Two October reviews are both one star. On 1 October a reviewer alleges that returns on the casino's own Originals games are not what is advertised and cites a losing run on Keno. On 8 October another says a blackjack hand was affected by another player's apparent error and that Thrill declined to refund the bet.

Neither October review shows a company reply on the page, although Trustpilot states that Thrill replies to 46% of negative reviews, typically within a week. These are one-sided accounts that Trustpilot does not fact-check, so they are reports, not findings. For comparison, Fair Gambling's own Thrill page lists Trustpilot at 2.8 out of 5 from 97 reviews, an older snapshot (the page's third-party ratings were last updated on 3 September), so the live score is lower than the figure on that page.

Licence and operator: what the pages say

Thrill's home page says it is licensed and regulated by the Autonomous Island of Anjouan in the Union of Comoros under licence ALSI-202506019-FI1, and names Gravity Unleashed Limitada, a Costa Rican company, as the operator. AskGamblers lists the same licence number but names the operator as Gravity Unleashed B.V. The company name differs between the two pages, and we could not confirm the licence on the register itself.

Anjouan is an offshore licence with limited routes for player disputes, so it is not comparable to a UK or Malta licence. AskGamblers shows one complaint on record, an unresolved claim of about $71,544 in which a player alleges Thrill reopened an account before a self-exclusion ended. The dated entries on it are from November 2025, so it is not new, and it is the player's allegation. AskGamblers gives Thrill a CasinoRank of 6.6 out of 10 and a player rating of 8.5 from two reviews, which is too few to read much into.

For UK readers: we could not find a statement on thrill.com about whether it accepts UK players, and it names an Anjouan licence, not a UK Gambling Commission one. UK players are outside GAMSTOP and UKGC protections on such sites, and a casino needs a UKGC licence to offer gambling to people in Great Britain.

The bad news

The streamer exits come with no public explanation, the live Trustpilot score is lower than the figure on Fair Gambling's page, and the one AskGamblers complaint is unresolved. Thrill's marketing leans heavily on streamers and leaderboards, so a run of pauses and exits matters commercially as well as for its reputation.

The good news

There is no regulator action against Thrill in anything we read, and Fair Gambling's page lists three complaint cases and no unresolved Casino Guru complaints (figures from that page, as of its 3 September update). Fair Gambling also describes payouts as instant with no withdrawal limit and gives the casino an 80.9 out of 100 score; those are the review site's assessments, not our testing.

What to watch next

Watch for a statement from Thrill on the paused leaderboards, whether AyeZee's resumes, where Cheesur and VikingSlots land next, and whether the October Trustpilot complaints get replies. Our rating stays at Mixed: the stated licence and lack of regulator action balance the complaints and the partner turnover. FAQs

Why did Cheesur leave Thrill?

No reason has been given. Fair Gambling reported on 9 October that a Discord post cited unspecified concerns, the Thrill leaderboard was paused and viewers were advised to stop playing on Thrill until further notice. Fair Gambling reported his move to Thrill on 5 September, so the arrangement lasted roughly a month.

Is Thrill licensed?

Thrill states an Anjouan licence, ALSI-202506019-FI1, and AskGamblers lists the same number. We could not check it on the register, and the two pages name slightly different operator companies. Anjouan is an offshore licence with limited routes for player disputes, and it is not a UK Gambling Commission licence.

What is Thrill's Trustpilot score?

As of 20 October 2026 Thrill shows 2.1 out of 5 from 130 reviews, with 65% one-star. Older snapshots on review sites show higher figures, such as 2.8 from 97 reviews. Trustpilot does not fact-check reviews, so treat them as player reports rather than established fact.

Did AyeZee leave Thrill?

Not according to what we found. Fair Gambling reported on 11 October that AyeZee's leaderboard was paused, but gave no detail and did not say he had left. Streamers usually play with sponsored balances, so check his own channels for any announcement.

Can UK players use Thrill?

We could not find a statement on thrill.com saying whether UK players are accepted. It names an Anjouan licence, not a UK one, so UK players are outside GAMSTOP and UKGC protections, and a casino needs a UKGC licence to offer gambling to people in Great Britain.
